My experience was horrible. I moved 3+ hours from my Dr. so I thought i would try one closer to where i live. First you see the dr. and he gives you the amount of botox and fillers that he says you need which was double what my dr. would use then the secretary comes in to negociate the price with you and lets you know and double what i would pay at my dr. that shes giving a great deal. The Dr. Michael literally injects the areas with a huge amount of botox and then filler he was done in minutes and i remember thinking this isn't right. I did exactly the amount of botox in my forehead that he said it needed for me to be happy and went home with the same 11's between my eyebrows that i had before. I called a week later and the secretary tells me oh please come back we want you to be happy and the dr. will fix it, I drive 1 1/2 hours to get there for them to tell me they will give me another break and charge me to be happy an add'l $120 which she stated was a great deal only after i spent $700 on my forehead already. So I pay the money and I still have the 11's. My dr. charges me 1,200 total for botox and filler and my lines are gone on both my forehead and my face. It's unheard of to charge a patient to fix something they did wrong but here it's common practice. The filler in my face is horrible I wish I could put pics before and after on here. The filler was another $1,000 dollars and under my eyes looks like i have huge bags and either side of my upper lip looks like jowels on a lion. He does not know what he's doing and way out of hand with the price. Oh did i mention after you make a "deal" with dr. and secretary the take your CC and hold it as if you were going to run for the hills. The whole experience was horrible and I wrote this so that this doesn't happen to someone else. Find another Dr. someone who knows what he/she is doing. I will never step foot in this place again.

They're professional. They're efficient. They're nice. They don't have you coming back unnecessarily. They're compassionate, caring and on time. If your appointment is going to be more than 15 minutes late, they'll come out and talk to you and tell you why. I'd give them A on everything.

    Hennessey, Dr. Patrick N.
I was seen fairly close to my appointment time. Often Dr. Hennessey runs late. He is one of the few doctors who I feel is definitely worth the wait. We talked about any of my concerns and he examined me from head to toe. Two areas on my arm were marked as being of concern. One he felt was pre-cancer and he froze it off. The second one he took a biopsy of. He is always very careful, professional and caring. The next week, he called me personally to let me know that there were basal cells and to schedule an appointment to have a larger section removed.

    Jay Schechter MD
Doctor Jay Schechter is a very nice person. The staff is very normal. I never had any problem with them. Overall, I am grading him an A. Nothing bad has happened  yet to me since my seeing him.

    Goldgeier, Dr. Mark H
Always well treated, never a problem. Didn't overtreat, which I understand can be a problem with dermatologists.

    Sadri, Dr. Kass
I was just in for a checkup. Dr. Sadri was very thorough and answered all my questions. He even removed a ingrown hair follicle without making me come back for another appointment.

We had a miscommunication on the date of the appointment - we are snowbirds and the change in appoin tment date (due to vacation plans by doctor but not known at time of original scheduling) was mailed to our summer address and not forwarded. We got a call two days before the new date reminding us, much to our surprise - we were able to make the appontment but only because we are retired and flexible. We thought they had our winter adsdress in FL but they did not, and apparently the post office did not forward the rescheduling letter. Dr.Lambert is an EXCELLENT dermatologist and we would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone who inquires.

    Emily Lambert MD
We had to go see her at least three times to get a handle on my daughter's scalp condition. It was a long wait to get an appointment and because it was an intermittent skin thing, a couple of times we went and she wasn't able to help us much because of the timing. We finally lucked out and our appointment happened to correspond to an outbreak and she could take a culture. Unfortunately we never did nail down a cause, but she tried several different medicines and treatments until we found one that worked. They book in blocks, which we didn't know until our third appointment, so round your appointment to the nearest half hour and show up five minutes before that. We came at 10 minutes after for one appointment and sat there forever. But once we got the timing of an office visit and our problem down, Dr. Lambert was great. She was very good about explaining what she was trying to do and what were the likely culprits. Unfortunately, we never did find out what the problem was, but we did get a medicine that controlled her symptoms once they re-emerged.

Office was easy to find, staff was efficient, and provider answered all my questions. I felt a little rushed and had to be pro-active about my care. A prescription was supposed to be called in for me but wasn't. When I inquired about it a day or so later, they called it in. When I went to pick up the prescription, I was told the cost would be in excess of $500. I called the provider back for a less expensive option and they called in a different medication. It wasn't something Wegmans had on hand, so in all it was a week before I could start treatment. I still feel comfortable with the level of care I received and will continue as a patient.
