She was knowledgeable and spent 45 minutes looking around the foundation of my house to find where they were getting in. She took care of closing those openings and set baits out in my basement. She has been out twice to set baits and they gave me a year guarantee. After the first treatment there was very noticeable improvement. I’m very happy with them. AEviction Nuisance Wildlife ControlJason came out promptly, took one look, and said carpenter ants. He explained to me in detail what was going on, including pointing to the evidence. Unfortunately, he is currently unable to do pest control, so this was out of scope for him. But his expertise certainly pointed me in the right direction to get the problem taken care of. I also mentioned some issues with chipmunks and garter snakes, and he pointed out the areas where they were getting into the house via the foundation and told me exactly how to correct the problem. If I ever need animal removal, I will absolutely call Jason! He was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable, and more than willing to share advice without a charge.- RICHARD S.

AGlobal ExterminatingExcellent company. Did the job with no problem. I have a contract with another company (T) that I have had nothing but problems with. They said they came out and sprayed my gutter where the problem was but after 2 weeks - I knew they had not because I still had the problem - I alerted them and they ignored me and did not call back. These bees were vicious. and constantly attacked. Global got rid of them in one day! It has been a week now and I have not seen even ONE. My back door and patio are mine again and I thank them. I will be calling THEM for my yearly treatment in the spring. They actually do they job you pay them for. Thank you Global!- mary c.

AQuality Pest SolutionsExcellent! I called QPS and he came out the very next day. We were inundated by Stink Bugs! Since the spray the are reduced by about 90%. We will hire again in the spring and next fall and hopefully eradicate them once and for all. This is a polite, knowledgeable young man and owner of this small business. AGlobal ExterminatingI called Global because of a previous positive experience with an estimate. I'm having lawn and fall cleanup done and the landscaper found yellow Jackets in two spots on the lawn. I called and they sent Josh and another young man out. They quickly took care of the issue with no problems. I would definitely call them again. From the initial contact with the woman that answered the phone to the technicians they send, they are professional, courteous and most of all honest. Not easy to find. AGlobal ExterminatingI was concerned about rodents and in particular rats. I never had them before but due to other complaints in the area I was concerned the rodent i heard in my house may have been a rat instead of the random field mouse i got every other year or so. Josh from Global Exterminators called me and showed up on time. After telling him my concerns, he told me to use the bait i already had and that he was pretty sure it was just a mouse but that i could call him back if i saw anything or had any issues after using what i had. I appreciate that Josh wasn't trying to sell me a service i may not need. Its for that reason i would call them again and highly recommend them for their honesty.- sandra s.

BAfter another lawn treatment firm managed to gradually kill our lawn we found One Step to replace them. One Step slowly brought our Lawn back. Not perfect yet but so much better. One Step also worked with us. First lawn care firm that we have consistently recommended. BUT as of today we are so sad. They have sold out to the firm that damaged our lawn several years back. We have already paid for the season. So we are stuck to finish this season, I wish One Step would have been up front that they were selling out. Unprofessional. So sad.

AMike Partlow surpassed all expectations. The cost of his services was considerably less than that of another contractor, who also gave us an estimate, and his plan was much less invasive. Mike, though he traveled a distance to get to our home, was punctual. He was neat, efficient, and thoroughly explained everything he was doing. Because I tend to worry a lot I had many questions along the way. Mike's patience never ran out. We were in constant contact by email until all my questions were answered. We hired Mike to treat mold in our house. Not only did he do that but he came back another day to give a second treatment. He suggested, with good reason, that the bathroom fans should not be vented into the attic and that the ventilation in the attic needed to be improved. We agreed to have him vent the two bathroom fans to the outside, and to install a fan to better vent the attic. Mike did all the work with great speed, with minimum inconvenience to us, explaining everything all along.
