He's a wonderful doctor! I've been going to him for 14 years. He is the nicest guy, very considerate and bedside manner! I would recommend him. He has always been excellent and has a great personality. When he sees something that requires another doctor, he'll refer me. He will see me in an emergency.

We have seen Dr. De Rovira as our primary doctor for approx. 1 year. He is courteous, thorough, empathetic, and demonstrates genuine concern for the well-being of his patient. He is also receptive to questions, inquiries, and suggestions from family members as to the care of their parent, recognizing that family members might be privy to the habits and tendencies of the patient not immediately evident during the scheduled appointments.

My doctor for many years.............simple treatment w/ medication...explanation was thorough.....I've been coming here for years and will continue to do so......the out of pocket costs are low, especially if you don't have insurance. Overall a great experience with a great doctor.

Went for a routine check-up and examination. All went well and was happy with the services provided for the most part. I was told that my cholesterol level was high and to change my diet and come back in three months. I returned and was retested. My cholesterol had dropped but I was told that it was still high and I needed to take a statin. I was not impressed by the immediate need for prescription medication and have since lowered my cholesterol by modifying my diet further.

My husband told me the wait time was not too long and the doctor completed a comprehensive exam. The doctor's office appeared to be under construction as they just moved to a new location.
The doctor called a few days later with his test results and he was able to log into her online portal to review all his results.

I went with Pro Health Care Associates, because of my primary care doctor. I have been following him for 20 years. He just left, but we are sticking with them. I have been with them since they opened. The only thing that bothers me is the billing practices. You have to be careful with that, but other than that I am very happy with the doctors. Most of the doctors know what they are doing. They send you off to specialists if they feel it is necessary. They will try and stay in the Pro Health Group, but won't hesitate to send you outside of the group if that is the need. I think they are very fair, the doctors are very good, and very professional. Some of them don't know what is going on as far as reception goes. Sometimes you have to wait almost 3 weeks before you can see a doctor. The offices are very well decorated. Some of the people are friendly, they know you, they will say hello to you and then there are others who are forever changing faces. Some don't know what they are doing and some are learning and you can accept that.

I would recommend her. The office is very nice. Her punctuality and her staff are great. They are very friendly.  Whenever they take blood from me, they walk me through it because they don't want to hurt me. She is Korean but she speaks good English. I am very satisfied with her.

I have to pay for the parking there.  This is a very large medical service and sometimes I end up having to wait.  In terms of that, I can’t say they are excellent.  I am sure that there are reasons for the wait time.  I would like to be seen at the time that I have been given but that doesn’t always happen.  Except for the punctuality, everything is excellent.  I would absolutely keep using them.

Only got to see a PA.  Waited for over an hour for her to speak to us for 5 minutes.  She ordered an in-office EKG and echocardiogram.  Results were available immediately but she made us wait for 2 weeks before she would give them to us.  At that appointment, (after an hour and a half wait) we were informed that the results were too complicated to interpret and that we should go to a cardiologist.  We did go to a cardiologist and they redid the same tests and told us there was no problem.  The whole process delayed us over a month for no reason.  Administrative staff is unspeakably rude and incompetent.
