    It was excellent. This was a new experience shipping a car. Kirstyn was my contact. I requested a high rated carrier for the transport. A 5 star shipper received the contract. Tyrone was the driver and Emanuel was the person who first contacted me. I was called within two hours after signing the intent to ship with Executive Auto Shippers by Emanuel from ET Auto Transport. He gave me additional contact numbers and answered questions professionally, just as Kirsten and Tyrone. The car was delivered as promised. Great experience! Do your homework and go with a highly rated shipping group. These people have many great reviews, that is why we chose to put our trust in them. Highly Recommend!

    Don has worked on my cars for the past 20 years.  I find his work is excellent and prices great.  Don is a one man shop so you know who is performing the work on your car.  I first hired him in the late 80s to work on my Pontiac.  While the car was in the shop he said I should be careful as the motors seemed to fail between 50 and 60,000 miles.  He vowed to find out why.  The next time I came in he said that that year car had gone to a finer oil filter screen and it would plug up and starve the engine of oil.  His solution was to pull the oil pan and valve covers and essentially clean the engine to prevent the oil screen from plugging. 

    I have used him ever since.  Don works very hard at trying to fix the broken sub component and not just replace parts (which can be expensive).

    On the Move Mobile Auto Detail
    I bought an old (1998) classic Mercedes Benz 320 class C.  The car had been well cared for by an elderly couple in Green Valley Arizona.  Nevertheless,  there were a small dents and dings in the paint.  Although the sellers were fastidious about maintenance they had not paid as much attention and care to the interior.  Nothing was ripped or damaged but it was clear that the front seats and driver's door had a few smudges on it.  Jim Burton was hired to clean it up and see if he could smooth over the mars in the paint. Until it was returned, I had no idea how glorious the interior could look!  All stains and smudges were gone. The carpets were spotless, and the vinyl was coated with something that made it look brand new !  I had a great deal of trouble finding even one of the surface scars on the exterior.  In addition, I hadn't even noticed that there was a light which misbehaved intermittently.  Because Jim is so thorough, he not only noticed it but got to the bottom of the problem. It now behaves as the manufacturer intended. Jim delights in pleasing his customers.  It's clear that he takes a great deal of pride in his final products.

    Although I knew Jim Burton as a friend, this refurbishing of my 2006 Scion XB  was a surprise gift through one of his good friends. When he got done, my sad, dilapidated little Scion was SHOWROOM. Obviously, I did not have personal contact with Jim through the project. However, my friend (the gift giver) was indeed in close contact - nearly daily - from beginning to end.  She told me that Jim Burton is a detail driven pro.  So-so is just not an acceptable measurement of Jim's products. In addition to having a myriad of useful skills, he has a great artistic eye. He's an idea man.
    He has solid biz relationships with sub contractors (i.e.  mechanical fixes, digital decal equipment ) which he can turn to when the customer wants extra sizzle beyond detailing and painting. If the man tells you he can offer new life to an older, classic ride or he can pump up the potential profit of a used car sale just by spiffing it up; believe him.  His prices are reasonable and competitive.  He does what he says he is going to do on time, is courteous and has great integrity. On The Move was a marvelous experience for us. I have already made arrangements with him to begin reviving my old Toyota Previa.  I'm thrilled he's working for me.

    Last season my ABC pump failed on the vehicle. I had it replaced. The techs, detailers damaged many components of my vehicle including the intake manifold, the air vanity cover, other plastic pieces in the engine compartment were damaged. They sprayed a corrosive on the engine compartment, then, I started having engine misfires, so I had to replace the coil packs, and plugs. I had them do an oil change, they over filled the oil by 2.5 quarts. Had to go to walmart auto to have them drain the oil, and replace with the proper level. The detailer sprayed something on my LED screens inside the vehicle, caused the climate control screen to malfunction, and now the climate control is messed up and needs to be fixed. They will take responsibility, but, not repair it, or replace the affected parts. They said they were going to replace the intake manifold and they never did. They only changed half the spark plugs, and said they did all. I paid them all together about 8k in repairs, only to have more damages. They lie, cheat, and steal through their teeth. They did give my son a teddy bear though, which was nice. I didn't ask them to pay for it. Unless you know about cars, and can stay with your vehicle I wouldn't ever go there again. Also, make sure that you bring a camera to document your vehicle, and damages, needed repairs before, and after in case you have to sue them to make it right.

    So, I was asked to bring my car in the morning to have it fixed. So, I was sleeping, and Brian called and woke me up, so I said I apologize, I will be down in a little bit. Brian starting raising him voice, telling me that I need to bring that car ASAP. Well, I blew it off, I got ready, and headed down there. I got there, I asked to see my new parts, and Brian brought them out for me to see. I said I have never seen these parts before and I was curious what they look like. Then Brian continued to bash my car, tell me that the car is an overpriced seabring!! My car is a top of the line mercedes benz!! He tells me, a car is a car, in the end you need to treat it like a car. He told me that my suspension is stupid. I said my suspension is one of the most advanced systems in the world, he said no. I told him my car is rated one of the best cars in the world. He said, they can rate it all they want. In his opinion, my car is just an over prices seabring. I told him, well, since you think my car is a piece of crap, I probably shouldn't have you fix it. I said does the mechanic also think my car is a piece of crap, he said, well, no, I don't think so. Well, a few minutes the mechanic comes out to pick up my car, I asked him to wait a minute so my husband could be here first. He said, well I have already been waiting for 3 hours to work on it, so it doesn't matter, I said, thats what I figured, he started saying, it does matter, I could have been working on other things. (I never asked them to wait for me) Well, my husband showed up, and I told him what Brian said, and my husband said, go get your keys, we are leaving. Brian came out, and started puffing up his chest at my husband, like he wanted to physically fight him.My husband is very strong, and he has a temper, but, he did good keeping his composure. Although, I know he probably wanted to hit Brian right in the nose. All in all, I believe that they are not professional, and if you actually care about your car, then, this might not be the shop for you. If you don't care about spending money, and you don't care about your car, then give them a try. I however will never ever be back there!

    I have always left this location very satisfied after having services performed.  I have not taken my vehicle to any other location for any reason since going here for the first time four years ago.  All services and products are of great quality and the employees are very knowledgeable and informative.  The costs of services are very reasonable and at times have even been much less than expected.  No surprise extra work is ever performed or suggested like in many larger chain service locations.
