I see a nurse practitioner with this group. I would rate her highly. I would use them again in the future.

    Timothy Stanton MD
It was good. I've been very pleased with his office. I was pleased with the quality ofcare. He's always available quickly. They're pleasant, friendly. They do an efficient job of billing. And the generally take care of whatever problem I'm having. He's a very good doctor and I've had a good experience going there.

    Lamancuso, Dr. John M.
We have been going to him for over twenty years.  He is caring. You might have to wait in the waiting room for a minute, but wants you get back there he takes his time with you. He has an assistant Lisa Erickson and she is excellent too.

    Woloszyn, Dr. Tomasz
Dr. Woloszyn paid very close attention to my accounting of symptoms that I had dismissed as unimportant. Instead, he insisted on examining those symptoms and found a minor condition that had been missed by a specialist. He has, on several occasions, diagnosed conditions in both my husband and myself that have been missed by specialists. He always explains clearly why he has made a diagnosis, and what action(s) to take. So far, he has been correct each time, since we have been his patients for the last year and 1/2. His manner is one of warmth and genuine care and concern.

    Family Medicine Of Warren
The have a lab and several technicians. If it's something special the lab doesn't run then I would have to go to the hospital. He's little and short and I'm tall and big and he always brow beats me into the ground. I have a very good relationship with Dr. Williams, he has a sense of humor and he treats me like a brother. I schedule all of my appointments, if I can't schedule them with him personally I can usually schedule with a CP within 3-5 days. They have 5 offices here in Warren County, all the doctors work all the different practices. I can call he main office and they will tell me where he's at that day. He also works out of an ambulatory in Warren and it's very easy to catch him there if anything is wrong. Family Medicine has a full time doctor that only services Family Medicine people in the hospital. So if I'm in the hospital he can pull up on his laptop everything about me on the Family medicine website. The office environment is very nice. I once sat for 2 hours because he had an emergency and he had to be at the hospital, if it is really really important that he is out and I have an afternoon appointment they will call and let me know and reschedule me. He is a worry wart with me, maybe with everyone. He uses terminology and I keep having to remind him on occasion to come back down to human language. I tell him I'm not a doctor and I don't play one on tv.

    Woloszyn, Dr. Tomasz
Dr. Woloszyn was thorough in his responses to my condition, and he listened attentively to my concerns. As always, he addressed each concern and each question to my satisfaction. When I left, I felt reassured that he had a very clear understanding of my medical condition, and he explained it to me so that I completely understood what I needed to do, and why.

    Family Medicine Of Warren
Family Medicine Of Warren are christian based but not sentimentalist. In my experience they have been are caring, good and correct. Sometimes the doctors are worn out by the end of the day.

    Family Medicine Of Warren
I switched to The Family Medicine Practice in Warren PA, of January of Last year 08, after being hospitalized, for an Asthma Attack, and COPD. I was seeing a Dr. Deborah Chambers, in Marrienville, PA, prior for 3 years, which was very intuitive, took time to listen, sent me for my MRI's of my Left Breast as required, Every 8 months, by the Breast Surgeon, that removed my Right Breast Due To Cancer, and Ultra Sounds of my Right Chest Wall. BIG MISTAKE ON MY PART.................For EVER SWITCHING Dr.s............. The Family Medicine Practice In Warren PA, and the Dr. I have been seeing, has not listened, has not sent me for an MRI of my Left Breast, or Ultra Sound of my Right Chest Wall, Nor has done any Blood Work At All. Since being diagnosed with MS, he has only seen me, every 4 months, then does NOT spend any time with me. One day, My Son, had written a letter stating that they, (The Dr's. needed to spend more time with me, explaining, what was going on, and why weren't certain issues being done, or taken care of)? A Student, was with this Dr. and he looked at the letter and said, " I will not see you again, you need a Physciarist" He proceeded to walk out of the room, with this young Intern. I was in shock, and sat there not knowing, what to do, I was extremely UPSET, CRYING, when he walked back into the room, WITHOUT THE INTERN, and did apologize. He is young, did refer me to The Celeveland Clinic to get a second Opinon, however, that is All that he has done. I have been seeing Dr. Horner for over a year, I have seen him approximately 3x. He has been responsive, as to the MS, however, has NOT followed up on any Lab Work, Nor Listened To My Concerns, regarding The MRI's of my Left Breast, Nor Right Chest Wall. He is thought of very highly by some of his Patients, Mainly The Elderly, or 20, 30 years olds. However in my situation, I do not feel I chose the right Physician to transfer to, for the Follow Up Required, in my Situation. The Family Medical Practice In Warren PA, is Busy, Does Not Have The Time To Sit And Talk With You, Or Give You The Time, To Ask Questions, Nor Follow Up On Medical Conditions SUCH AS CANCER. He has NEVER done a Breast Exam, Pap Smear, Or Ordered The MRI's of My Left Breast, or Ultra Sound of the Right Chest Wall, that are and were required by the Dr. that did perform the Radical Masectomy on my Right Breast. It has been over a year in a half, there is a Lump in My Left Breast, As Well As My Right Chest Wall. I was seeing Dr. Rassiga at The Warren Onolcology Center, which I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO HER, AS SHE HAS NOT DONE NEITHER, AND HAS A VERY POOR BESIDE MANNER.Before, seeing Dr. Horner, however there is a Great Lack Of Communication, which concerns me and my Family Tremendously. If, I had known the treatment and the way I was going to treated by Two of the Dr.s I have seen, I NEVER, EVER WOULD HAVE TRANSFERED FROM DR. CHAMBERS, TO WARREN. I Pray she takes me back........ BIG MISTAKE, MY FAULT

    Juszczyk, Dr. Monika
I went to Dr. Juszczyk for the first time in November, 2011.  She was very late and kept me waiting over an hour past my appointment time.  She talked very fast and would not give me a chance to ask any questions.  She kept interrupting me.  I've been a vegetarian for nearly 20 years.  When I told her this, she immediately told me that was a terrible idea and that I needed to start eating meat right away.  Never mind asking me about my personal or religeous beliefs as to why I am a vegetarian.  She made a lot of assumptions and jumped to conclusions.  She wouldn't let me explain my diet, she just assumed it was bad. I had a problem with my foot and needed a referral to a podiatrist.  She set me up with a vascular surgeon!  Complete waste of my time and his, since I had to take even more time off work to go to the podiatrist another day. I needed refills on medications.  She wrote out a prescription for the wrong medication!  When I called the office back to tell them, they said I would have to wait until my next appointment to discuss the medication with Dr. Juszczyk.   Needless to say, there won't be a next appointment.  Terrible experience!  I am never going back.
