    John came the day after I called. He checked the dishwasher and couldn't find a leak although he did find a lot of soap build up in the dishwasher which may have caused the leak. He advised me about checking the water which should be clear at the end of the cycle. He also looked at the hookup and suggested I get a new aerator adaptor (it was spritzing water). He didn't have one but instructed me how to get one. For all his work, he only charged me $50. Thanks, John, it was a pleasure dealing with you.

    Mike was terrific. They were very flexible with the time of the service call. He called before he came when agreed and got right to work. He cleaned my coils as well. Very polite and focused. He took care not to track in dirt to the house. in and out in under an hour. Highly recommend.

    I called Brian during a snow storm the night before he came to my house. He made time to check and repair my stove the next day. He was very polite and personable, respectful of my house and did the work quickly, checking several times to make sure the repair was correct. I thought the cost was very reasonable for the work he did. He was upfront about the cost ahead of doing the repairs and it cost exactly what he said it would cost. Terrific gentleman, I highly recommend.

    When I called to make an appointment he was very willing to work around my schedule to find a mutually acceptable time that was as soon as possible. He arrived and quickly diagnosed the problem with my dryer and had it fixed in no time at all. He was very personable and professional.

    First and most importantly, I want to say that the repair mam, Yuri is one of the kindest, most professional individuals out there. However, he does not own this company and the company itself is clearly out to simply make a profit. Our water dispenser was not pushing out any water and the fridge was less than 2 years old. The first time we had someone come out from Mr. Appliance, he said we needed to replace the heater because the water was freezing in the hose. Ok. We paid for and had him install this (230.00). In the process of him doing this, he had turned off our entire freezer without telling us and never turned it back on. We noticed this error when we returned home the next day after work and found water all offer our newly remodeled kitchen floor. All of our items in the freezer were lost. (Mr. Appliance did reimburse us for some of the lost items.) A little over a year later, the water stops pushing again. We pay for a service call (75.00) and Yuri gets it working. A month after that call its stops working again. Yuri comes out again and sees that the tape holding the heater needs to be fixed as well as parts of the heater (125.00). Now keep in mind, all of these repair items have come from Mr. Appliance and every time they come out you pay for the service call. So now fast forward about three months. Water stops pushing AGAIN. I called Mr. Appliance and explained that we have dropped over 400.00 in a little over a year for them to keep fixing the same problem. The gentleman on the phone said that because it was past the 90 day work guarantee, we would have to pay for yet another service call. Just for the record, the water filter and all regular maintenance has been kept up on our end. I find it absolutely unbelievable that we would have to spend so much money for the same thing to be fixed every few months, because it's never within their 90 day limited coverage. We will no longer be giving Mr. Appliance our business.

    Showed up on time. Was friendly and knowledgeable. Did a thorough cleaning of the vent which was very clogged for an excellent price. However, he did not clean up and left a very large pile of lint just sitting behind the house that we had to try and pick up. There is now a layer of lint matted to the ground all around the area. Also, our dryer vent cover was lost in the process. He said he left it on the deck right next to the vent area, but it was no where to be found after he left. We had to buy an ill-fitting replacement cover since we couldn't find an exact match to the original. (There are many wild animals that frequent the area under the deck, so a vent cover IS necessary.)

    EXPRESS APPLIANCE SERVICE
    I called Express Appliance service on a Saturday morning. I was told someone would be out between 1 and 5 that afternoon. Around 4:40 I called to make sure they had my correct phone number. The person who answered was not polite at all. They acted as if it was an inconvenience to talk to me. He then said someone would be there within the hour. Finally, Scott Finnerty arrived around 5:30. I had already taken the front off the washer so Scott began looking for the cause of the leak. The whole time he was looking, he talked about how much he knew about washers-giving me a lesson as he went along. Unfortunately, Scott is not enough of an expert to have found the leak on the first day. I believe this is because he was in too much of a hurry to get home and have a beer. Yes, he told me he wanted to go home for a beer TWICE. He never took the top off the washer to look in the back which is where I told him the leak was coming from. He left saying he would come back if the leak continued. Well, I did a load of laundry and the leak continued. I called him back the next day and he came out at about 5:00. He did take the top off the maching and after about an hour of him monkeying around with trying to get the maching to do what he wanted, he found the leak in the hose that runs from the pump out the back of the machine into the utility sink. He then tells me it will cost $180.00. I have already paid him $43.00 for finding a leak in a hose that he should have found the first day he was there. I told him $180 seemed like a lot for a simple hose that would take less than 15 mintues to change out. He copped an attitude right there and then. and quot;Well, I will have been here three times.and quot; NOT MY FAULT!! and quot;That is what everyone else charges.and quot; I CALLED THREE DIFFERENT PEOPLE AND THEY ALL CHARGE ABOUT $130 TO FIX THIS PROBLEM. I then called Scott back and told him of the prices I found out and he could have cared less. He was rude and disrespectful. Now the man has $43 of mine for doing NOTHING!!!! I did call another gentleman, Brian, who fixed the problem. I will be writing a positive review for him because he was WONDERFUL!

    I called and he said he would squeeze me in the same day but had to check.  He called back said he could be at my home within a couple of house.  He called in a couple of hours and looked at my refriderator and said the ice maker needed a motor and told me the cost with labor and I approved and within 1/2 hour he was finished and I had ice!
