AFlying Colors Roofing and PaintersSteven and team did an outstanding job turning our home from one with chipped paint from multiple terrible painting jobs and gapping holes from woodpeckers to looking like a brand new home! The team replaced all damaged shingles, removed an old door and added shingles in its place to match the rest of the house, sanded down the old paint (over multiple days) and then painted beautifully. They also took some extra days to remove old wallpaper up our stairs and in our hallways, repaired the drywall and repainted. Every day the team was onsite and ready to work at the time we were told (and usually even early) and the project was wrapped up exactly when we were told, and surpassed all of our expectations. We will definitely be recommending Flying Colors to anyone and everyone in the future.- Matthew M.

AFlying Colors Roofing and PaintersI have used Flying Colors in the past for roof cleaning and refurbishing and painting my cedar siding. They did an excellent job then so when damage was done to my roof due to a fallen tree I immediately thought of them. I called and within a day they had someone out covering the tree and hole in my roof with a tarp to prevent rain from doing further damage. Then I needed to do serious tree removal throughout the whole property including the roof, but as soon as that was done, I called Steve Totilo the owner and within 3 days he had a crew working on the repairs and reshingling which were done in short order. The work looks impeccable and I would never hesitate to recommend him for any outside home repair or painting you might need.- Ron L.

He provided a detailed contract upon assessment of my home and was very communicative throughout. The team of painters he employs are kind and incredibly skilled! They did everything from power washing, priming, painting the entire house, trim, doors, and gutters, and light carpentry work to replace damaged cedar and trim in just a few days! They worked diligently throughout the heat and were very kind and communicative. The painters did a beautiful job! I appreciated the carpentry work which saved me from sourcing a contractor/carpenter myself. We used Flying Colors about a year ago as well to paint our kitchen and the gentleman on the job was the very same that came to paint my house - and he remembered me! They did a wonderful job then, which is why I reached out to Steven for a much bigger project. The price point is very reasonable for a young person like myself to afford, one of the more reasonable I encountered in searching for a painter in the Stamford area. All in all, a job very well done. If I ever need painting done in future, Flying Colors will be the first people I reach out to. Thank you so much for your work!- Mia L.

I closed on my new home on December 15th, which didn't leave me much time to make minor changes before the holidays. James and Bianca at Precision Painting Plus were a dream come true. James came out to see our home a day after my Angie's list request. He provided me with an complete detailed estimate for my project and was super thoughtful to throw things in for Little or No cost because we had just bought the home, Ex. He painted the closets in my kids room. #Grateful. The estimate came with all of the material. Quality paint and quality painters! The paint is yours to keep at the end of the project. As they were already full of projects for the holiday season, I asked if there was any way my project could have been done before Christmas. James made a call and actually got a crew out to my home 2 days later, they worked late into the night on day 1 and was able to wrap up my project on day 2 by 5pm. I got a Huge master bedroom done, the master bath, my children's room (2x) their bathroom. My formal living and dining room done - very large space and my half bathroom. The work was AMAZING! The service included all the walls, trims and doors. I couldn't be happier! Bianca is the project consultant and she was also Top Notch! Extremely Knowledgeable about colors and finishes and walked me through with NO RUSH color options - I was a deer without headlights. Her direction really helped me pull it together. At such a happy but overwhelming time of purchasing a new home, they were the perfect team to help bring some ease to what could have easily been a overwhelming process. AAfter my family and I decided to move back to the old Queens house I grew up in to live above my mom, we quickly realized there were many things that needed to be repaired. I've counted on Nunez Construction and Painting for all of it. The first job they did was to repair some siding on the house. Prior to our move, we then wanted to gut and remodel the second floor apartment where we live. Mr. Nunez and his crew did a great job. More recently, our basement became flooded with sewage. We called him again to help with this project and install a new floor. We are always very satisfied customers. The work is great and reasonably priced. We can't thank him enough for being a wonderful person and company to work with.
