    City Suburb, Inc.
Ravi showed up on time, thoroughly inspected our issues and came up with a solution. His price was fair. They started the job on time and finished on time. Ravi (the owner) was onsite everyday. I had concerns with the concrete drying properly due to the weather being so cold. Ravi guaranteed his work and said he would follow up in the spring to make sure everything was perfect. He even checked in a few weeks after the job was completed just to make sure we were happy with the work. I highly recommend these guys and will be using them again.

    Nunez Construction and Painting
This weekend we had Nunez out to take care of a few indoor and outdoor cracks - the service was awesome from the point of getting an estimate to filling the cracks. We had many companies out to give an estimate but Nunez was the only one who did not use scare tactics and gave sound reasonable advice. The tech came out today to fix the cracks was great - he was knowledgable, did a clean job and amazed us with how quickly he could dig. We will definitely use and recommend Nunez.

    Nunez Construction and Painting
We used Nunez Construction and Painting for an "off label" task. We are a retired couple who are recovering from surgeries. Our smoke alarms "died" and we are currently not able to install them. Nunez was wonderful and skilled. The crew did a neat and efficient job and didn't make us feel bad for having such a small task. Will definitely use Nunez Construction and Painting again!!

I had standing water in my crawl space. These guys installed a French drainage system with catch basin and sump pump. They did this inside my crawl space! They left my yard exactly as they found it and the job was done in a few days! This is the company you want to fix your drainage problems!! Great customer service.

    Vulcan Basement Waterproofing
They were fair. They brought a whole bunch of people to work. Everybody seemed to know what they were doing with one lead man directing everyone. They had to come back to touch up some things which they did.

    NY Galaxy General Contractor, Inc
The contractor left concrete, food left overs, trash all over my yard. He destroyed the yard and my plants. I paid him in full because he rushed me telling me that he needs to pay his workers and he promised me that everything was going to be taking care that he was coming to clean up and pick up the concrete and trash, but he never came. He only came to take his tools and he also took tools that belong to me. I have text msgs to proof that Galaxy General Contractor is not a company to trust. On top of everything He was concentrated in flirting with me than in doing his job. I had to delay some work in my yard because of the concrete and trash he left, I paid a handy man to clean up, my dogs were not able to be in the yard because of the mess the contractor left.

They work they did was great they were very good, they have to work from the inside to the outside. They've answered all our questions and they were very responsive. We haven't got any problems on our basement water leakage since then.

    City Suburb, Inc.
From start to finish, City Suburb was on time, professional, and diligent. They had to remove concrete pavement on one side of our house, dig down to create a trench for the 40 foot length, found a part of the outer foundation wall missing (surprise!), which they installed to repair it, put in the waterproof barrier, filled in the trench, and put new concrete pavement the entire length of that side of the house. They did the job in four days, even working on Sunday to finish up. Then they clean up all the debris and washed down the driveway. We are very satisfied with their work and would recommend them.

    Connection & Contracting
DAVID SVANCAR Have you ever felt that stabbing dread of looking for a new contractor due to the sudden urge of adrenaline coursing through your veins - your body's way of preparing for the possible outcome of an extremely tardy delivered and appalling workmanship of an apartment renovation? Well, NOT with DAVID SVANCAR of CONNECTION AND CONTRACTING. Upon countless of interviewed contractors, I stumbled on Connection and Contracting (David Svancar). After he came over to assess the complete renovation I wanted to be performed on one of our floors, all of my nerves seemed to subside, as you can immediately tell, David is not one of those "shady" Contractors. He entered the property, assessed our situation and immediately provided multiple suggestions, a game plan, and told me this project could be done within the time I proposed of 4-6 weeks (pending the arrival of appliances, kitchen cabinets etc...). Previously, other contractors I interviewed were taken a-back when I proposed the 4-6 week aggressive timeline. Some even suggested that they would squeeze in my project with other projects. I reject that idea for many reasons. David, on the other hand, reiterated to me many times before and after the start of the project that he will never work on multiple clients at once but only focuses one project at a time to ensure the quality, care/attention and timeliness the project deserves. Additionally, his utmost professional behavior is coupled by the reassurance of his humor, attention to detail, identifying problems and suggesting multiple solutions. DAVID took initiative to enlighten me of ALL the possible ideas to make the infrastructure and aesthetic of my new apartment look amazing. His team would always arrive at the proposed time of 8am-4pm (Monday Saturday). He and his team worked tirelessly on making sure the project made my family and me HAPPY. I genuinely felt that he was looking out for my best interest and that is all that really matters - an act of Altruism that is easy by definition, but difficult to execute. At the finalization of the project, David met the 4-6 week deliverable (despite the holidays of Christmas and New Years) and provided excellent quality work!! I really hope that you choose DAVID SVANCAR to help guide you in your next choice of renovation. You wont regret it! I'm already in the works with David for other house projects!

    Rahat Construction Corp.
Mr. Ismail listened to our requirements and always consulted with us if circumstances changed our work plans. His team was on time, industrious, professional and did a great job. They kept the work area clean and worked relatively quietly. His fee was reasonable and we plan on using his services again.
