AI highly recommend Salif as a life coach. In our work together focusing on life obstacles, he provided exceptional value in his ability to offer concrete tools, identify obstacles, and create a plan of action. My sessions with him helped to identify what was preventing me from reaching my goals and living the life I really wanted. He was very understanding and provided a supportive ear to gain the clarity for change.

AI had been to several Gyns over the decades and they all took a "wait and see" or "It's just the way it is" approach to my issues. Dr. Cranston made sure to investigate further and resolve the situation to where I am now living a better life. She is kind and caring and takes the time to listen and understand.

Dr. Taylor is interested in how lifestyle changes can prevent or improve chronic disease. She enjoys working with people of all ages, from newborns to older adults, with particular interest in adolescent medicine, women's health, and sports medicine.
Recent Review:
ADr. Taylor has been my Physician for years. If I had known I could write a review here I would have long ago. Never have I had a doctor who would take so much time trying to get to the bottom of a problem, spend so much time listening and explaining, and truly caring about her patient as a human rather than just an appointment to cover. Yes, sometimes I have to wait a bit beyond my appointment time, but I do not mind because it tells me that she is giving another person the time and care they need. That makes me feel even more impressed with her.

FNot worth the money. Had Smart Lipo done on my abdomen and inner thighs. I have a pouch on my abdomen. My thighs were done and no change. After the procedure, we had many Cool Sculpting procedure and still had the same pouch and a ton of fat on my sides and inner thighs still. When asked about a possible revision, I was told they were not interested. Horrible!

FThe following are factual events and accounts for which I have proof. I have hired an attorney and have also taken other measures, including but not limited to sending a detailed report with supporting documentation and proof to the State Medical Board Of New York State to report the malpractice of Dr. Madonna Tomani, her staff - Specifically: Julie and Donna, and her entire practice. I am putting this review here to warn others so that they don't have to go through the same kind of abuse, trauma, bullying, and unethical behavior that I, and others have experienced from Dr. Tomani and her staff! Dr. Tomani and her staff put patients health at VERY serious risk and I don't want any other patients to have to suffer and be bullied by their own Doctor and her staff as Dr. Tomani and her staff have done to me, and others! Do NOT see this Doctor, she is unprofessional, unethical, and discriminates and exploits patients to get money in a variety of ways that are appalling and illegal! Her staff is rude, harasses patients, discloses private information willingly to unauthorized parties, incorrectly bills insurance companies, and sometimes the wrong insurance companies for the wrong billing codes - this has happened to me personally by Julie, and I know for a fact has happened to others that have gone to this practice. Donna the office manager and main nurse is rude, condescending, and judgmental and does nothing to help but make the patients feel worse. Julie, the main receptionist bullies patients, gives out wrong information, and makes it the patients fault when she is the one at fault. Dr. Tomani abandons patients who are most in need, and will write them off as patients sending them letters with a "deadline date" that they can last ben seen by her, and that date is the EXACT date that the letter is dated. When I called to report the bullying and harassment that I suffered at the hands of Julie, the receptionist, I was not allowed to talk to the Doctor, I was asked personal information by the receptionist that I spoke with - to the point that I had to remind her that if she asked me any further information she was absolutely violating HIPPA, and already had. Donna, the unprofessional, and unethical "office manager," called me back and still continued to insist that I was wrong, which I had proven the day before - that I wasn't. When I asked Donna about my test results coming back she stated that they "probably wouldn't get around to it by the end of the day." It was a Friday. When I asked what I should do about the symptoms over the weekend she stated "there are over the counter medicines that I'm sure will work." When I asked about when the ultrasound would be scheduled she said she wanted to look into "my compliant" first and would call me on Monday - 2 weeks went by and Donna finally called me back, when I asked why I didn't receive a phone call and had to wait 2 weeks Donna stated - "I went on vacation, and I'm the only one that could have called you back." When I asked what was done about Julie's behavior towards me I was told "that's none of your business." Two days after this phone call I received the letter in the mail from Dr. Tomani stating that she was dropping me as a patient and couldn't see me any longer - I have a medical condition and am on medicine that has to be prescribed by an OB, and my condition absolutely necessitates that I be followed by an OB, Dr. Tomani knows this. The letter stated that should I have an emergency medical issue the "deadline" that she gave me to stop seeing me should be sufficient, the deadline was the exact same date as the date at the top of the letter, which the letter was dated for, and I didn't receive the letter until 2 days after the date of the letter and the supposed deadline. If you google Dr. Tomani's name - there are other patients who document and outline this exact same situation, with the exact same events! If you are lucky enough to get into a room to see Dr. Tomani she will rush through your exam, answer zero questions, and you will be lucky to get 5 minutes with her - all the while feeling like you are an inconvenience to her and that she has better things to do. The last visit I had with this practice, I had 2 different nurses in a 5 minute window, and the last nurse couldn't even find a clean room for me. When I finally got to see Dr. Tomani she downplayed my concerns of severe pain that I was experiencing, then she put me on the exam table so quickly and rushed through major concerns that I had that I literally felt like a piece of meat afterwards! She took some labs (which were left out in the open with my name and information exposed) and told me that the labs would be back the next day - I had to call 5 different times to find out if they were in, and suffer over a weekend with the symptoms that the labs were taken for and never heard from anyone until I called again the next week! After that awful experience in the office that day, I then had to deal with Julie billing someone else's insurance and telling me it was my insurance, when I kept telling her that she was wrong she started yelling, bullying me, and harassing me in front of other patients in the waiting room! She printed out incorrect insurance information and threw the papers at me trying to tell me that it was mine. She demanded full payment for the visit when I am on a co-pay plan, and refused to let me leave, or schedule the very urgent and needed ultrasound that the Dr. had ordered to occur the next day until I admitted that she was right. Dr. Tomani walked by the back of the desk at one point as this was going on, saw and heard her employee screaming at a patient and kept walking. Julie was not right as she insisted that she was, and I had to call my insurance company from my car and have them call Julie to explain to her that she was wrong and had given me wrong information and was about to bill the wrong insurance for the wrong patient. The ultrasound tech is abrasive, rude, cold, and has zero bedside manner but also no sympathy for the pain she might be causing as she is doing your ultrasound. Dr. Tomani performed a needed surgery on me about 6 months ago and I am now finding out that I shouldn't have trusted her to do that, not only because of this latest experience with her but, that I am now having symptoms that could be a result of her botching the surgery, and that major things were missed by her and the ultrasound tech that should have been found when they sent me for ultrasounds prior to the surgery! If you google Dr. Tomani you will see multiple complaints against her that all have the same theme and the same series of events - this is not coincidental. She cares more about the money and the second hand companies that she advertises in every corner of her waiting room and every exam room and how she can get money from them, than about her patients, and most importantly her patients health. On more than one occasion I had to wait to check in for an appointment because the sales person of one of the many "spa" options that are offered in this "doctor’s office" (aka: liposuction, cosmetic surgery, supplements etc. - the list goes on) was chatting up the secretary about her weekend and what kinds of new products she wanted her to bring in for display in the waiting room...I waited for at least 6-8 minutes behind this sales person that was more important than checking me in for my scheduled visit. Dr. Tomani has compromised my health in multitudes of ways, (along with my emotional and mental health as her conduct and that of her staff have seriously traumatized me!!) I know for a fact that Dr. Tomani and her staff have also compromised the health of many before me with this same kind of behavior, many other patients at her hands have suffered the same, and in the same way. Dr. Tomani should absolutely not be a practicing physician and needs to be stopped so that others don't have to continue to suffer at the hands of her or any of her staff as many already have.

