  • We were very satisfied.  Communication was excellent. All went as promised. We left our car at a service station near our house and the trucking company picked it up from there.  It was delivered to us right on time.  The car was in perfect shape.  The driver (Patrick) for the trucking company, PJ Auto Transport, was efficient and personable.

  • Imagine buying a used car without the usual sense of dread. These are nice, easy-going guys who work with you to find the right vehicle for you. Petar and Chris are a terrific team who make the buying experience as stress-free as possible.
    Went there with a particular car in mind, but it didn't work out. Went back a few times looking for the right "fit."
    Tried several cars, but kept looking. Went elsewhere, but didn't find the right car. A couple weeks went by.
    Then I got a call from Petar and Chris. They had a car for me to try. I couldn't believe they were still thinking of me. The car was a good match for my needs. I went for it.
    These guys stayed late, kept in touch, offered water (hot summer, cool AC) to thirsty customers. They were not high-pressure at all. They wanted me to be satisfied with the whole process. Other dealerships may treat used car buyers as unwelcome or easy prey. These guys were relaxed, courteous, even (dare I say) kind! Simply the best.
    I recommend them highly, and will go back for my next car.

  • I have been using this company for 2 years since I moved to the area.  We have our 2005 VW Passat diesel wagon and 2010 Honda Odyssey serviced there.  They are punctual, fair, and professional.  I really appreciate that they explain everything to me and don't dumb it down (I'm a woman and have received this type of attitude several times in the past at other locations.)  Val has explained to me what was found, what he recommends to be done urgently, and what can wait.  I have been very pleased with his service - cars are running beautifully!

  • I've been using them for a couple of years.  Booking can be tough because they're pretty busy, but the turnaround time is normally the same day.  They're reasonable, honest, and I've been satisfied with the service.

  • I was told the body work would take 3 days.  I scheduled the car to be dropped off a month before I did.  The body work actually took 6 days to complete.  Chris was not very nice about it when I complained that it took twice as long as his estimate.

  • My car is over 15 years old and runs beautifully. I was having a little trouble shifting (it is not an automatic car) and Frank replaced gears and now it works like new. He is always honest about what has to be done and often tells me that it does not need work. I trust him the truth.

  • I called the AAA since my car would start. Jerry's Towing came promptly and checked the battery. The young man that came checked the battery and said that he would not get a new battery if it were his wife's car. I was very happy with the service.

  • Service was good, car was repaired and a loaner was provided so my wife could still run her errands for the day. The work was done well and the work was completed in a timely manner. The service team also reimbursed us for a couple of costs that were approved in writing but my wife did not verbally agree to have them completed, even though Habberstad did the service and work, we were reimbursed for the expense because my wife did not give verbal approval, kudos to the service team!

  • Took the photos without any waiting. Were Really NICE! Offerred to take my registration papers to motor vehicle bureau for me to save me the "headache". Evidently they are car dealers as well as mechanics and body shop so it is routine for them. In the end my daughter needed to register it in another state so I didn't have them do this. However they were so nice that I will definitely use them for other services.

  • We had to get to our sister/sister in laws birthday party in the afternoon and wanted to purchase a car that same day, we arrived at Westbury Toyota at 11:00am on a Saturday and were able to test drive a few cars, we realized the Prius C was a nice car but we wanted the standard Toyota Prius, not the C.
    Alex alerted us to a 2012 that was in the showroom that he could work a very amenable deal for us and without taking up too much of our time.
    The option was to purchase a 2013 or a 2012 from their showroom at a below invoice price, a new car with a very low interest rate.My wife and I selected the 2012 and got a great car, top honors from Consumer Reports and did it with a dealership that respected our time and also budget.
    We'll be back for service and if we ever require another new car.
