, and especially
, was absolutely great.
arrived right on time and was extremely professional" and courteous. We were able to choose from many samples and a quote was prepared for us on the spot. At installation, the installers did a great job and were quick, clean and courteous. All of this combined with the great price and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to refinish or replace their flooring.

"A few bumps in the road because I needed so much carpet. LOL Included in the install was moving all the heavy furniture. I had two separate times they came out" to complete this much work. Very respectful and clean. I had the carpet installed two years ago and the carpet is holding up perfectly.
had to come out because I had a bubble in the walk way. The men came out within a week and fixed it at no charge. Was impressed with how fast and friendly the response back to me was. I love, love my carpet and I am so happy I bought the high quality that I did. If you are looking for a company who stands by their work even years later, then
is the man you need to call. Home Depot and
's are less expensive but they are not as experience, the quality of the carpet is questionable to say the least, installation issues after 90 days can and will not be covered, the really just don't care about the consumer. I highly recommend
and how they care about the consumer even years later. Now that is service!!

How to Choose the Right Carpet for Your Home

One highly rated provider shares important considerations homeowners should make when choosing the carpet for various rooms in their home.

Carpet and rugs

Wood or tile floors are good in some rooms, but most homeowners prefer to install carpeting in living rooms and family rooms, especially when children are small. Here are tips on the types of carpeting available and how to pick the right one for your home.

If you're looking for eco-friendly flooring, research the composition of the flooring, as well as the adhesives and glues.

Most  reputable carpet stores should be able to help you, they know what is available. and should be able to find a good carpet for a good price. sometlmes they will buy overruns that are a good value. Also,   make sure they do use a power-streacher when they install the carpet! Pat All Carpet Repair

Carpet with pad purchase cost $10-20 for really economy cheap stuff, $20-30 for normal brands, and $30-50/SY (square yard) for high-end carpet, to $100 or more for custom or gold thread and such.

Installation cost does not change much depending on what varpet is installed - generally about $10-20/SY.

So, for normal medium-range carpet I would assume $30-50/SY.

was punctual and thorough for both the estimate and repair. He was very open and honest about our options and recommended what seemed practical rather what could have made him more money. He has earned our trust and he will be our "first call" for carpet concerns in the future (we own rental properties). We are very pleased and enthusiastically recommend him.

Nice and knowledgable on the phone. I felt confident they knew what they were doing with hand woven rugs. Their ultimate appraisals, provided that they are familiar with the Oriental rug

Pick-up and drop off were efficient. Only minor concern was the scheduling. I understand that the nature of the rug cleaning means they cannot give an exact date. However I did not like that we had to initiate contact to find out when our rugs could be delivered, especially since we had a strcit deadline we had communicated to them at the time of pick-up. Cleaning and drying took about 3.5 weeks.

It was horrible. The installer did a poor job. Tile not laid properly. Grout was wrong color and several different colors variation on finished floor. Woodwork was thrown away. Mess made and not cleaned up. Cabinets were ruined. The installer called me several times threatening and mad about payment from F&M. He scared me. F&M talked like they would make things right, and a few things they did, but overall the job needs a total redo and several things ruined in my kitchen that were not repaired appropriately. The last contact I had with them I ask for at least partial money back. I was told that father and son would discuss and get back to me and I have never heard another word from them. At the same time I had the tile done I had wood floors installed. That job looked and went much smoother, but there were several areas that need to be re-glued. Again I contacted them on 2 separate occasions and was told they were busy that week, but he would call me back the beginning of the following week to setup time and I never heard back from them. I have since had to pay another company to come re-glue spots that were loose/ bubbled. I would not recommend this company to anyone for any type of work.

This company did a wonderful job finding a nice carpet in our budget, moved all the furniture in record time, even breaking down all the beds and putting them all back together, installed the new carpets and completed the job in one day. It was very impressive and couldn't have gone better. We even saved a little money unexpectedly when the installer recommended we keep our good pads instead of replacing them thus reducing his hourly pay. I will never call anyone else to replace carpets in our home. Thank You team- we love our new carpeting.
- Lynette P.

This is a very professional company. From the estimate thru the install, it was a great experience. A couple contractors that we contacted for estimates told us they didn't even do outdoor carpet.

was happy to come out, but gave us a ballpark estimate over the phone first. They were not the cheapest nor were they the most expensive; but the fact that we are expecting this carpet to last for at least 10 years, meant we wanted a quality install. They recommended

indoor/outdoor carpet and it looks beautiful.
I was a contractor for 30 years, so I know when a company has their act together and these guys are very good. Would use them again without hesitation.

delivered the flooring on Tuesday. On Thursday,

and his crew arrived at 8:00 am and started work on the second floor. While half of the crew worked upstairs installing the flooring the other half worked on the first floor removing the old hardwood. At the end of the day work on the second floor was complete and over half of the flooring was removed from the first floor. The new hardwood was installed in half of the living room. On the second day the balance of the old hardwood was removed and the new flooring was completely installed. They also installed new stairs. All of the old hardwood and the debris was removed from the property. The flooring and the stairs are beautiful. The workmanship is top quality. I could not be happier.

Pat arrived on time and proceeded to work, moving furniture to ensure all the carpet was stretched. It was necessary to seam some joints which he did so that the seam is invisible.
It was an all day job but Pat worked consistently, other than taking a lunch break, of course, until it was done. The whole job took from about 10 am to 6 pm. I am pleased with the results and would highly recommend Pat.

He has been paid in full since the beginning of Sept. of last year, he told me it would take a while before he would start. I contacted him and said I need the bathroom started because it is frigid. He was supposed to show up and just do the bathroom, he never called and let me know what time he would be here. He said he showed up when I was not home. I haven't heard from since.
