WOW! What you would say if you saw my bathroom. Watching my new bathroom materialize was so exciting. He was there for every step to insure a quality product. I did not have to worry because Chuck was on top of everything. There were no surprises and everything ran smoothly. I would highly recommend Chuck to my friends and even my relatives.

On day one, Brian and his assistant removed the existing flooring all the way down to the original wood subfloor. This was a tricky job because they had to cut around the cabinets and there were many layers to get through. This work took the entire morning. In the afternoon they laid the mud/cement. On day two, Brian and his assistant installed the tile and on day three Brian and his assistant did the grout. They completed this work by lunchtime each day. Brian and his assistant were on time, neat, friendly, courteous, trustworthy and professional. My job was a bit of a pain because it was in an apartment - parking was tricky, Brian had to haul away the garbage himself (for an additional fee) and they had to cut around the existing kitchen cabinetry. However, Brian and his assistant did a fabulous job despite the obstacles. Brian was extremely responsive throughout the entire process. He visited my home for an estimate the same morning I placed my initial call. Brian always answered my text messages promptly, at all hours of the day. I highly recommend Greco Ceramic Tile!

Steve did an amazing job. Everyone else we called for an estimate told us that the shower stall could not be repaired and offered to tear it down and rebuild it instead at a cost 5-7 times what we paid Steve. In the process of fixing it, he realized that a part of one beam behind the tiled wall was rotten and needed to be replaced, but he only charged us for the extra piece of wood even though this unforeseen problem required more of his time to compete the job. The shower stall is still bone dry after 1 1/2 years.

The end product was beautiful and from picking out the tiles to the end the work on both bathrooms was finished within several weeks. We began work on the kitchen because of problems stemming from plumbing before Major Homes had come in and replaced everything. About 8 months later, there was a leak stemming from their plumber being given the wrong fittings for one of our showers. When I contacted Joe at Major Homes, he responded immediately. He coordinated the plumber and the tile craftsman and made everything function and look like new. We would absolutely hire Major Homes to do any further work we need.

First, let me say that my place was disgusting. We have a old home and the people that "owned" it before us used the cheapest routes to repair or maintain anything in the house. So, the hallway bathroom had mold and was gross and the the master shower and toilet drain were connect or something...bottom line gross. Our project manager, Joe M. came over and was able to look at everything without puking, impressive. He gave me a quote after going over it and what was included and not included. We decided to go with Joe and Major Homes and started to rip out the disgusting bathrooms.
Joe was awesome, we found that not only was there water damage in places we did not expect but instead of "mudding" the floor properly, the previous people put layers of concrete down! That was why our foundation was sinking! Also, the mold was from a leaky radiator pipe going to the upper floor. George (great plumber, btw) and Joe were able to fix that and now for the first time in the whole six years of owning the place there's proper heat on all the floors! Thanks George.
    Procedure Notes:
    1) Before the job starts YOU have to go out to order the plumbing fixtures and tiles, so you are responsible for that and it gives you greater leverage over the choices of materials. Like for us, buying stuff made in the USA is important and Val over at Abballe Plumbing was able to hook it up along with all of the crazy whims of my wife....
    2) Next, picking tiles from Siena Marble & Tile from Pablo who was awesome and was able to get what she wanted picked out and was somehow able to figure out what I was trying to do with the Hallway.
    3) Also, pick out a painter so after Joe is finished with the drywall, tile and stuff they can paint before the fixtures go up.
Anyways, payments go in fractions of the total in order of 1/3, 1/3, 1/4 then the rest of the bill after the fixture stuff. Glad to have it done.
Sidenote: We have a 105 lb. doberman and insane Chihuahua and they were able to deal with it. We either locked them up when they were working in a room not being used or when home just kinda watched them do their thing.

After meeting with multiple contractors, it was clear that Jim was going to be the right choice. He wasn?t pushy like most other contractors. Instead, he was polite, knowledgeable, trustworthy and professional.

