    I’ve made two purchases with them. Both were excellent including the delivery times. I’ve used the same sales person for a refrigerator purchase in the Fall of 2017. They set it up and everything was fine. I purchased two a/c units in July of 2018 and they delivered when they said they would. I will recommend and continue to use them.

    We turned on the oven after the last repair by Alliance Best Repair, a second repair company sent by Assurant Solutions. Post turning on the oven all the carbon monoxide detectors in the house went off. We called 911 who sent the FDNY. The FDNY detected lethal levels of carbon monoxide (1000 ppm) existing in the house. They called ConEd emergency who turned off the gas to the oven and Red Tagged the unit as DEFECTIVE w/carbon monoxide levels of 1000 ppm and told us not to turn on the unit. The bottom line is the Len Harris did not stand behind us, offer us a refund on the oven or at the very least reimbursement on the price of the extended warranty. They also could have easily replaced the unit since they knew all the issues with GE. I am no longer loyal to a company that will not show loyalty to me as a valued customer.

    We have been using them for years. We have been buying appliances from them for about twenty years. They are local. You don't have too far to go. For the most part they have good prices. They deliver quickly, like the next day.

    I purchased online, the packaged came on time. I have been using them for the last 15 years. I have been using them for a while and I will continue using them, because they have got better prices. Very easy, because I already have an account, check out and good to go.

    I cannot speak to their service except when it comes to collecting money as they are not responding to phone calls or emails.
    On the other hand our 4 machines are working.  The dryers now run for more time that no one asked for.

    I actually tried to fix this myself. I bought a new start knob and replaced the old one.
    The dryer still did not start.
    That's when I went to Angie's list to look for a repairman.
    I called Steve. He came the same day. It turned out that it was another part that wasn't working.
    It just so happened that Steve had that part in his car. Replaced the part and the dryer works.
    The best service I ever got.

    He immediately checked the electric service to the stove to be sure I was getting full 220 power.  Reset the stove  by powering it off and on and died the same with the associated circuit breaker.  That worked and the stove was back in business.  However, if it became necessary, he was prepared to order a motherboard for the stove if the power resets didn't work.  He said it might not work even at that, but that we would split the cost and the risk (because he would have to keep the motherboard if it did not work and he would never likely use it for another call.)  This was to save what could other wise be a VERY expensive repair which. Luckily, his preliminary interventions were successful.

    Steve has done other repairs for me on my refrigerators.  He is honest, competent and professional.  He does not oversell work.  Just the opposite. He often counsels that some repairs are not worth doing.  He will tell you his estimate and you can decide whether you want to proceed or to purchase a new appliance (which he does NOT sell).    He charges a reasonable service fee to comet to your home and diagnose.  He comes with all the tools needed to diagnose problems.  If you decide to have him make the repair, the service fee goes toward the cost of the repair.  In an industry with too many dubious providers, Steve is reliable and trustworthy.

    Working with Steve was great. He was able to come to our place, assess the situation and recommend a solution. We needed a new dishwasher so he was able to order it for us, deliver, and install for a single price. Much easier than having to fend for ourselves. Steve was also great with scheduling the install and delivery, working with us on our schedule, in our case a Saturday.

    Viiny Newman is always responsive and shows up on time....I have used him for many years and for many different things. He looked at my oven door which has cracked glass. He gave me the cost to repair it on the spot.

    They explained the differences in the two tv's I was interested in. Gave advice when I asked for it and actually gave me a few reasons why I didn't need the one that was at least 200.00 more. The one I did buy was on a special sale at a big name appliance store and Len Harris met the price without even checking to see if I was telling the truth. They will also quote prices over the phone. I have dealt with them over the years and have alwayss been very satisfied. No high pressure with a salesman following you around the store.
