    Excellent experience. Ameer was very professional, and was thorough yet quick. He had the proper part on his truck, and the dryer was repaired and operational within 20 minutes. The price was very reasonable, and he even rerouted and trimmed the exhaust hose. One year warranty on the work. Would definitely recommend!

    Let me start off by saying he's very knowledgeable with common appliances. With that said he was literally in my home for less than 5 minutes. Diagnosed the problem with my refrigerator in less than a minute, went out to his truck to retrieve the replacement part and switched it out. Charged me $150 cash for the repair when the part cost less than $10. What happened to the $50 diagnosis? I understand we all have to eat but I feel as though that's extremely excessive! There's no reason to overcharge hard working people that much! Have some respect for your customers!

    Steve walked in on time, conducted a couple of tests, gave me a estimate for repair right up front. I agreed and he began work immediately. I must say he is very knowledgeable about his trade. He answered all my question in a friendly manner while I watched. I feel he went above and beyond in that he took the time to melt the ice encrusted coil after replacing the defective part. Another repairman advised me over phone that I would have to leave frig unplugged for 24 hours after he completed work. After Steve finished his work my frig was up and running and ready to be restocked. At 65yrs old I've dealt with all sorts of tradesmen and I can assure you that his demeanor, tools, knowledge of trade and his willingness to answer my question earns him a 5 star rating.

    Steve was great. He diagnosed the problem even before he opened up the dryer. It was the pulley system. He went back to his van and luckily had the part need to repair my dryer. His quote was stated prior to the repair, which pleased me very much. There was no second guessing. Dryer works perfectly now, all nice and quiet. Steve called me this morning to ask if the dryer was in perfect working order. I have used many other service contractors for repairs, but Steve was the only one to call back the next day to find out if everything was ok. I will definately use him again and tell my friends about his excellent service.

    service was very poor, was 45 min late to appt , he attempted to do other things to the dryer that had no relation to the job he came out to do, he wanted to charge me $200 when he had not fixed the problem he was suppose to fix when he came out, i would never use or suggest anyone to use this service provider

    The repairman Mounir was very professional, friendly and polite. He had to come back with the needed part and he was very conscientious in making certain he got back the next day. He worked quickly and efficiently.  The $99 coupon was  worth getting.

    Purchased an Angie's list deal for appliance diagnostics because my oven has a gas smell when I use it, and my stove burners were having difficulty starting. My husband made the appointment for a Friday. Somebody made a mistake, and when hubby called them because they had failed to show, we were told that they'd had the appointment in for yesterday and had cancelled it when they'd called and no one answered. Ok, so an unanswered call is totally possible in my house, as cell reception is spotty, but the appointment had certainly not been made for the Thursday to begin with. Someone's oops. Anyway, he rescheduled for Monday. This time, the guy came, as promised, looked at the stove and listened to our complaints. He cleaned the burner starter lights and now my stove lights without clicking 11 times and bursting into flame with all the accumulated gas, so I'm happy with that. Very helpful and technically beyond the diagnostic call that it was. We were told that fixing the stove will be about $300 and that he'd send us a typed up official estimate. That was Monday, this is Wednesday, just checked my email again to be sure, and I have not yet received that estimate, but it's only been 2 days, so that's not egregious to my mind at this point. Overall, I'm happy with the service that was preformed, minus some minor scheduling mis-cues.

    He performed certainly to our satisfaction. I charged us $160 and he gave us a receipt which says parts and labor. However, on this receipt I don't know what his part costs because it's not listed. I do not know what the labor charge was because it's not listed, I do not know what the discount was because what the gentleman said was that he gave us 10% but we had to pay in cash. He may have given us an excellent price which to me we are senior citizens on fixed income so price and a person doing a good job are the most important things to call a service person in, the rest of it is it's nice but it's not essential. Within less than 24 hours he was here and he came on a Sunday.

    Steve was on time and very professional- replaced part in dishwasher for the third time at no charge. As frustrating as it is for me to have to have repairman come multiple times for same problem it must be more so for Steve who must spend his time for free.  He has been responsive to problem from the beginning and I feel anyone that wants a great, reliable and affordable appliance repair person could do no better then Steve's Appliance Repair.
