Beautiful and FRESH flowers. My bouquet is on its 2nd week and is still fresh with no drooping at all! Great florist and highly recommended!

She has a gift store but she does mainly flowers.  The store is unusual and she has unusual gifts.  Her wedding decorations are fantastic.  We are near lake Placid and the big resorts and she is on their list.  There are clients who want their weddings there and they call her often and her arrangements are always out of this world.  She is great.  She is the best.

The most recent example of great service was when one of our staff forgot to pick up flowers before an event. He called there at 5 minutes to 5 PM (closing time) and the owner herself delivered the flowers. That'a a small example of how they do business.

It is a grocery store.  They have a florist shop there.  Their flowers were beautiful.  I went in and they had a huge book to pick from that showed all of the flowers like bridal bouquets.  The woman had a checklist and helped me to make sure I had flowers for the mother of the bride, flowers for the grooms men, and the flowers for the flower girl.  The pricing was very reasonable.  I was supposed to pick up the flowers; so they called two days before to remind me to make sure that I remember to come and pick them up.  They were very nice.  They have a dedicated area for the flowers.  They also have plants too, but they more for the flowers.

Vicky was exceptional. She was very detail-oriented and made sure that everything was perfect for our special day. The flowers were unbelievably gorgeous and lasted throughout the day and night.

They're very service oriented.  They're clearly spoken and are very responsive to emails and phone calls.  We have a monthly contract where they do custom arrangements that fit the decor of the loft and are also aware of which ones are safe for pets. These are potted budding plants.

    Gray's Flower Shop Inc
They kind of mixed things up and delivered a day early.  Then they got kind of huffy about taking them back, so we just plainly refused the order.  The flowers were delivered to us for the wedding.  They were supposed to come in the morning before the wedding, and they came two days before the wedding.  We didn't want to keep them that long.  The driver didn't want to take them back.  The company sent the order again on the correct day.  It was pretty much a different order because the flowers didn't die or anything.  We had to go through a lot extra trouble to get it done.  Everybody uses them around here, so we went to them.  Our daughter was married last July, so we went to a different place and bought her flowers.  The price was fine.  The driver kind of argued with us and didn't want to take the flowers back.  We had to call Gray's and make the driver take it back.  When we called the store, they did make it right.

The flowers that were delivered weren't even a facsimile of hat was advertised. I understand substitutions, but there were six roses, three carnations and some berries delivered falling out of the short glass vase used. I was livid at the quantity versus value and the quality of the product. I emailed the company with my FULL name on the bottom. They replied using my deceased step-son's name! and this was their reply: "We apologize for your disappointment.  We want to satisfy you.  It is not possible for us to carry every product and get every item on our site delivered in the exact manner in which you see it.   We do have a substitution policy in which we try to make it clear our policy as a result of this.  This policy is very similar to most florists." I told them I understand substitutions, and included pictures, but still continued to get the run around. I received a reply at 1:59 AM! yesterday stating:  "We apologize if there was a problem with the quality or design of the arrangement. We strive to provide only the freshest flowers and would like to help resolve this issue. We will gladly pick up the original arrangement and deliver a new one as soon as possible." No one has contacted me - more games looking for me to reply to them. I went to the local florist that did the delivery and was advised they aren't even happy with this company! The local florist gladly replaced the pathetic excuse of an arrangement with a nice vase full of flowers that it closer to the value of what was spent (understanding their costs involved). Either way the LOCAL florist made it right NOT Avas Flowers. I would not use this service ever again, nor recommend it to anyone.
