    My 33-year-old son is disabled and has been treated by Dr. Chicvak for two months for sleep apnea. In the short 3-week space of time since he began wearing his oral appliance, he has already felt several large effects. No snoring. No need for daytime naps or very late waking up. More energy for daytime tasks. Dr. Chicvak was very clear and supportive in explaining to him what the oral appliance would do and what the gradual process of jaw muscle adjustment to it meant. It gave my son confidence.

    This "doctor" ran late with his appointment and into my appointment time then accused me of being late and And LYING and refused to do my surgery after I waited months for the appointment and had the audacity of telling me, a patient!, "I am not working into my lunch break because you are lying ". After I specifically asked to check the cameras to prove what time I got there in front of the receptionist who saw me sign in. He gave me nothing but excuses and said I had to wait weeks for another appointment after I took 3 days off of work in advance to get my extractions done. If I could give him 0 stars I would. Albert Matuza is terribly disrespectful and extremely unprofessional.

    He did a very good job, and used the latest materials. The filling was in the back of my mouth. There was no pain after I left. He does a good job checking for occlusion. He is a member of the UFT Group.

    Went to the dentist as she is part of DMO network with Cigna, was with her for 2 years, despite the fact that the equipment is very old, as there are not that many choices in the network, Compared to other dentist in the network she might not be as bad, but her attitude deteriorated during the second year. Very poor service,the dentist is part of Signa DMO, So there is not much choice in the network, but with this dentist you are better not going at all and use the money that you paid the insurance to get the cleaning from a better dentist.

    I needed another implant in October. I had a wedding on Sept. 4. It took almost a year to get it! Then, I had an emergency and needed to have a root canal. I waited an hour to see him. I told him I had a pain in another tooth. He said I had to choose and he could only fix one because he only had time to fix 1. I asked for a refund of the implant to go somewhere else. I told him I was going to sue him, then he turned off the light and would not work on me at all. He stormed out. He came back in a short while later. He was angry and said 'you should've come more often.' He's arrogant. He was horrible. When I left, the secretary asked if I wanted another appointment. Two weeks later, he called and left a message saying I owed him $45 for a missed appointment.

    Ended up with a small cavity and some recommended preventative work.  Since my appointment was for first thing in the morning the recommendation was for a follow up to have the procedures done.  Was able to schedule the follow up for later in the afternoon the same day.  The total time for all the procedures were less than an hour as I was promised and everyone was very clear with what was being done and courteous during the whole procedure.

    I was having discomfort  in my jaw while eating , and i didn't see a dentist for 10 years because i was so afraid. Wow am i glad i found CitiDental on cross bay blvd. Location is new. still smells new. scheduling was a breeze, i requested a 1pm appointment and lucky for me it was available. Doctor was great. i didnt see a dentist for 10 years and i was  so afraid, and doctor and the staff calmed me down. the environment and all the staff is very relaxing. Nurse Maria was very professional. 

    After exam and some xrays, doctor explained to me what was bothering me and why. suggested various treatment options. everything went great.

    like i said before, i haven't see a dentist in 10 years and i thought i would just pass out while taking xrays, but it went fantastic. calm. painless . seamless. doctor was so gentle i didnt feel a ting.  Highly recommended.

    if you're afraid of dentist or tired of going to offices in a basement setting, with old dilapidated decor whose rooms look like they are a torture chamber and staff is just after your money then this is definitely the office you should try. Im  happy i found this place.

    Dr. Behn and his staff provided excellent care and I highly recommend everyone.   My first appointment was with Michelle, the hygienist.  Very gentle and thorough.  Great experience.  My second appointment was with Dr. Behn to replace two fillings.  Dr. Behn, and his assistant, Mary, were very professional and the procedure was painless during and after.  Dr. Behn also followed up with a telephone call later that evening to see how I was doing.  Also, Kathy, the receptionist, biller and probably many other jobs is extremely nice.  All that being said, I highly recommend Dr. Behn and his staff.
