    We are not experience buyers. First of they were trying to get us to take a loan. We want to try and pay out right, so we don?t have to pay interest. You have to have experience. We did not see any cheaper and they gave us a royalty for it and that was fine. The quality was fine, there was nothing wrong with the car. Their responsiveness was very good. They did good for the punctuality. If they discovered something happened they try to get in touch and tell us, so we would be late then. They were very good.?We?re not looking for something super-duper, we looked at what?s in the showroom, if there is something we like, we get a salesman. It?s possible we buy it or whatever, or we?ll wait a couple days for a better color or something.

    Awful, will never deal with them again. They failed to properly file one of vans registration: I was waiting for DMV registration sticker, but it never came. Instead I received a $65 "expired registration" ticket and of course contacted them with questions. They asked me to make a trip to the dealership in order to get the second temporary registration. After a few weeks I finally got paperwork straightened; but the ticket remained unpaid and soon accumulated an additional $10 fee. They promised several times to take care of the ticket together with the additional fee, but never did. At the end I paid the ticket myself. The lesson: if you do not want headaches - stay away from Dana!

    They had a great sale at that time. What I like most about the sales department is that they don’t like actually push you into buying. You go there, you see what you want, they will show you a different color, they will accommodate to your needs, tell you any information that you need about the vehicle, and then you say, “I need to go home and think about it and see if I want to go to another dealership, and get another pricing. Their like, “Okay, no problem!” so they will say, “do you want to go back to them!” They don't try to aggravate you into buying or pushing into buying the vehicle from them. They actually give you freedom to do whatever you want. They will tell you what an offer is and that’s it. After Nissan I went to different car model dealership and I didn’t like the deal they were offering. Then I ended up going back to Nissan. That is what I like the most about them, that they are not pushing you into buying the vehicle from them. The price was good.

    The vehicle was ready right away. Purchasing the car was a great experience. The only think is that I keep having a problem with my doors and within the first 3 years we were covered under the warranty. But, now every time I go there, I have the problem with my door. I was just there on Saturday again and they wanted me to pay to fix my door. There is a mechanical problem in the car, so I would not buy another Nissan car.

    Even when I had that when it was out of warranty, I let them do all the repairs. It was satisfactory, little high price, but it is still you would expect that of that particular car anyway. There were no surprises, but the work was done properly and I came away satisfied. You always feel you could do a little bit better pricing, but I came away satisfied. I went back to them and bought a car last year from them.

    Really well.
    We were shown a variety of cars in our price range.
    Sales person, Aaron Klein, was extremely courteous, knowledgeable, competent, and efficient.  Showed us several cars, road tested auto with us, followed up regarding any potential concerns.
    It was evident that Enterprise Car Sales and its' staff at the East Elmhurst, NY location were dedicate professionals who care abut customer service.

    Well, a few of my friends told me about this place. So I went in and had a look around. I was looking at various vehicles, when I was approached by a salesperson. No big deal....right? Wrong. This guy seemed very pushy, and was not happy with all of the questions that I had. He had to go back to get answers to some of the questions. I was definitely not impressed by that.

    Service is a little pricey, but always performed well. Very courteous. They will almost always try to upsell you additional services (ie - nitrogen fill for your tires and and quot;concentratedand quot; fuel injector cleaning) but I never get a hard time for refusing these services. While you do pay more for the service than you would at your average mechanic, they'll also give you a loaner car to use for the entire time they have yours. If you can't do without a car for the day, that makes the price worth it. The coffee and bagels in the waiting room don't hurt either.

    Couldn't have gone better. The dealer was very considerate, and really went out of his way to work with me to get the best car for my budget, and did a tremendous job in getting me a reasonable finance plan.
