But it is not just his craftsmanship and expertise that stands out, it's his personality. Eddie is exactly what I am about to say and more. Honest, humble, trustworthy, caring, communicative, transparent, and so on. For years I paid contractors to solve my water issues in the basement. And year after year after being fixed, the issue would come back. Eddie explained the reason why year after year I had these issues. He took the time to really make me understand, veins, footings, cement mixing, cracks, water damage, building foundation, wood and moisture. His crew follows his lead! Think about that: who gets compliments on their nice, new cement? On every level I found Luigi himself a pleasure to do business with. He is candid, honest, dependable, very knowledgeable about his craft, and an excellent communicator. His crew works one jobsite at a time so he can supervise them closely and protect pedestrians from potential hazards. As with all home improvements, it is best to be specific, clear, and detailed to avoid misunderstandings; contractors are not mind readers. A good test of their quality and integrity is how they handle the unexpected hiccups that do occur; in that regard, Luigi is among the best I have ever dealt with.

DTom came to us quickly and got started pretty fast. Seemed great, kept asking him about schedule for payment and contract and he told me not to worry. Ripped out driveway and steps, added a support for the drain for $1,200. Asked for half the money. I did not contact him for a week as it rained. Contacted him the following week and he said materials would be delivered not later than two days after our conversation. My check has been cashed. He has not returned text, phone calls to his cell and his office staff who seemed sure he was ok ( i asked) but have not heard from him. They sent him two messages on my behalf and he has not returned my calls. I estimate my overpayment to him to be about $3,800. You can imagine I've lost faith by now. It's been over a week since he's communicated with us He had time to cash my check.

ACorporate Concrete Corp was wonderful compared to the last concrete contractor I hired. They were professional, and worked tirelessly in inclement weather. I was very impressed with Jose, owner operator, when he used his high tech laser level determining the exact height and slope to effectively prevent water buildup away from my house. Their entire team, Jasmine and Jessica kept lines of communication open at all times during this work. They cleaned up very well behind them. They also completed the job a day ahead of schedule! I highly recommend them and would hire them again!

I called Design & Build Landscape to address my concerns regarding the appropriate design.When Lance arrived we had a brief discussion about what I wanted the landscape to achieve.Lance returned several days later with an awesome computer graphic of the design that prompted me to go forward with the plans. During the interim before the project began I contacted Lance several times to address any questions I might have and was always contacted within 24 hrs.
