Epoxy Flooring reviews in Flushing

so the day before the service i received a confirmation call from one of the crew members informing me that they would be showing up the following day, which was great for me since I had forgotten . The day of the service cement tech's came ( all my furniture and items were removed) and they started cleaning the garage with special cleaning supplies that removed all the grease that had accumulated throughout the years . It came out so clean just seeing it clean made me happy. After they added the epoxy of my chosen color gray , the floor look magnificent they went on to add the split resistant flakes , that added texture to the floor . Im am glad to say that I'm very pleased with the service they provided and can't wait for winter to come and have my garage space more useful to the family .

I contacted Cement tech LLC on two separate occasions based on their positive reviews (before and after hiring another contractor). I ended up hiring another company for the cement, due to lack of response from Cement Tech LLC. Once that job was complete, I tried again to ask about epoxy to finish the concrete work by another provider. I was asked to send a picture so Cement Tech can give me an estimate. All correspondence was via messages on Angie's list and can be seen. No response again. I would never hire a contractor that simply doesn't respond after sending the photos requested via email. Cement Tech LLC was never hired.

Due to the roots of a large tree in front of my property that cracked the sidewalk and lifted the concrete slab of my driveway 5 inches off the ground, I took this opportunity to have the driveway dug up and replace the sewer pipes underneath it.  Once that project was completed, I called Joe at JB Contractors for an estimate on replacing the concrete for the sidewalk, driveway and the garage floor.  A couple of weeks later on a Monday morning, Tony and his crew arrived at 7:00 am as promised and immediately started tearing up the old concrete and by early afternoon they were pouring in new concrete.  I also showed them some loose bricks that needed patching up and they did a nice job repairing them.  By 7:30 pm all the concrete had been poured and smoothed out.  Tony and his crew returned the next day to cut the driveway, caulk the sidewalk and powerwash the new concrete.   Joe checked up with me often to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction.  I have to say they did a terrific job.  Everyone was courteous and professional.  I would definitely hire them again for future work.

The house foundation looked terrible. There were cracks and broken concrete. I didn't know who to call so I went to Angie's list and found Knockout Masonry Corp. I called and Jimmy came over within a couple of days. He checked the house and gave me two estimates so I could decide just how much I wanted done. He told me that it could be done at the end of July. He called 2 weeks early and asked if they could come over and check for supplies and then start the house the next day.
I was thrilled with the result. My house looks beautiful. The price was right and there were no hidden costs. What Jimmy quoted was what I paid. Everything was cleaned up and there was no mess left for us to take care of.
This is a great company that I would recommend to anyone. Everything was done professionally.  When I met Jimmy I felt very confident that they would do a good job and they went above and beyond my expectations!

As a landlord with many properties in Syracuse, Marty has done a lot of work for me over the years, and I have seen the work before, during and after it was done so I know what he is capable of. He could be a general contractor, due to his skills and knowledge, and just oversee all of the work, but for the most part he does a lot of the work himself. He has had a tough life and gone to the school of hard knocks, otherwise he'd probably be a wealthy contractor by now. Underneath his rough exterior, he is a solid guy who loves his daughters, and I consider him a friend now even though I don't need to use him as a contractor much anymore. In general his prices are very very reasonable considering the quality of his work and his ethics in an industry that lacks these qualities, so I would try to let him make a little money so he can continue in the industry and treat him right if he does a good job for you. You do need to keep tabs on him like any other contractor, make sure the work is being done the schedule you need it done (don't let him do other projects at the same time), and use common sense (pay him as the work is done and not all up front), but my sense is he has a good sense of responsibility and ethics and you will be happy with his work as long as you keep on top of him to make sure it gets done on a reasonable schedule.
