AFour Points Remodeling & Design CenterOur master bath remodel went very smoothly, start to finish! Our project was on the smaller side, but we received the same attention to detail and quality workmanship that our friends did who had Four Points do a gorgeous upscale kitchen remodel a few years ago. Missie is a talented designer who really helped us bring our ideas to life. She was very patient as we contemplated our options before finalizing our plans. Chris and John, our crew, were extremely professional, tidy and punctual. They observed all CDC safety guidelines and we felt very safe having them working in our home during the COVID-19 pandemic. Jim touched base with them regularly, and personally oversaw a couple minor tweaks that were required at the end of the project, as there are in any home renovation project. Payment is usually set in draws. 1/3 to 1/2 upon beginning of project. Payment is expected upon completion of job. We carry all required insurances. We employ 5 people at this time and work with 4 Sub-contractors. Our Sub-contractors carry all required insurances.

ATim did an awesome job! Tim had no problem working with the large format tiles that I chose for the project and there was no waste - his estimate for materials was spot on. He did an excellent job on the caulking, also. I would definitely hire him again!

AAndre and Vitaly gave me a quote over the phone, based on pictures that I texted. I had multiple scratches caused by my dog, and some very large water marks. I made an appointment for them to do the work in my home. They were right on time, professional, neat and courteous. They did a beautiful job! The buffet looks brand new, every mark is gone! I will definitely hire them again in the future.

AWe had been working with another local vendor and at the last minute decided to stop into Hardwood Outlet. We were incredibly fortunate to do so! Levent was awesome - he took a great deal of time to explain every detail of the job, the wood and how everything worked. He was patient and took great care in answering all of our questions - and made sure we understood the answers! He knows his business and it shows in the level of support to his customers. One thing to note is that the name of the store can be misleading - it is not an outlet or second hand store. They sell the same high quality flooring as the other local vendors - however their pricing is better. I would definitely recommend going to see Levent at Hardwood Outlet if you're looking for new floors.

AOur floors turned out great! We had carpet in the hallway and a section where one of our dogs would like to urinate. It was getting so bad that we knew we had to rip up the carpet and redo the hardwoods underneath. We decided to have the hardwood floors in our living room, hallway and a bedroom refinished at the same time. The boards were replaced in that 'pee spot' (see pictures) and it looks great! Brian even offered to replace our transition pieces into the kitchen with some nice oak. He was always quick to respond and answer any questions we had. Very professional and prompt.

AFrom the first phone call this was the most professional experience I've had with anything done at my home. Sales person was accurate, office personnel polite and responsive, and installation guys were wonderful. I've had other windows installed and this experience was by far much better.