FMary Parkes Center Asthma Alrgy1) Was asked if wanted copy of billing procedure and patient rights when 1st arrived=Never got it. 2) I asked for copy of patient rights & billing procedure at check out=Never got it. 3) Medicine List: had (4) prescriptions not taking told that will be fixed & see the corrections when you check out= Nope. STILL ON the list. 4) Never told cost of tests they wanted done or costs of tests done there. 5) Dr, respiratory therapist & nurse refused believe what my out of pocket cost of previous inhaler vs cost of current one (cost 11 X less) and still kept on trying to convince me to go back on old one (even tho new med works better). 6) *Also never told they contracted a 3rd party health insurance company (that company left a phone message that night that said; "We were contacted by your Doctor and contracted with your Dr to take over as your health care plan....We already contacted your current health insurance plan & told them that we're taking over your health care plan"*) 7) Because of Covid told at checkout they'll send a bill. 8) But later when got that call from the other insurance company; A) I do not know what insurance they're submit the claim thru, B)nor what the co-pay will be, C) nor what their monthly premium is, D) nor what the coverages are under that plan. 9) Discharge Papers(?) Included 6 PAGES on a G/I problem that I've had over 20 yrs.! I did not ask for any info, I'm Not changing my G/I to Strong and Not there for lung problem. Conclusion: will be cancelling any and all tests and future appointments- Not A.

APietropaoli, Dr. RobertI am very pleased with Dr. Pietropaoli. I have been a patient for at least a decade now. First and foremost he listens to me as a patient and truly understands any symptoms or concerns I may be having. His follow-up and communication is beyond my expectations. Often calling after office hours have ended to share test results or to follow up on a condition after beginning treatment. With the advent of the UofR's internet interface, I have emailed a question a couple of times and have been pleased with the speed of reply. As I am getting into my 50's, and the effects of aging kick in, I am pleased to have a Dr. that I have total confidence in.- Robert P.
