  • I talk to them all the time. They have urgent care visits so if I am sick and call up, they will see me that day. They are going to move because the building was bought. The offices are okay. I've been using them for years.

  • Emergency appt. within 15 minutes of phone call. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Dr. was able to see me just as I finished the forms. First Dr. Korponay examined the toe and foot. Then he took 3 x-rays from different angles. Shortly thereafter he brought the x-rays into the exam room and studied them carefully, as I looked on. He explained that it was bruised but not broken. He bandaged the toe, gave me instructions to put on ice, elevate the foot, not get it wet, etc. Simple, clear instructions, no problems. Terrific!

  • the pick up car was frequently late,,,,,there was one wheelchair at the facility so that if aone patient was using it to get out to his car, the other patients had to wait for its return....both my husband and the aide who accompanied him felt that the therapy was
totally ineffective and he made little improvement.

  • MY HUSBAND IS THERE FOR REHAB....THE FACILITY IS IMMACULATE...MOST OF THE STAFF IS FRIENDLY AND COOPERATIVE...THEY ARE FAMILY FRIENDLY AND THE PHYSICAL THERAPY APPEARS TO BE EXCELLENT...I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT

  • He is wonderful. He explained everything. He explained it in a way that it was easy to understand. He also showed pictures of the surgery. My husbands back injury was so serious that he suggested that he would go to a pain management center.

  • The first 2-3 times I went I had to wait over an hour (past my appointment time) to be seen.  The waiting room was very crowded so it was uncomfortable to wait with a 6 month old baby.  The therapist was nice, professional and seemed to know what she was doing (my baby liked her for sure!) but a 15 minute treatment was not worth the hour-plus wait.  My not so stellar review has to do with the overall experience:  the waiting so long despite having a set appointment time, the front desk staff is kind of pushy as to scheduling appointments and making sure they collect their payment, the parking is tough.

  • He is fantastic.  He is absolutely amazing.  He's just extremely knowledgeable.  He also believes in alternative medicine.  He's always in all the magazines as the best doctor in New York area.  He is just excellent.  I can't say enough about him.  He has a wonderful bedside manner.  He was recommended by many other physicians and that's how we got to him years ago.  He's the best diagnostician around and I have been extremely happy with him.  At one point I had a problem which was very severe and he did everything right.  He told me I can go to a neurologist but he will do nothing different.  Foolishly I went and spent $150 and he did nothing different.  Dr. Edelstein has been just wonderful.

  • My initial contact with Dr. Dine's office was to discover if he accepted FECA, i.e., Federal Employee Workers Comp, which he did. I was given an appointment within one week's time and I met this youthful, energetic and very personable doctor. The only sure way to repair my rotator cuff injury and eliminate my pain was through surgery I learned, and the Doctor was very confident of good results even after taking into account my age of 63 and signs of arthritis in my injured shoulder. From then on the rest is all history, as they say. Without undue delay the surgery was performed on November 19, 2010 at the Hospital for Special Surgery in NYC, which by the way is the cleanest hospital I have ever seen. My Doctor was assisted by a staff of the most professional, astute medical professionals I have ever witnessed. As they put me under, I rested easy knowing that I had placed myself in the hands of the best of the best.

So here I am now, almost 10 months after my rotator cuff repair, been back at work since Feb of 2011 and back on full-duty as of June of 2011. As I write this report on this September day of 2011 I can honestly say that unless I remind myself, I am not aware that I ever had an injury to my shoulder at all. When standing before a mirror the small scars on my shoulder never catch my eye unless I look for them. Also, I have no pain upon lifting, reaching, sleeping on the surgery side or taking knocks to that once injured shoulder in the performance my job. I have full range of motion without a glitch or a hitch. Arthritis in the shoulder? Can't prove it by me. The Doctor and quot;cleaned-upand quot; my damaged shoulder and in so doing had to go far beyond simply repairing a torn rotator cuff tendon as the shoulder had more damage than the MRI revealed since it was taken in Feb of 2010 and the surgery performed 8 months later.

Of course, I received Physical Therapy for many months after this surgery. All the while Dr. Dines followed my progress and periodically examined my shoulder and was always ready to answer my questions and allay my fear of ever being able to return to full functionality. Of no lesser importance to my full recovery was the exceptional care I received from my physical therapist at Queens Physical Therapy Associates (another report to follow) who worked in close co-ordination with Dr. Dines to painstakingly nurse me back to health. Thank you one and all! Others on my job who have had this exact injury repaired by other surgeons tell me they are still experiencing pain long after the surgery was performed. • They have been good so far. I like them. The physical therapists that I deal with are very good, very helpful, very knowledgeable, very experienced and very caring. There is nothing that I don't like. I have all good things to say about them. Their office is a little small and sometimes I have to wait quite a while. I don't really consider particularly a negative thing to say about them, because they are busy. I have had a very good experience so far. The person who is in charge is very caring. I have been to other physical therapists and this is probably the best. I can categorically say so far it has been the best physical therapy experience that I have had. The office is a little confined but the overall environment is very positive and the attitude of all the employees that I have come across is very positive and caring. I would continue to use them.

  • He's a very good doctor. He sees both my husband and I. He is always very courteous and very thorough. He's very nice and friendly. He is very down to earth and he takes his time with his patients. When I make an appointment and walk in, he is there. The office is nice. His communication is excellent. We haven't had a problem with the billing.
