  • I would not recommend this company. They are UNPROFESSIONAL and most of all UNRELIABLE. I had an annual service originally scheduled for my oil burner on September 10th, 2018. I did not receive a call the day before as promised to provide a window of time for this service. I had someone wait around hours for them until we called to get a time, but wait, they lost our phone number somehow and didn't bother to show. I did business with them in the past couple of years and they should have a record of my number. Wasted day off! Mistakes happen and I gave them another chance and we rescheduled for September 19, 2018. Again, no call the day before. Called them on the 19th to get a window of time. They provide 3pm-5:30pm. 5:30 comes and goes, no show, no call. Wasted my time again! They somehow believe their time is more valuable than yours! What if I had an emergency in the dead of winter? I wouldn't rely on this company thats for sure! At least provide some professionalism and call if you can't make it. It is also difficult to reach them on the phone. It frequently goes to voicemail or an after hours answering service. UNRELIABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!

  • Ali's, (the owner) men showed up when they said they would. This was my daughter's condo. I got there a half hour before the men came. I found that my daughter didn't take the cover off the compressor. I called Ali to tell him what I found. He said his men were 5 minutes away and let them look at it. If that is all it is he would wave the service charge. After checking out the unit thoroughly they determined that the cover was the problem. The air was blowing cold. As Ali promised there was no service charge. It is refreshing to do business with a man of integrity. Not only will I call him for my daughter's unit but he gained a customer in me. His reviews are outstanding and now I know why.

  • I had multiple service calls from accelerated over the years. One instance was to simply replace the filters on aprilaires. They told me they needed to be replaced ... there was NOTHING wrong with the original units. Then I had an air handler and separate AC unit THAT WAS IN PERFECT condition ... but really not powerful enough for the space it was supposed to be servicing. So they convinced me to spend approx $9,000.00 to replace them with a new set up. I asked them to set those units aside as I planned to use them in another area of the home that was much smaller and required far less power. Right after their visit ... I began having excessive attic heat problem. I went to the attic to find that the MOTOR to my solar attic fan had been stolen I called them when the heating was out ... they told me the nest thermostat had been "incorrectly installed" ... THEY had installed them!!!! They CHARGED me to fix the problem ... I let it slide. Then I called them back to re install the old air handler and ac unit in the new space and they told me again to buy a new one.. for $10,000. They told me the older units were 'obsolete'. I called another ac company to come out and get another opinion. That company SHOWED me that the units had been disassembled and valuable components were missing! They were unusable!!! They had stolen the parts. I was extremely upset to find that a company I had trusted explicitly with not only my home but also a commercial building that I own ... had been so dishonest ... not just once but multiple times. Years ago, This company had the utmost integrity. I'm not sure what's going on there but I would never use them again

  • Very smoothly. Dave the installer found a problem with our flue from the burner to the chimney. It was rotted and could have been fatal. He taped it temporarily and came back to replace the flue. In addition to the good work, we got a discount plus they even got the rebate from PSEG for us.

  • We called Manatuck for the first time after reading the reviews. Our air conditioner upstairs was not working during the horrible heat wave. We called late in the day, and Jose arrive ten minutes early for an 8 am appointment the next day.We needed a new thermostat, and although Jose had one on the tuck, we wanted to replace  the same type of digital one we had on the lower level of our home. He said he would return later in the day with the thermostat. He did return, even though he had many obligations which made him arrive after 6 pm.  That was not  a problem. He also serviced the unit and replaced some freeon. He was courteous and qualified and mindful of tracking dirt into the house. He was here over an hour, and we were pleasantly surprise that the bill wasn't higher.  We will definitely use them again, if we have heating or air conditioner issues!

  • It went very well.  They returned my call the same day and scheduled an appointment within 5 days.  Matt showed up almost on the dot.  He was dressed neatly and was very professional in his discussions of what I needed, what he did and what he recommended and why.  The only complaint I have, and I consider it a minor one,  is that I need something different done to my system which Matt could not provide an estimate for and I have yet to receive a call from the owner, who is the only one who can discuss this job with me.  I placed a call today, 7/27/15.  Let's see what happens.

  • Crew was very neat and professional and took their time making sure everything was to my liking.  During the course of installation it can all be very hectic as you are putting the home through an opeartion. Green Audit took every precaution needed to ensure that my house and my family were happy and not interrupted with their procedure.  After the fact the house has never felt so warm and I am saving over 2000 dollars a year in oil and electric while paying for the upgrades on my electric bill.

  • Mark responded to my initial call the same day and came to see job and give estimate 2 days later. We discussed the job and the quality of products he would use along with their costs and we agreed with his estimate.  He and his men showed up on time on the date planned.  The work was completed in 3 days as promised; it was done neatly and efficiently.  The windows are Andersons and look beautiful.  The woodwork and spackling are perfectly even and well matched.  The doorway and all of the plumbing and electrical work were done exactly as we wanted.  They even painted all of the replacement shingles on the outside of the house for no extra charge.  We have already contracted with Mark for additional work to be done several weeks from now.  I'm sorry I didn't find Mr. Handyman of Suffolk years ago!

  • It turned out fine. It works fine. He did a good job and he was efficient at work. I would recommend them. They were prompt and came when they were supposed to come. I had a really good experience with them. They were very punctual.
