    I got a recommendation from my other doctor. I go to her for eye examinations. She seems to be okay. She's not too available, she's got a lot of clients. The office is organized, clean. She runs behind because she has so many clients but she gives everybody the same time, so I'm not too bothered about that. The staff are very good, I love them all.

    Eye Q said they are charging me $15 to honor the warranty because that was the cost to package the frames and send them back to Davis for repair.(it sounded unethical to me, but I could see some reasoning behind it.) But instead I contacted Davis Optical who agreed to send the lenses directly to Eye Q to make things easier for Eye Q.  When I came to pick up my glasses, they insisted on the $15 fee for shipping the frames. . I reminded them that it was I that arranged for the lenses to be sent.  Now the owner/manager/clerk/whatever said it cost  $15 to send back the scratched lenses. When I disputed that, he said there is a $15 dispensing fee.  They lied right to my face by telling me they sent my glasses out.  I suspect they are afraid of the direction the eye glass industry is heading, and the relatively small reimbursement they receive from the employer plans *such as Davis Optical) and now they nickel and dime the unsuspecting customer anywhere they think they can.  Its a shame they can't be like the many excellent Optical places in the immediate area.  There are several excellent opticians on Austin Street.  In my opinion; Eye Q optical is a very sleazy operation.

    I don't have my glasses from Eye Q, but it's not worth the fight with them. Luckily my benefit year has come around again, and I knew where NOT to go.  I purchased an excellent pair of glasses from a local participating provider and the transaction was flawless.  Competition is a wonderful thing. Human kindness and honesty is also a admirable quality.

    It was a great experience.  I had told Paul about my need for driving glasses and wanted to switch out lenses.   Paul  and his staff were  very professional.  This place has a very warm and comfortable atmosphere. I had mentioned to Paul that I am grateful that a place like his exist in my neighborhood, because my best interest was first.  I believe that this is a 2nd generation family run business, which makes me feel that there is pride taken in how they treat their customers.

    My glasses were ready in about 4 days and the price reasonable.

    Everything went off perfectly.  Surgery was a great success.  Aftercare was very good.  Dr. Menger injected humor prior to the surgery further calming me and all went quickly and efficiently during the surgery.  BTW, his care includes cab service if needed to take you home following the surgery.  I thought that was a very thoughtful consideration especially for some of his older patients.  I luckily did not need it, but appreciated his thoughtfulness in providing this service.  I will need surgery on my other eye before too long and will definitely be using Dr. Menger.

    It was excellent. The waiting area was very nice and I didn't have to wait long at all. The staff is very pleasant. He's very fast and efficient. My surgery was over in 20 minutes. I would tell a friend or family member that they would be pleased, you don't have to wait in line, and the staff is pleasant.

    I've been seeing her for about ten years. She is excellent. She is thorough. She knows her business. She is a prominent doctor in her field in all of her organizations. She is second generation optometry. And I knew her socially before she became my doctor. Andrea is excellent.

    They are very responsive. They send confirmation and the actual workings of what they did. It was excellent. I wrote on their website that I would recommend them highly. I've been using them for 7 years. Recently used Dr. Rosin, colleague, who was also very thorough and helpful.

    He is amazing. He saved my step fathers vision form a surgery he had from a horrible hospital. We have used him for 25 years. He is a doctor's doctor. My sister, my mother, my father in law and my step father. He is a doctor that when you have a problem, you go to him. The only challenge because he is so good, you must make appointments early. He is very compassionate and open and takes any fair amount for insurance choices.

    She is very personable and she is very caring. You do have to wait a couple of weeks or a month to get in to see her as she is such a good doctor. The staff is very personable and they are a pleasure to work with.

    Needed new prescription on one lens.staff was knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. The cost was very reasonable. Lens was ordered and received in 2 days. I have since gone back to purchase 2 new pairs of glasses.
