    This shop is reliable and reasonable. I have taken our family cars there on several occasions and each time service was timely, communication appropriate and work completed was excellent. This is my family's go-to shop for auto repair. I feel confident in their skill and honesty.

    I was very satisfied with the visit and the cost.  They used a qualified synthetic oil my model requires.  The car passed the inspection with out a costly repair bill.  The dealer has been telling me they were going to have to replace the catalytic converter and they priced the part at over $2,000 to comply to California certified requirements.  The car passed the scan and did not require a new cat at Ken-Ton.  When the time comes it will not pass I will be able to get an after market part for less.  
    I looked up my service records at the dealership for comparisons and the bill at Ken-Ton on average was $20 less than it would have been at the Dealer.  I am very happy with their professionalism, my drop off and pick up experience.  I prefer to drop off after hours and leave a list of needs  in the over night drop box.  The location is easy off the 190 at the Sheridan exit and side road to Military.
    I definitely will be back for the next service and will follow the guidelines listed in the owners manual.  
    I would make one recommendation.  I did not find service envelops in the over night drop box.  I would prefer to fill out an envelop and put my key into it before dropping it in the box.

    I have been using them for thirteen years. I am satisfied with the work except that it is expensive. It is worth it for the peace of month. The staffs are fine. I like that they are fairly knowledgeable.

    He’s amazing.  He’s very good.  He’s always able to help us with our car.  He’s not pushy and he always advising what needs to be done.  He’s never trying to sell us things that aren’t needed.  Our daughter also uses him.  He’s very honest.

    They are honest. The manager always caters to you and gives you really good customer service. He probably has the best knowledge in the place about general car maintenance. He stands out the most. I have been going to them for probably two and a half years. They take good care of the car. I give them a "B" on price and office.

    We dropped the car of on Friday morning and didn't hear from them all day. Saturday and Sunday they are closed so I had to contact the owner directly after searching around online since we needed the car. Other than this the service performed was as expected and the price was great. They were busy on Friday but that isn't an excuse for not calling us when the car was ready or at the end of the day to let us know we could pick it up.

    Went very well.  After taking my boyfriend's '06 Ford Taurus to

    Monro Muffler Brake also on Grand Island Blvd, I urged him to take it right over to Auto Fix to get another opinion & estimate.

    He took it right over to Auto Fix & got a much better price quote too..over $100 less at Auto Fix!!. It was fixed for that price, no surprises, just as my car is taken care of there. They are honest and they are very nice too. I won't ever take my car anywhere else in Western NY. They are just the best. No reason to ever get a second opinion with them. Just take your car there, you won't be sorry.

    I have taking my Toyota to Monro for regular maintenance and state inspections for the last three years. They provide as good or better service as the local Toyota dealerships for a third of the price and in a quarter of the time (spend four hours or more at Fucillo or an hour at Monro) - with Monro I can schedule work before I go into work for a night shift and not worry about running late.'t try to
    Also, the manager and his staff don't try to hard sell you on needless add-ons or upgrades - they suggest preventative maintenance, but don't try to convince you to replace perfectly working parts.

    Replaced ruptured gas tank on 2002 Mitsubishi Montero Sport. This particular model has an experimental tank and was only used on the 2002 Mitsubishi Montero Sport. They searched for nearby compatible gas tanks without success. A new tank had to be ordered from Japan. The work was very well done. My previous experience ( for a few years ) with this company brought me to the conclusion that they are pricey and you will have to wait a bit longer for your repairs than at most other places, but the quality of their work is outstanding and long lasting.
