  I had bought a prior Angie's List deal for this company and they came as
  scheduled and did a nice job; in fact, I wanted to set up a regular
  appointment for cleaning and one to get my windows washed. I purchased
  this second deal, and contacted Bella to set up an appointment, which we
  did, with the window cleaning to be done if weather allowed. on July
  26. I had a family emergency and called to reschedule and set a date for
  August 16 at 9:30, and they contacted me on August 13 to change it to
  the afternoon, it did require that I change my plans for the day, but no
  big deal. I received  a message that morning that they could not come
  until three, which was not going to work, but that they would come the
  next week. August 23.  I got a message on August 23 that she was ill and
  could not come again, but would come the next week, September 6. I
  waited at home all day and waited for them to show up, texting and
  leaving a voice mail to let me know when to expect them. No reply. No
  cleaning. An entire day lost.  I was very upset and texted to please
  cancel and refund the money for the deal. I did not hear back, I just left another message requesting a refund and decided to file a complaint.

  I would have given them an A, because once they came and performed the work they were actually really professional and did a great job getting everything that was requested.
  Had some difficulty once we got a date scheduled. There was a last minute cancellation the first time, and a no-show the second time. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt that the first was actually an emergency and the second a possible miss-communication. 
  Anyway, once I finally got a hold of Tony and Camilla after the second missed appointment, we scheduled the service. This time, they showed up on time and ready to go. They did a great job. We were very pleased with their service and plan on using them at least once a year to come and perform window cleaning on the house.
  I would recommend their services, reasonably priced, great work, and overall a nice to deal with.

  It went fine.  They did a good job; it was clean.  They were flexible.  However, we had confusion on what they will show up and showed up late.  I called about it, apparently, the person who was running the business doesn't know one computer to the other so he kept on telling me a wrong day or a wrong time.  In the end they did show up and did a good job.  Apparently, the woman was the one who is more adapted to the computer.

  Imperial Cleaning Company

  They showed up a half hour late.  When they left the floors in the upstairs bedrooms weren't very clean but that was ok since I had workmen up there laying carpet and painting the bathroom.  What I found was unacceptable was that the main floor was dirty and windows and doors still had dust on the ledges.  For a white glove service charging a hundred dollars  an hour I was pretty disappointed. When they called to follow up I told them how I felt like I spent a lot of money and didn't get the result that I expected.  They said they could have a crew come by and touch things up.  I thought that was nice.  However, when they said they would call me to schedule a time they never called back.

  The Cleaning Girls Inc

  Best Cleaning Service of Long Island Inc. cleaned my upstairs cabinets but I did not really need that. They said the first visit is more expensive than the rest of the visits. I thought it was a lot of money, so I need to do some thinking before I pay that much for cleaning again. I did not need the upstairs cabinets done. They did do a good job and were very pleasant. I would use them regularly if they were not so pricey.
