    Process went very well. Bought my car in to get an estimate and was told it would take 3 weeks to fix all of the issues above. I have GEICO so my insurance covered me for a Hertz rental which is conveniently located next door to the shop. After signing a few papers, I was on my way. The shop actually had the car done in 2 weeks instead of the initially estimated 3 weeks. After getting my car back, I honestly could not tell where the rust spots were as the paint matched my car exactly. I hope I never have to perform any more body work on my car but if I do, I will absolutely take my car to these guys.

    It couldn't have gone better and I was extremely satisfied with the high quality of the work done on my damaged Acura. In fact, it far exceeded my expectations. All the work was completed within a week after the insurance adjuster inspected the damage caused by the accident. When I picked up my car, it looked as good as it did when I bought it brand new 17 years ago from an Acura dealer (I am not exaggerating). There was no way for me to tell which parts of the car had been repaired. Needless to say, the door was perfectly aligned, and the match between the old and new paint (metallic silver) was perfect. In addition, every inch of the car had been immaculately cleaned inside and out, including the dashboard and seats. To my delight, as a courtesy the company provided frames for my license plates, replaced my defective windshield wipers, and changed two of my Michelin tires on the driver's side, where the impact had occurred. The cost of all this work was, in my opinion, reasonable.

    Great! My car looked brand new. Like I had just taken it from the show room. I was also given a lot of helpful little gifts. It was a great experience, considering how stressed I had been. I was put at ease and was finally able to relax. They took over gave me a car and sent me off. :-)

    They were fantastic. The entire transaction was seamless from the time I dropped the car off until the time I picked it up. He committed to a time and a price and he did it. It was perfect. One thing that stands out was his honesty. I compared pricing.

    Great! Would definitely use them again and again (hopefully I won't have to). They do a great job. My car looks like new, they are fast. Everyone there is very nice, professional and they have excellent customer service. They make an inconvenient situation a lot easier. Hertz is also on site which really is super convenient.

    When they returned the car to us after the repair they cleaned/detailed the interior and exterior, almost like new.  However,something must have spilled on the back passenger seat that caused the leather to stiffen. They looked at the damage and replaced the seat.  Overall, we are quite satisfied with their service and professionalism. (They also gave us a Sonny's key chain, travel coffee mug..etc. A nice touch.)

    My experience did not go well at all.  First they said the owner would come and look at the chair damage and he never did.  Then it was a cat which we don't have, then it was leaving constant messages with no return call and finally refusal to resolve their negligence.  Find another place for auto repairs.

    First I feel I should explain the "B" ratings first, since they do get an overall "A" rating from me. The "A" rating is mainly for the quality of the work done and the fact that they handled all the insurance matters, so it was pretty much out of my hands.
    We got off to a bit of a bumpy start. I found Sonny's on both Angies List & Yelp w/rave reviews. I thought the damage to my car was minimal that I could take care of out-of-pocket, w/o filing an insurance claim. But I also wanted a reputable shop as the car was just a year old. I drove over there early one morning, explained my situation, and while I was fumbling around my wallet looking for my registration, one of the guys (sorry, I already forgot names) pounced on me like I was crazy for considering not filing a claim. Hey, it's my money, and I'm the layman, not the expert - did not know what the costs were going to be,or what work is involved. Nor did I want to impact my premiums if I didn't have to.
    That's why I was there. Once we "kissed & made up" he explained that it was not as simple as it looks, that they could help me file w/the insurance company, and we took it from there.
    Even though the car now looks better than new, I'm still puzzled as to why, once they got insurance clearance, it took 2 1/2 weeks to get the job finished. I think it would have been longer if I did not start calling for status updates when I did. I was anxious to get my car back, especially since I wasn't too happy w/the rental from Enterprise.

    I found Don-Joe's on Angie's List. I called, and the person I spoke to was very professional. I was able to bring my car in for an estimate the very next morning, which was given on the spot by someone who clearly knew what he was doing and was very professional. I am not sure if the price he quoted was good or not, but the reviews on Angie's List were so positive that I decided not to get another estimate. Don-Joe's lived up to the great reviews. I was able to bring my car in a couple of days after I got the estimate, rented a car from the onsite Enterprise location, and my car was completed on time the next day, looking good as new. I highly recommend Don-Joe's to anyone who is unfortunate enough to need auto body repair.
