    Very excellent, Rudy the owner is outstanding, he knows his stuff backwards and forwards.. Any work they have done for me in the last 5 years I have had no problems with. Not the cheapest, but does the best work for the price.

    I went to Koeppel because I previously had good experience with Subaru dealership service centers; however, this place is an exception and not in a good way. They were not very professional either in my initial interaction or in follow-up after I voiced my complaints to them directly. The quality of the work is not in question but it ended up I did not need tire repair (which I was very well aware that I might not) and only the lug nut replacement which cost $110 without tax. They charged $40 for the lug nuts which is a little more expensive than the actual cost but that was reasonable. The service charge however was $70, which is more than anywhere else I saw online. I wouldn't mind paying a premium charge for service if the customer experience was easy and fast. However, they were not punctual even though I booked a drop-off online ahead of time (which they completely ignored) and they gave me a hard time about losing the lug nut key, wanting to drop-off the car and not stay with it, picking it up after work and for speaking up about the price. I will not go back and I recommend avoiding them as there are many other much better options.

    Jamie is the guy to go to for Auto Body! He's done about 5 cars for me, I wouldn't go no where else. Very Detailed, and cares about his customer's. Very honest!!! I consider him a Artist in his trade. If your looking for a Auto Repair guy & friend look no further.

    Process went very well. Bought my car in to get an estimate and was told it would take 3 weeks to fix all of the issues above. I have GEICO so my insurance covered me for a Hertz rental which is conveniently located next door to the shop. After signing a few papers, I was on my way. The shop actually had the car done in 2 weeks instead of the initially estimated 3 weeks. After getting my car back, I honestly could not tell where the rust spots were as the paint matched my car exactly. I hope I never have to perform any more body work on my car but if I do, I will absolutely take my car to these guys.

    They are very conscientious. They are very organized. They go above and beyond that everything is taken care of when you bring it in for service. They are good about explaining. They leave it very clean. They usually always wash it, vacuum it and everything. We have not had a need to do that but hey do have loaner cars. We did get a loaner car once. It is very good.

    We are not experience buyers. First of they were trying to get us to take a loan. We want to try and pay out right, so we don?t have to pay interest. You have to have experience. We did not see any cheaper and they gave us a royalty for it and that was fine. The quality was fine, there was nothing wrong with the car. Their responsiveness was very good. They did good for the punctuality. If they discovered something happened they try to get in touch and tell us, so we would be late then. They were very good.?We?re not looking for something super-duper, we looked at what?s in the showroom, if there is something we like, we get a salesman. It?s possible we buy it or whatever, or we?ll wait a couple days for a better color or something.

    Awful, will never deal with them again. They failed to properly file one of vans registration: I was waiting for DMV registration sticker, but it never came. Instead I received a $65 "expired registration" ticket and of course contacted them with questions. They asked me to make a trip to the dealership in order to get the second temporary registration. After a few weeks I finally got paperwork straightened; but the ticket remained unpaid and soon accumulated an additional $10 fee. They promised several times to take care of the ticket together with the additional fee, but never did. At the end I paid the ticket myself. The lesson: if you do not want headaches - stay away from Dana!

    Excellent work . Car delivered as promised . Looked like a brand new car . Expertly detailed . I'm so happy. Dominic was very professional as also were the rest of the members of the company . I wish I had done business with Sonnys with my other cars . Very satisfied .

    It couldn't have gone better and I was extremely satisfied with the high quality of the work done on my damaged Acura. In fact, it far exceeded my expectations. All the work was completed within a week after the insurance adjuster inspected the damage caused by the accident. When I picked up my car, it looked as good as it did when I bought it brand new 17 years ago from an Acura dealer (I am not exaggerating). There was no way for me to tell which parts of the car had been repaired. Needless to say, the door was perfectly aligned, and the match between the old and new paint (metallic silver) was perfect. In addition, every inch of the car had been immaculately cleaned inside and out, including the dashboard and seats. To my delight, as a courtesy the company provided frames for my license plates, replaced my defective windshield wipers, and changed two of my Michelin tires on the driver's side, where the impact had occurred. The cost of all this work was, in my opinion, reasonable.

    Great! My car looked brand new. Like I had just taken it from the show room. I was also given a lot of helpful little gifts. It was a great experience, considering how stressed I had been. I was put at ease and was finally able to relax. They took over gave me a car and sent me off. :-)
