They were on time and on budget. I gave them a "B" for price only because they charge you quite a bit per room for a la carte services, such as carpet protection. Although, they are not pushy in offering those extra services and respect your decision. They are very informative and walk through the house with you taking into account special needs, problem areas or sensibilities you have with the process. They honor every promise they make and were extremely trustworthy. The carpet looked like new when it was done. ABryan was so easy to work with, friendly and conscientious. He's done a great job cleaning out the basement, which would have taken me so much longer on my own. We have a cat allergic to mold and mites, so it's great for her but we're all breathing easier. I'll definitely keep him in mind for other projects.
