    Hearing Help Associates
They are wonderful! The give you the batteries for my hearing aids for life. They work with your insurance. They're very helpful and patient. I would recommend them! They have open hours everyday from 2-3.

    Dr. David E. Brenner
He's a wonderful doctor! I've been going to him for 14 years. He is the nicest guy, very considerate and bedside manner! I would recommend him. He has always been excellent and has a great personality. When he sees something that requires another doctor, he'll refer me. He will see me in an emergency.

    Dr. Iris Cohn
She takes Medicare, so I don't have a co-pay. Sometimes the staff can be a little disorganized but they're not terrible. I'm being treated for the same condition and it hasn't been resolved as of yet, but she said it is making progress. I've seen her regularly.

    Dr. Sarah Kim
I was very happy to have found Dr. Kim as she seems to be new in the area and had appointments available immediately.  It was so nice to see a younger female doctor who seems to know so much more than the older Doctors that I've seen in the past.  I think it's because she's understands all the new technology and treatment options.  She was so informative and has such a nice disposition.  She doesn't rush you out the door like other sterile foot doctors that I've seen. She was able to give me an injection to help with my pain and gave me additional steps to take care of my foot problems.  I may need to use her for my bunion.
The office is a house turned office and not as nice as the bigger places.  But the hands on interaction made me feel like I think doctors should treat their patients.  Everyone there is so nice and Dr. Kim and her assistant seems to really care about their patients.
My daughter has foot pains from her dance classes and I'm going to make an appointment to bring her.  I just feel like Dr. Kim can make children feel at ease. I would definitely recommend her.

    Beauty Forever
My initial treatment was for Cavi Lipo on my lower abdomen. After the treatment the treatment operator was massaging my shoulders and had me turn over over, I wasn't covered and she put her hands on my breast and started fondling me. I filed a police report which there is still an open investigation going on. The owner called me and told me that no one there had sexually assaulted me.

    St Francis Cardiovascular Physicians
14 NOV  1995 After open heart surgery, my mother was sent to the ICU Post Op area and it took 25 minutes to get pain medication after it was requested.
27 NOV 1995 During a phone call to my mother at St. Francis Hospital, my mother stated she was not  feeling well.  I asked the nurse if she can help feed her because she is not eating, and the nurse  refused.  The other patient in the room  with my  mother fed her that night!
During the night, my mother asked for a bed pan, and no one came, and she finally urinated in her bed.  They did not change her bed until the next morning, and made her sleep in her  urine.
I asked to see my mother's medical records which according to NYS law they are required to show them to a patient if requested.  They refused, and stated it is the law  and their policy.  Yet their welcome pamphlet says you can  see your records according to NYS policy.  When I  asked the physician, Dr. Petrossian, if I can see the medical records, he gave me the  records to look at and the nurse immediately grabbed them and took them away.
15 DEC 1995 I was asked why I wanted to see the  records, and I said I wanted to see her ECG and cardiac rhythm.  The nurse said it is NSR (Normal Sinus Rhythm).  My mother has not been in NSR for 2 1/2 years - she  has A-Fib.
16 DEC 1995 My mother asked for pain medication at 6 p.m.; I left at 8:30 and she had not received the  pain medication yet.
The nursing staff was vindictive because I asked to see medical records!
St. Francis arranged for home nursing for my mother.  After about 3 visits from the male nurse, I became suspicious about his visits because he never called to make an appointment and just  showed up at different times.  The next time he came  to our front door I asked him for an ID, which he refused to show me.  I called the nursing office on the paperwork he gave us, and no one there knew who he was.  I refused to let  him in the house.  A few minutes later I received a call from someone telling me to open the door "right f****** now."  This home nursing organization was owned by one of the nursing directors at St. Francis Hospital.

    Dr. Green, Shari B MD

My last experience was very good. I have to make an appointment for a general checkup. I have been seeing this doctor for several years. She was very good. My wife recommended her because she was her general doctor for internal medicine.

    North Shore OB/GYN
I was seen the next day and a sonogram was ordered after which an MRI was also ordered and I've been referred to a surgeon. I have been very satisfied with the doctor and all the staff. The doctor has been with me step by step and is following up with all the oher doctors she has referred me to. I can't be more pleased with the care I'm receiving from them and would definitely recommend them.

He is very good doctor. He is thorough. He listens and has very good listening skills and he follows up. He make sure you have all the tests that you need to have. They have got a very tiny waiting room.

Dr. Santo Basileo is good but the service of the front desk people that work for him is horrible. We wait for hours and hours and a lot of people go to the office. I have gone there for many years. They are a little expensive and I am looking for somebody else.
