    We have 2003 Mazda MPV.  We are also AAA members.  Over the years, we?ve called AAA for two flat tires.  AAA sent a tow truck
    from NorBell.  The drivers were very courteous and towed the car to NorBell, where the tires were replaced.  We?ve also had routine maintenance done at NorBell.  Sal and Samir have always explained what was needed and why.  The work has been done on time and at a fair price.
     
    Recently, the transmission started slipping. We looked at new cars, but couldn?t find one with such great visibility.  We had NorBell rebuild the transmission.  It shifts smoothly now.  All and all, NorBell has provided us with very professional service.

    Lower than dealerships. Does minor work, first major repair that's been done with this company. Prices reasonable, did the work and got it done in a timely manner. !2,000 mile warranty. Would bring a lot of business if the have more locations.

    This is just one of the many services provided by this service station upon my car, a 2001 Toyota We have used this sevice station for over 30 years,my husband, myself and my son. He has come to our assistance in many emergencies without additional cost. He is trustworthy, honest, a true businessman with the community at heart. What you pay for is what you get. He never outprices anything. I have referred many people to his including a residence for retired Catholic Priests and have never heard anything but the best. Without reservation, I would recommend this service station to anyone.

    Let me start off by saying that these guys were very nice, and seemed to be honest, but is there any real way to know that for sure?  No.  So, I basically went in to get an estimate on a slew of problems, the worst of which was a transmission issue.  The estimate came in very high, around $2500 for a 12+ yo car.  What I found most disturbing was the price of some basic repairs: replace a door handle: $300.  Brakes and rotors: $600.  They pay their techs $95 an hour so you know up front, which is not he most expensive I have seen, but is definately high and way to close to stealer-ship rates.  I thought the whole concept of inde's was to get a good deal on repairs.  Turns out I had a local-schmocal garage give me an estimate that came in at less than half.  Will it be the same quality?  Who knows, only time will tell. But like I said, the quote for repairs you can have done at a Mavis or the like for less than half their quote gave me a very bad taste. 
    That said, I have an masters and college degree and dont make $95 and hour.  Seriously, W**???

    My family has been using Nelson's Carriage House to take care of our cars and trucks for 32 years now. They have never failed us. They have done jobs as simply as plug a flat tire to timing chain replacement. Their prices have always been very good and their work has always been flawless. It is a small shop and they treat their customers like friends. I have never seen any customer irate or angry there. They have worked on our cars when they were new, performing routine maintenance like fluid and filter changes. They have worked on our old trucks, repairing them and keeping them running great. We are completely satisfied with their work. The only caution is that because it is a small shop, we always call before we go over to make sure that they'll be ready for our vehicle around the time that we arrive.

    I think they are wonderful. I still use them because I have been for many years now. They are very expensive, but the work is excellent. Bob, the owner, is very reliable and does very good work. I would just recommend calling around for price before you take your car in to him for work. If you do go there, you will be satisfied with the work.
