Dino worked really hard to get the door installed in tight circumstances. He was quite clever in figuring out how to accomplish it without having to remove the louver door that covers the appliances. Kudos. Would definitely hire him again.

    Cyclone Appliance Service
To sum up my experience, Cyclone damaged my oven beyond repair and now I need to purchase a new one. The long of it: I had two issue that I reached out to them on: oven and refrigerator dispenser. Oven is a thermador combo microwave oven and convection oven. Microwave wasn't working and oven would fault after use. The refrigerator wouldn't dispense water. Company answered my call and sent a mechanic that morning, which was great. They looked at everything and said they would order the parts and repair. I had to reach out several times to get a quote, never got anything in writing even though they said they would send. They called over a month later saying the parts came and they scheduled the repairs. Mechanic shows up, he is able to repair the refrigerator, but he says the oven system is short circuited, that he had forgotten to leave the breaker off, and never told us that it would need to stay off. I ask if they can repair whatever damage they caused- their answer is that I need to get a new $8000 oven. I would not use them again for appliance repairs, just causes more headaches.

Dino was nice and pleasant. i told him i believed it was a simple fuse that needed changing which is very common and its a 5 dollar part. its a tight space but he said no problem and i asked him for a price if it was a fuse. It was a fuse which entails 2 wires 2 screws and a clip. he unplugged the machine changed it and told me to pmug it in to test. sparks started shooting out if the outlet and and he shorted the outlet out. i asked him what happened and he said woops he had the 2 wires touching one another. he taped the 2 wired with electrical tape and told me plug it in again but the outlet now had no power. i got an extension cord to test the dryer which now worked and he asked me for extra money after blowing the outlet which i said was crazy so he agreed to accept the 120 he told me on the phone and I needed an electrician to restore the outlet. i would never recommend this provider except to my enemies. it was a disaster. UPDATE: He called to repay me for the damage he caused. He was a gentleman and responsible and I respect that.

Horrible!!! First appointment no one showed, second appointment no one showed, third appointment they were supposed to arrive between 11-3, no one showed or called. I had to call several times. Spoke to Mike who was rude, and very unprofessional. He did not even apologize after I explained this was the 3rd time no one showed and we had to wait all day all 3 times. The tech finally came at 6 and worked on it for 1/2 hour. Told us it should be working by morning. Today it is still not working. They obviously don't care about customer service or doing a good job.

Steve said he could come the same day. He showed up right on time, diagnosed the problem right away, had the part with him and fixed it in record time. We will definitely use him again when we need a repairman

Joe from Turnpike found the problem and resolved it quickly. It turned out that the damper for the exterior bower had somehow gotten stuck. The exterior blower was in a difficult to access location on my kitchen roof, but Joe was unfazed by the challenge, although it also helped that i had the right kind of ladder. Joe was a complete pleasure to deal with. The office staff I spoke to were all courteous and professional, as well.

Washer was making noise dryer stopped spinning. Washer motor is going, instead of stringing me along for repairs, they were honest and told me I was better off replacing the entire washer. I agree Dryer was a fixable problem, repaired for minimal hours and parts, parts were reasonable and not overpriced. Best part, approachable, friendly, answered all my questions, if I have a problem I will use them again. Thanks!!

    AV Appliance Service
It went good! I was very happy with Robert and his men, the job was a nightmare, the big orange box store's delivery company cancelled my first date, and then when they did come they were capable of NOTHING. I found AV and called and they fit me in during the holiday rush last week, and then we ran into little problems one by one, but AV managed to get me through it and with reasonable pricing. A+ company to work with. Would HIGHLY recommend.

    D&M Appliance Repair Corporation
Excellent service. Danny called before coming over (as they said he would), arrived right on time, diagnosed the problem and did the repair. He then cleaned out the dryer thoroughly. I would definitely recommend him and use him again in the future. This is what service should be.

    Steve's Appliance Repair
From the initial call and his quick response, Steve's professionalism and ability was so impressive. His diagnosis was spot on and he didn't try to oversell the job. In fact, he went out of his way to save us money on a repair bill. Thank you, Steve!
