  The guys showed up right on time and were super-friendly (I guess that's a bit redundant living in Provider name locked. ). They got right to it and although the procedure sounded a bit brutal from my home office, I was surprised to find that they left no dings -- not even in the wood stairs they schlepped the thing up.
