The reno included demolition, framing for new roofline and dormers, roof and gutters, siding, new master bathroom, master closet, laundry space, wood floor and stairs, doors, millwork, tiling, masonry for a chimney extension, windows, and central air system. Chris is a great guy, very easy to work with it, trustworthy, and responsive. He hires skilled subcontractors and kept the reno moving at a good pace. There were no surprises with either the budget or scope of work. Magnolia made our dreams come true with this reno and we would definitely recommend them for your job.- Beth H.

AArctic Air ConditioningReplaced furnace, A/C, and water heater with energy-efficient equipment. Air sealed the attic and added additional insulation. Very easy to work with and did a nice professional job. They wore booties and made sure to clean up everything before leaving. I am quite satisfied with the quality of work, though the township inspections are not complete at the time of the review. The state program is quite good and one can get a rebate of up to $4k, plus you will be saving on your utility bills. Most importantly, our house feels quite comfortable and the heat doesn't turn on that often as it used to.- vidyadhar N.

AArctic Air ConditioningIt went very well. Before my service guy Eric showed up, the company sent me his photo, advised they were following safe Covid practices and gave me an ETA for his arrival. Eric was very professional and he assessed that I needed a new thermocouple. Eric installed the thermocouple and had the furnace running again promptly. He also advised me that Arctic Air had a plumbing division when I was asking about replacing the hot water heater. He took the time to call the office about the cost of replacing my hot water heater and gave me a quote good for 6 months. Eric was very knowledgeable, welcomed my questions and he really impressed me. I had been looking for a trustworthy service and I feel I have found that in Arctic Air. AArctic Air ConditioningArctic Air was the installer of a new Lennox furnace and air-conditioner about 3.5 years ago. During the middle of a raging snowstorm the Lennox digital thermostat completely failed. The panel was dark and dead and the unit was completely inaccessible. The thermostat is customized for the Lennox equipment and any other manufacturer device is not compatible unless the equipment is rewired which also invalidates all warranties. I spent one very cold night until I could contact Arctic the next day. They responded within four hours of my call for service and the issue was resolved in under an hour. He was polite, respectful, thorough, knowledgeable, and professional. He explained to us what he was doing, what he discovered upon inspecting and assessing the heater and how he was going to correct the problem. F[*** Link removed ***] Stay away from this company if: - You don't want gas boiler work done by non-licensed workers, contrary to company statements. - You don't want them to have to come back the next day after allegedly completing the job, to again have to fix the exact same issue contracted for, even though the work had been declared completed, warranted and been paid for, only a few hours before, and then ask for more money yet. - You don't want to be denied going over time and material charges at job completion because: "it is too late". - You don't want to hear: " We cannot identify all problems with your boiler" and " If you want no problems, install a new boiler" after you paid $275, non applicable to the job cost, for an initial tuneup and job estimate. - You don't want to be called a "dumb f****** piece of s******" when you express customer dissatisfaction.
