    Excellent experience from the very beginning...when I spoke with the owner's wife, who I made my appointment with for a free estimate, I made a note that she was VERY friendly and polite. The owner, Luigi, was very thorough and very fair in his estimate and did everything that I wanted....LM Irrigation easily beat-out the other bids that I received! He was also very patient with my million and one questions!! He always returned my messages in a timely fashion and clarified anything that I didn't quite understand....Last, but not least, his work team was fantastic!...very friendly, competent and professional...would HIGHLY recommend this company...you won't regret it!!

    Had an estimate from Bob and while it wasn���t the cheapest, it was comparable to others and my decision was based on his personality. When Bob called to set the date, I found out he wouldn���t be on the job which I had concerns about but he addressed them to my satisfaction and I scheduled the job thinking, even more, that I had made the right choice. The day of the appointment (today) was a very rainy morning, but forecasts were for clearing. The job was scheduled for sometime after 1:30pm and I took �� day off to be home in the afternoon. I headed home thinking I would have heard about a cancellation as at that time the rain was done with on and off light drizzles remaining (and is now clear). Not hearing from anyone, I called Bob a bit before 3:00pm and left a message to verify an ETA. I received a call from Kenny apologizing about not having paperwork with him making him unable to call me to cancel due to the weather. I was upset and told him I had taken off, and someone should have called me earlier. He told me I could have called them and I said I assumed the professional would make that call if the appointment was to be cancelled or not. He then told me ���it was pretty obvious the work wouldn���t be done with the weather as it was���. With that I told him to forget about it and ended the call and I went back to my other quotes. To his credit he did call me back a few minutes later apologizing and saying he���s usually good with his paperwork and that stuff just happens, which I do completely understand. He told me he would do a Saturday appointment to save my time off and even take $100 off the bill for my trouble. All this was very accommodating and generous, but I declined as being told ���I could have called��� and ���it was pretty obvious������ from the vendor just didn���t sit right with me as the consumer.

    Following the inspection, Brian, the owner followed up with a detailed analysis and list of recommendations.
    I felt very comfortable because Brian focused on the safety issues and offered a project plan that was customized for my 
    immediate needs and budget. Brian was also flexible and helped me stay within my budget without compromising the critical areas for repair.  
    A week later, Brian's team provided excellent service, they:
    replaced my entire amp voltage to bring it up to contemporary standards, repaired poor wiring and lighting that had not been professionally done, installed GFI protection and other needed protections to prevent overload.
    Bill is super knowledgeble and proud of his work, treated my home like his own even took his boots off when entering and used drop clothes throughout. Christian, Tommy, Jamie: the quality of their work surpassed only by their friendliness and respectful manner in which they worked in my home.  They cleaned up neatly and stayed late to make sure I understood everything they did and even set my front porch light timer on they way out!

    Work was done on time and beautifully finished. Contractor was most responsive and the three workers were excellent.

    Scott Anderson Design
    The Deal describes a conceptual landscape design valued at $250 for $79. Scott came out on May 6th and we discussed what we wanted as well as options for a circular driveway and the backyard. He took measurements and indicated he would get a design to me in about 2 weeks. I reached out to him on May 26th as I hadn't received it. on May 31st he sent me a proposal and one "sketch" of the front with a circular option. the sketch is totally unacceptable. It is a hand drawing that I could have done myself. Nothing is to scale nor are the plants shown nor materials list included. Based on this "sketch" I am unable to determine what the finished product will look like. I thought I would get a design in which everything is to scale. I spoke with Scott today and I was told that was what I got for $79. After much discussion I realized I would not get anything further from him and asked for a refund. I was told to contact Angie's List. I am requesting a full refund. Respectfully submitted, Dawn Lewis

    Sal's Lawn Mower and Snow Blower Repair
    He picked up and delivered the items for free. He saved me money by diagnosing the problem and fixing the problem without the expense of replacing the part with a new one by repairing the old broken part. He repaired both items within one week. and they both work perfectly now. He was very courteous and honest. Even though I wanted him to change the part he said it was unnecessary and would cost about $150.00 more.

    Automatic Irrigation Design
    There was nothing they could do being the system was in need of repair per the serviceman so the $69 really went to waste. I am still awaiting a price for the repair of the system and pipe or cost to replace the entire sprinkler system. I received a bill in error, called the company and was informed it was a mistake, then inquired about the repair estimate I have been awaiting. I was told that I would get a call back, but still no call.....

    I always stop in the nursery to browse and ask for advice. There is always someone available to help. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I usually pick up some hanging baskets in spring/ summer and some fall plantings. Always ask in advance about the return policy. The manager did give me a small free Mumm plant after hurricane Sandy when I told him part of my house and landscape were badly damaged.
