Magnolia completed a major kitchen/family room renovation for us 2 years ago. AMagnolia Home Remodeling GroupWe had a three “room” project completed in November 2020: Framing - Removed back wall of house and part of the roof, rebuilt ceiling, installed beam, and rear wall Kitchen/Dining Room - Full gut job….new electrical, insulation, walls, floors, backsplash, appliances, paint, fixtures, etc. Deck - New from scratch. 17x17 with a pressure treated frame and timbertech composite decking, rails, balusters, steps, etc. ...since they were going to be replacing the roof where the new section was built, they also replaced our entire roof. The cost was reasonable relative to what it would’ve been to replace just the smaller portionn of the rebuilt roof. The subcontractors were all very professional and quality was high across the board. Here are the important points: -Communication - Stellar for the entire duration of the project (negotiating, permits, selections, day-to-day, inspections, etc.). Vic was our point person but had another person help when needed (permits, payments, etc.). When I needed something, it was Vic I worked with. We worked almost exclusively by text but got on phone calls when the situation called for it. -Schedule - Before we started the project, Magnolia claimed the project would take 4 months. I believe this would’ve been projected to be 3 months if we weren’t operating in a pandemic but the materials were a concern based on the initial plans the architect drew up. The entire project ended up taking 9 weeks from demo day 1 to the final inspection. Very impressive. -Pricing - Magnolia is not cheap but you’re paying for a contractor that’s experienced and proven in certain areas (e.g. kitchens, roofs, etc.) and has established relationships with the subcontractors they use. -Subcontractors and quality - Kitchen designer was flexible with what we were looking for but we had another kitchen that we used as a near mirror-image of what we wanted. The one thing that may be a concern here is that if you don’t know what you want, there might be a lot of back-and-forth to arrive at a final design. Roofers, tile/paint crew, etc. were all top notch. Overall a great experience. This was a high anxiety experience going in and Vic was professional and kept things moving very quickly and well ahead of schedule.- Anthony D.

AAJT Complete Construction LLCThe mason who rebuilt my chimney was a master mason in my opinion as he didn't splash concrete on the brick surface as many mason's do. The chimney looks beautiful... it's a shame that I'm the only one who will probably notice it. They also installed a stainless steel chimney liner and cleaned my fireplace chimney. Gail made the entire process for me so easy and hands off - which is exactly what I was looking for. She took care of everything – scheduling the deliveries, work days, inspections….everything. The crew was so wonderful to work with – on time, efficient, knowledgeable, and just nice. And in this Covid time, always practicing social distancing and all wore masks. AGENERAL BRICK DESIGNSFrom the initial phone, Eddie was our guy! His knowledge on home repair, structural issues, water damage and more is second to none. But it is not just his craftsmanship and expertise that stands out, it's his personality. Eddie is exactly what I am about to say and more. Honest, humble, trustworthy, caring, communicative, transparent, and so on. For years I paid contractors to solve my water issues in the basement. And year after year after being fixed, the issue would come back. Eddie explained the reason why year after year I had these issues. He took the time to really make me understand, veins, footings, cement mixing, cracks, water damage, building foundation, wood and moisture. His crew follows his lead! Eddie stays on the site until the job is done. The only part that was difficult, was saying goodbye. Sounds corny, but if you meet Eddie you made a friend.- Keith P.

He took the time to explain everything about the project, his approach to keeping our basement dry and provided a fair, transparent quote for the work. There are a lot of dishonest businesses in this category that do quickie, cut-rate jobs - but you can be 100% certain that Weather-Tite does top-shelf work and will treat you fairly. This is one area in your home that poor work can mean huge problems in the future. The crew worked quickly, efficiently and did very tidy work. AEd and his team are FANTASTIC! Based on the great reviews by others on AL, I called Ed and he came to inspect our home. Although he had a busy schedule, he was able to squeeze us in quickly ( we really needed it!), and the recent storm left us dry and comfy for the first time in years! The work was first rate, and when they left, you could not tell that anything had been done- the area was pristine. I would recommend Ed for all your waterproofing needs! He really lives up to his reputation!

AMilestone did a very good job at repointing (removing the old, crumbling mortar and replacing it with fresh, new waterproof mortar). Mik is very professional and is fair in his pricing. Communication with him was never an issue. His crew are very nice guys who did an excellent job. The finished job did not look like someone fat-fingered the mortar into place. Instead, the mortar lines are straight and clean. I would absolutely hire Milestone again.

We contacted several companies but Pete and his crew were the most thorough and responsive. He worked around our schedule and was even there to help us explain everything to insurance.
