The technicians were punctual, friendly, and did a great job! They did some repairs inside the house (unrelated to pests) in addition to installing termite bait stations. It was a pleasure dealing with everyone at the company: John (owner), Brian (technician), Colette (customer service), ... We switched from Terminix and are glad we did; McCann is so much better in every respect.

Extremely satisfied!!! They were very professional, pleasant to work with and the quality of work was excellent. Overall it was a very positive experience. Their customer service, price and craftsmanship were on point. Many of my friends have hired them after seeing the quality of work they have done to my house. I highly recommend Delphi contractors and continue to use them for all my projects.

My family did a large renovation on our home this spring and we were very worried about finding a good contractor. Gotham Builders renovated a full bathroom, our kitchen, repaired our old foundation, finished our entire basement, built a laundry closet, replaced some old windows and flooring and opened up the space on our first floor. We knew we had a huge job in front of us and we were very concerned about the cost and time it would take to complete the job. From the time we had our estimate with Jay and throughout the project our worries were at ease. Gotham builders were able to quote us a great price on our job and estimate a faster finish date than any of the other contractors we spoke with. Jay was wonderful from start to finish. He was always polite professional and very knowledgeable no matter what questions we had throughout the process. He really knows his stuff! At our estimate Jay went over everything in detail and made sure to answer all of our questions and concerns in depth. When starting our project we were very surprised at how fast it was progressing. Our total job was estimated to take 8-10 weeks and was finished in 7. In addition the staff is very polite and hardworking. Best of all our home looks beautiful and we couldn’t have asked for a better outcome. I would recommend using Gotham Builders for any big or small home renovations.

Excellent. About 6 months of work all in all and not one issue. Ian is a pleasure to deal with and though we spent a large amount of money, in the end we couldnt be happier with the work provided. Class act all the way around.

This business also has a listing under "D L Restoration", with a space between the first two letters. That's where my review was first posted to. Danny, the owner, comes across as nice, helpful and honest. He provided a detailed quote and references. Unfortunately the problems started before the work did. Long story short: Unresponsive, charged for work and/or prices not agreed upon, spotty quality, way behind schedule, stopped showing up before job was completed. Long story long: A licensed and insured contractor with 20 years of experience working in co-ops (and living in one), he knows management requires all workers to be licensed and insured. Which is why we were quite surprised that after the contract was signed and paperwork submitted to management we were told that it would cost us an extra $1,000 for a licensed plumber and $500 for a licensed electrician. (That's on top of the price quoted and agreed to.) Anxious to get started we decided to just pay it and move on. Once work began Danny became unresponsive. Questions and requests for timelines/ plans for the upcoming week (so we could be prepared with supplies) would go unanswered. We'd be notified of something needed the following day, leaving us scrambling to get them the information they needed at the last minute. Though his contract states that change orders would be issued and signed by him and the customer before work outside the contract was done, none were ever provided. Work that wasn't requested would be done for prices that weren't agreed to? and the rates were often quite inflated. (Hardwood flooring in a closet for $25/sq ft?) One change we requested was quoted at $300, which we agreed to. The bill came in for $1,000. There were some problems with the details of the work. Some tiles were crooked or not flush with others. Grout is already cracking. The kitchen floor had to be taken up and redone. They buried the old circuit panel, which goes against code, before installing a new one. Painting was sloppy. As we neared the home stretch they stopped showing up to work. After 4 weeks went by with only 2 days of work being done, a payment was requested before they returned to work. After reviewing the invoice we requested the removal of some unapproved charges and ended our email with "please send an updated invoice so we can have payment ready for you Monday evening". Danny's response was "based on this email you wrote I take it you don't plan to pay, this is a breach of contract and I will place a lien on the building tomorrow". 57 business days after work began on our 30-day, job we paid him everything he wanted and terminated the contract. He collected 90% of the contract amount + additional charges for completing 75% of the work. Danny also robbed us of any enjoyment we should have had in putting a new home together. Instead of excited, we're miserable, unable to move, and paying others to clean up DL Restoration's mess.

Jordan and his Emergency Fire Services team went above and beyond in helping go through the entire process of dealing with a house fire.  My 87-year-old father's house burned down in April of 2015 and I soon after hired Emergency Fire Services to clean out the house and secure it from incurring further damage.  Jordan and his team worked so quickly and were so helpful I hired them to do the rebuild of the home, which too started ahead of schedule.

Throughout the process I leaned heavily on Jordan to educate me as much as possible in issues related to the insurance claim process, support services that provide temporary housing, the pros and cons of hiring a public adjuster, and so on.  Jordan was always responsive, always on top of things, and if a few days passed and we hadn't spoken, he would reach out to me just to update me.

It took eight months from start to finish, but Jordan and his team rebuilt my father's home from the frame up.  Everything was done to scope and code and there was never a hiccup from a permit standpoint.  Wherever I could amend a few things, Jordan was accommodating to the fullest extent possible.

Overall, I feel lucky.  No one was hurt in the fire.  I had no idea what I was doing but I lucked out in meeting Jordan and EFS, felt I could trust them, and they ended up doing right by me 100%  My dad is back home now and relaxed.

John and Patrick of Willco completed a complete attic renovation in our 2 family home in October 2014. The renovation was completed within the timeframe estimated. The job consisted of completely demolishing the existing walls, ceilings, doors and framing, insulating and installing new Sheetrock walls, ceilings, painting, and refinishing the existing floors. They also replaced the electric wiring, installed new lights, 2 ceiling fans and installed built in shelving in the knee walls. Willco completed every phase of the job professionally, cleanly with minimal disruption to our lives. They communicated throughout the project with regular updates of when each phase of the renovation would be complete. Most importantly they stayed on budget with their estimate.

Gotham Builders was very helpful and patient when we decided to convert our cape style home to a colonial. From the very beginning, Greg referred us to a great architect. Once the plans were drawn up, Greg went over every detail of the renovation with us. We handed our keys over to GB and put all our trust into this company to take good care of our house. Months later, we got our keys back and walked into a completely different home. From the beautiful custom made kitchen, open style living room and dining area, to the man-cave style basement, we are very pleased with all the work. We look forward to working with Greg and Gotham Builders in the future.
