DESCRIPTION OF WORK
Signed up for 4 months of classes for puppy, based on what the sales person told me most dogs should have been at level 3 or 4 with this plan but our puppy had just started level 2 at the middle of the last month. I was told that the flex plan was the most popular and best plan for $350. The level 2 class was not offered on Saturdays like the level 1, due to work, etc., Saturday was the best time for us and I didn't realize the next flex class wasn't on Saturdays. But we spent most of the time in level 1. Our dog is far from trained and we will need to find another class for him. We needed more help with specific behaviors like leash walking. It was at the end of the 4 months before we even got to the leash topic in level 2 classes. The dog missed several weeks due to neutering (should have waited until this was complete) and also I had problems with the website several times in June. The website was a known issue which they eventually fixed. Also the website changed so you had to register for the class at least 12 hours ahead of time, which we usually did but I don't remember this being a policy when I signed up... I feel like we wasted $350 now and should have went with a typical weekly class that the vet recommended (someplace else). It would have been a set schedule that we knew would work up front and all the dogs in the class would be at the same point. The trainer was good but the class schedule, times for levels, and policies were a real disappointment... the dogs are also at very different levels and ages in each class. I would not recommend this company unless you have unlimited time and money.

As with any dog training program, the amount that you are able to attend classes greatly affects the outcome, as well as every dog and owner being different. DESCRIPTION OF WORK
I took my 14 week puppy to a puppy class to develop social classes. I also used this business to walk my two dogs and find them trustworthy.