Jim guided us through everything, from start to finish. He listened carefully to what we wanted, gave us suggestions, and showed us lots of examples he had previously completed.

After establishing a budget and timeline, he coordinated with his recommended sub-contractors and executed flawlessly. He has superb working relationships with all of his vendors and was clear throughout the entire renovation.

His team, consisting of Jim, Lewis, and Shawn were truly impressive. They were all hardworking, polite, knowledgeable, and showed true pride in their work.

Jim and his team worked everyday over the course of the renovation and ensured the house was cleaned up at the end of each day. The team was so efficient that, despite us adding a few additional projects along the way, they finished the project ahead of schedule.  The team was a true pleasure to work with, and we thoroughly enjoyed having them around the house.

Overall, we couldn?t be happier with our decision to hire Jim and his team. Aside from the phenomenal work done, Jim really has your best interest and treats your home as if it was his own.

Without hesitation, I would recommend Jim and his team for any type of work. I couldn?t have imagined a better renovation process and look forward to working with him in the future.

Bobby and the team helped me with my living room extension.  Toward the end of that project I decided that I wanted to build a TV wall instead of just place cabinets and TV along that wall.  There was an alcove where the cabinets were going to sit but I wanted everything to be flushed with the wall instead of inside the nook.  And of course Bobby and Joe delivered.  Bobby and Joe the project manager are great because they are always just one call/txt away.  Once again people showed up everyday promptly at 8 and cleaned up before they leave.  Phil framed it out and helped me with the IKEA cabinets and measured and figured out the best placements for all.  Steven came through with some AMAZING tile work which he spent the time and effort to match up the tiles for the corners of the TV cutout. (I had previous contractor that did my fireplace with the same tiles that just simply glued the tiles to the fireplace and did not take the time or care to figure out how to hide the edges).  This team really care about their job and they really treat it with attention and care.  We had to tweak the project in the middle of it and they accommodated. THEY ARE AWESOME!!!!

Mark did most of the work in a little more than half a day. He came back a second time to grout the back splash and install the towel bar and toilet paper holder.  (We didn't have all of those items ready for him the first day.)  This bathroom hasn't looked so good since I've lived here--for close to twenty years. We've told Mark that we don't want to recommend him to others, because we don't want to have to wait when we need his help.  However, in all fairness to him, he's outstanding--reliable, honest, and talented.

Preferred Choice Cleaning did a great job.  Angelo, the owner was on the job with 2 others so it got done quickly. In addition to a great job they were very professional & a pleasure to do deal with. They were working inside & outside but were very careful not to bring dirt/water into the house. I would highly recommend them & will certainly use them again.

    We highly
    recommend US Home Remodeling Corp.
We are so happy with our new bathroom.
We had postponed this project for about 3 years,
since we did not want to deal with the headache of a renovation.
Bob came to our house and was very pleasant and
nice. We felt at ease with him within a few minutes of introducing this project
    to him.
We had an estimate by the end of the week as
Joe Fiore was the Project Manager - he kept
us fully informed as to what would happen next.
He kept the lines of communication open with us throughout the remodel.  He always made sure that we are
happy with the result. Nothing that we asked was an issue - even if we changed our minds during the construction.
Joe L did the gutting and sheetrock as well as some of the electrical work. He was very professional  friendly and kind ? and always left the work area organized and clean.
Steven did a great job on the tiles ? we choose a somewhat complex tile setting. Steven took the time to make it perfect.
He made sure that the result would be what we wanted.  The result is amazing ? it surpassed our expectations.
Right before the end of the project Scott went
over everything that was completed.  He installed the final fixtures, vanity and faucets.
He made sure that we were happy with the result and took the time
adjust what needed to be adjusted.
Oscar did an excellent job on the painting - he actually helped us choose the color which tied the
whole bathroom together and it looks great.
Everyone took pride in their work and it shows. We were able to have open lines of communication throughout the remodel.  We would absolutely recommend US Home Remodeling Corp to our friends and family. We are very happy with our new
bathroom and plan on using their services for future projects in our house.
