    Locktight Waterproofing Corp
Had severe leaks in the basement. Called Lock Tight (and others) for estimate. Was given a very comprehensive plan to not only fix leaks but to also move as much water away from the house and work that came with a transferable warranty for 30 years. So although the cost was $23,000 we knew we were not going to go through the **** we endured last fall so we put down a deposit in March. For the next few months we worried that we were spending too much. Then the work began. Three days before there was a moderate rain and the water poured in which helped us cope with the cost. Work began and the job supervisor Tom and his crew arrived and went over every detail of the coming days which began with jack hammering the basement floor. After an hour and 45 minutes they broke for lunch so I of course went downstairs to see the 'damage'. I was astounded to see that in that short amount of time they had managed to complete about 280' of the 300' necessary. The speed of the work was a recurring theme. They had laid a protective membrane over the hardwood floor that led from the basement door to the front door which I am sure is standard among every company that does this type of work. What was extraordinary was at the end of the day when they were preparing to leave. I saw a worker on his hands and knees pulling up the barrier working his was out the front door. Every couple of feet he would reach out and pick up small debris, place it on the barrier and continue folding it up trapping it. This was done everyday. At the end of day one all of the old drain tile had been removed and all concrete debris, stone and clay tile removed. They then in essence power washed the basement floor leaving it cleaner than when they found it. Other highlights: They dug the tranches to tie my downspouts into the Town storm drain but instead of just digging the trench, they removed the grass and rolled it like sod so it could be replaced eliminating any reseeding from me. All I was required to do was water that grass everyday; something that every single person on the crew reminded us of at least once before leaving that afternoon. It felt like they were as concerned with it regrowing as much as we were. At the downspouts and in several locations in the basement are cleanouts so every two years or so I can flush all of the pipes and keep this system like new for many years. They worked through heat, they worked through rain and we never heard anyone complaining which brings me to the crew itself. This was a very physically demanding job and the amount of work they accomplished in one week still amazes me. Every member of the crew was professional and pleasant. no matter who we asked a question to, we were always given an answer. Never did someone tell us we had to ask someone else which showed they were all knowledgeable in their job as well as the specifics of what we had paid.for. Lastly and while perhaps not important to some of you reading this but of immense importance to us was their interaction with our 2 year old daughter. For five days she had strange people coming into her house and making quite a bit of noise so of course she was very curious. Countless times when we would look away she would head over to the areas where, as she put it, 'the boys' were. She oversaw some of the digging as well as he removal of much of the basement debris and no matter how many questions she asked, no matter how tired they were, each and every member of the crew would engage her with a smile on their face. This includes the poor guy who she told to "keep digging." When the day came for them to pack up leave for the last time my daughter was asleep. My wife actually woke her up so that she could say goodbye to her new friends, knowing she would be disappointed if she missed them. I guess maybe the best thing I can say is that we did not buy an in-ground pool or a bathroom or kitchen remodel. We spent $23,000 on work that in fact we cannot even see. We can't show it off or even step back and admire it. Yet knowing this very important job was done with such professionalism and attention to detail as well as the manner in which the crew conducted themselves I don't think we could be happier. I have been and will continue to recommend Lock Tight to everyone.

    Frank's Basement Systems
It was a big difference. They were only going to put two clean outs on a yard. It would put like six in a yard. Just because they were doing a lot of work for other people. I think that's why they charge more. A lot of people use them, so, I let them come out to look at the job and they told me that they would put a whole system instead of just putting two lines.

They have not done the work. They gave me different prices for different jobs. I let them come back because the pipe was filled with water. I let them snake out the pipe. They said that should help, but you can't really tell until you get in there to see what's going on. When the guy came over and when I talked to him on the phone he was real normal. He wasn't like a business kind of guy, he was really friendly. He didn't look at the job right away he talked and if you had other questions he would answer them. He wasn't really quick, he took his time. I was going to let the guy come out one more time and ask a question. He comes out and tells you what needs to be done.

Highlander Waterproofing of Western New York
Giulio and his crew came and waterproofed my basement after I discovered that there was water and it was on the carpet. Said they could get the job done in 3 days and it ended up only taking two! Customer service really good and they always answered my call. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Quality service right from the beginning. This was our first time working with a contractor and I have to praise Tim and his crew for their patience and professionalism. We made many changes throughout the project even up to the last day and the Russell Renovations crew were always up to each new task.  They were very clean and made a point of cleaning up each day.  Tim's estimate was fair and his product allotments were generous.  Our new home theater looks great and is exactly how we envisioned it!  We look forward to having the crew finish/remodel our guest bedroom in the future.

    Great Lake Plumbing
Great experience, this was a very big job. I own a 100 year old multiple family home. We are adding a full house sprinkler system to it and has to have a 4 inch main from across the street into the house. The large team of 4 to 5 guys worked for 4 days to get everything done. They hooked into city line, under the main two way street into the house. The crew put down rubber mats to keep the dug up dirt off grass to keep damage to minimum. Over all team did a great job and I would recommend and hire them for future jobs.

    Young Waterproofing Co
Several years ago, I had Young Waterproofing come out to repair several cracks in my basement walls. With all the rain we have had lately, one of the cracks started to leak again. Dick Young came out to inspect and told me that he would repair the crack. Two men came out today, repaired the crack by making the channel a little larger. They sprayed the area with mold and mildew resistant solution and re-cemented the area. They cleaned up after the work was completed. Very happy with the workmanship and response to my dilemma.

    Frank's Basement Systems
They were great. I got the quote couple of months ago but got it done couple of weeks ago. The guys were very professional, knew what was going on, used to check over their work and cleaned up beautifully better than when they got here. I would recommend them to anyone.

    Frank's Basement Systems
Overall we are happy with Frank's.  We had an unexpected water in our basement that came in through a separation in the floor.  The underlying problem was a clogged drain tile.  We had a few evaluations and estimates.  We like Frank's the best.  The sales rep Mike C.  was great.  He was very nice, explained the problem well, offered us some solutions and products.  He was not pushy and did not put the hard sell on like another company we had come in.
The price was fair.  $3200.  They installed 3 drain cleanouts in the corners of my basement and reclosed the floor with a nice mortar job in each area.  They were neat.  They then came in with a plumber who jet cleaned all the drain tiles of mud and debris to satisfaction.  A basement dehumidifier was installed and works very well and we are very pleased we went ahead with this aspect of the project too.  It's working like a top with the spring thaw and rain.  Basement feels good.
We did have an issue with their scheduling which is why I can't give them perfect marks.  They said they would be out in 3-4 weeks, but we didn't hear from them.  We called and it sounded as if they accidentally didn't get us on the scheduled.  They came the following week.  The job was completed, but with each segment of the job, a different employee came out and each one did not know what parts of the project were supposed to be completed.  It required multiple phone calls.   Apparently one of the schedulers was out with the flu so that was the reason for the confusion and scheduling snafus.  The problem was ultimately handled by a lady in the office who coordinated everything and did a very thorough job in making sure everything was completed and satisfactory.    The company was very responsive and provided excellent customer service in this regard.  The employees were professional, neat, and quiet while working.
We would recommend Frank's for their services and we would use them again.

    PK's Painting
Overall, the project went extremely well. The PK guys showed up when they said they would, performed in a very workmanlike manner, cleaned up when they were done, and there were no surprises relative to schedule or cost. I don't know what else you could ask for. Would I call them again? You bet!
