  Excellent contractor. I asked Angela to do extensive work on my townhouse. All three bathrooms were gutted, with new tiles, new showers and bathtubs, new vanities, new toilets etc. Wall-to-wall carpeting was replaced with hard-wood floors. New ceiling lights were installed... the kitchen got new granite counter-tops and a new sink... etc... the whole place was re-done. Her guys did an excellent job, in a timely fashion. Angela kept me up-to-date on every step, and checked in with me on multiple questions/decisions. She's excellent - and truly cares about delivering a great result, that everyone is happy with. I've remodeled two places, and have seen a lot of remodelling that friends and relatives have done - she's really the best.

Working within the field of architecture and property management, Helio and did team were very responsive during bidding and were quick to mobilize upon awarding the project. I was very impressed to have a working crew on site every day. This included providing assistance on weekends and nights. I am forever thankful for the dedication by Helio and his team, as we elected to live at home through the construction. I highly recommend HM Construction and welcome the opportunity to work with them on a future project. Their professionalism, knowledge and most of all, compassion set the bar high.   We contracted Gene and his team to completely renovate a powder room and bathroom from top to bottom in our recently purchased townhouse. We challenged them with unusual materials, own design ideas, and a number of special requests on a daily basis. The German in me demanded top quality work from Gene and Ryan. They did a great job and delivered a superb final product. Towards the end of our renovations we had an unfortunate event with our sewer pipe, which caused significant damage to our basement. Gene and Ryan to the rescue. Another great job accomplished in time and to our entire satisfaction. Give them a call when you need work done in your home. You will not regret it.
