  • I've been searching for a custom Wood Craftsman all over the place, eventually I bumped into Prestige Custom Cabinets on Angies List. He stood out right away because he is the Designer, Fabricator and Installer of all custom woodwork. Every other contractor had 1 or 2 middle men, which creates miscommunication, finger pointing, and is obviously more expensive. We hired Shav to do our whole Kitchen, and ended up having him do our Closets, Fireplace, Moldings, all staining of Windows and Doors (that look like a million $) Columns, etc. Shav is a true professional, he was able to satisfy very picky customers (us) that expect nothing less than perfection, and the price is not even comparable to others because there are no middle man involved. We are fully satisfied, we recommend Shav to everyone. It was a pleasure working with Shav, and we are looking forward to our next project.

  • Best experience ever with a contractor. Extremely professional and very attentive to detail. Looks like the entire cabinet was replaced with new. Much more affordable then replacing all the cabinets. Our salesman Joe DeLuca was very professional and absolutely no pressure presentation. Scott's craftsmanship was perfect. Love Kitchen Magic

  • Christian came on the date and time promised to provide an estimate for bathroom cabinets and kitchen countertops. He had many samples to choose from. His price was fair and extremely competitive. He provided a written estimate and then written contract detailing work to be performed and cost. We scheduled a date for bathroom cabinet refacing. This work was being done in my mothers home. He completed the work earlier than expected with an excellent final product. He then came back at my request to do the countertops a few weeks later. He did such a fantastic and professional job. My mother and I were so pleased with the final product. I highly recommend Christian. In fact, my brother will be having him do his kitchen countertops.
In summary, Excellent, professional, courteous, and highly competitive prices.

  • Just want to thank the people at On the Level Design and Construction LLC. From the moment i met Ty years ago hes always been a honest and caring guy. He really takes the time to explain all parts of the project, how things are installed and the different products and applications that can be used. This is the second renovation Ty has done for me, and he is really on top of business. I love the fact that i didn't have to go anywhere else, he has a large selection of pretty much everything for the kitchen and bath projects, I did have to go to a plumbing supply house to choose some fixtures, but that's what my wife wanted, she has expensive taste. But overall He literally does the measurements him self and designs the whole thing in front of your eyes on his computer. He spent numerous hours coming up with the right design and supplied all the products, we had some holidays that pushed the delivery but thats understandable, The best thing i can say is that he stands behind his work and we had some damages done on delivery and he quickly rectified the situation. I just want to say, i love giving back to our military, and i can see Ty is proud of his service. If your looking for a good contractor thats honest and will do anything to satisfy the customer, visit On The Level Design and Construction. Henry

  • The good:
I picked a medium brown cherry finish with copper handles and a quartz counter top with copper speck in it.
When you walk into the kitchen with all the cabinet doors closed, it looks brand new, beautiful counter top, the small back splash looks a bit unfinished but you tell yourself you can live with it.
Everyone is pleasant  and accommodating as far as the cabinet laminating goes
    The not so good:
-Open the doors and the cabinet frames look worse than when the job started (this is because they have to file the facing of the cabinets to smooth the edge and in the process file away the finish on the frame). I was told it was my responsibility to fix the frames
-I was told my two damaged cabinets would be repaired - not done
-Direction of door openings and handle position change without consulting me. Once the holes are drilled it is too late to go back so I live with that too.
-appliances installed not level, all of them had to be adjusted, microwave had to be reinstalled, dishwasher connection box left with wires hanging on the floor, cover to connection box is missing.
-faucet was switched without consulting, offered to install a new one if I bought a new one myself.
-opening for the sink has too much stone overhanging in the sink thus reducing the size of the regular size sink (this was the counter top people's doing). Looks a little ridiculous with the goose neck faucet, I live with that too.
The project started in mid August 2015, finally finished after Thanksgiving.
If I was aware of all these things upfront, I would  have no problem hiring them again. Just get someone else to install your appliances and a carpenter to do your repairs before and after the refacing is done and buy your own faucet. You have to monitor the work yourself because there is absolutely no quality control by anyone else. The owner never came to see any of the work after the initial estimate.

  • First let me start off by saying that Seth must have the patience of a Saint! What started out for me as simply "I need to get a new stove" ended by being a total kitchen renovation of which Seth and his great company were an integral part. Going into this "Adventure" I hadn't a clue and kept changing my mind on exactly what I wanted. Seth handled all my "Whims" with professionalism and aplomb. From my last second before the deadline change in the color of the cabinets to my sudden need for a brand new sink cabinet only days before the work was to be done, when it was discovered that the original cabinet was too damaged to be salvaged. To be sure I was very apprehensive of the whole venture but the job done by Seth and his crew in the end made all my apprehension disappear. What a difference my cabinets look!!! I could not be happier. Gone are the sad looking 1970's horrors and in there place are "WOW" looking beautifully resurfaced, easy to clean gems.  The work was completed in a much shorter time then I though it would be and his crew removed and hauled away the old cabinets that had to be replaced and left my place spotless. Seth worked with me on price and made the project happen within my budget.  I'm glad that I found Seth and his company and wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone planning this kind of work.

  • Went great.  The installer, Scott, arrived and explained the entire scope of the project.  Afterwards, he and his coworker set to work on protecting my floors and putting up a plastic barrier to minimize the amount of dust.  For the next 3 days, they removed all the cabinet door panels and drawer faces (49 of them), crown moulding, and toe kicks and started to replace them.  He kept me in the loop as work progressed.  We had some issues with some doors not fitting correctly (too big) or predrilled holes for the hinges not in the right place (interfered with the slide outs) and was quickly reordered.  We had to wait for the new doors to be delivered which didn't arrive until the following Tuesday and Wednesday (Monday was a holiday) and Scott came back on Thursday and finished the job.  The kitchen looks great.  Part of the problem of doing a cabinet refacing project is trying to retrofit door and drawer panels with what was there originally so sometimes the holes for the new hinges aren't in the same spot as the old hinges.  So, behind the doors, it may not always look perfect, but it's of no fault of Kitchen Magic or the installer.  It is what it is.  Scott and Eric were pleasant to work with.  Did above and beyond by doing extra tasks and cleaned up everyday after leaving.  Luckily, we don't anticipate doing another kitchen remodeling or refacing project for the next 20 years so I can't say we will use Kitchen Magic again, but we will definitely recommend them to friends and family.

  • Roman and Ivan asked if they could work together, thereby adjusting the deal to two hours for two men, rather than four hours for one man. I agreed, and was more than pleased - so much so that I asked Roman and Ivan to stay longer and finish the jobs that could not have been accomplished within our contracted time frame. They were agreeable to that. Of course I paid an additional amount and that was only fair. I had previously purchased the items I knew they would need, since the deal was for labor and not materials.

Firstly, they were punctual and called to tell me they were on their way. Both Ivan and Roman were extremely neat and put down drop cloths where they worked. In addition, they worked very carefully and paid close attention to detail. These gentlemen were professional, and very polite. Lucky for me that I chose them from Angie's List and I would not hesitate to recommend them and call upon them again in the future.

  • He couldn't do the work because he couldn't find the matching wood for my cabinet door that I needed replaced so I didn't have any work done. It went alright and he was courteous. He definitely worked towards trying to do what I wanted, it's just that he didn't have the resources for it.
