    Little Explorers Too, Inc
The management is very good. They were very loving for the children. It was small enough and somebody is taking care ten babies in a room. My son was never in that situation and even though they have a separate room for the different ages, they let explores to each other and it’s educational.

    Rupolo, Dr. John G.

Dr. John Rupolo is by far the BEST chiropractor I have ever seen! Besides treating my back condition he is able to address other issues which is helping my entire physical well-being.  I highly recommend visiting with Dr. John.

My son has been with PofA since he was 7 months old and he absolutely loves it there. Sure, they are the priciest of all the daycares in the surrounding area but I wouldn't dream of putting him in anywhere else. The and quot;teachersand quot; here are wonderful, loving and very attentive. PofA really functions like a school, with learning activities, music time, circle time, gym, etc. The children are segregated by age (up to 1 year, 1-2 year, 2-3 year, etc) which is great because that means my son is always learning along with his and quot;classmatesand quot;. He has learned so much here and keeps learning.
PofA also gives daily reports of what they ate, what they did, even when/how they pooped haha. I really really love this place especially since we used to live 5 minutes away by car. We have since moved to Long Island but I continue bringing my son here because I trust them and love what they provide.

    Zhao, Dr. Liming
I've been a long time migraine sufferer (two decades), but in recent years have enjoyed a pretty symptom free existence. After Hurricane Sandy, they started up again with a vengeance. Migraines every other day for about six weeks. Tuesday it was really extreme. At around 10:30am it hit, and did not respond to the usually very effective Excedrin for Migraine that I always use (which was also eating away at the insides of my stomach). My wife became concerned, and we got a recommendation for Dr. Zhao from our chiropractor. She drove me there immediately, on the outside chance there was an opening. The receptionist was very welcoming, understanding, but there didn't seem to be any openings. Dr. Zhao came out, was so personable and compassionate. She listened to the overview of my situation, conferred with the receptionist and made time for me at 5pm
I had to wait a little while after arriving for my appointment, but only because she is extremely attentive and thorough with each and every one of her patients. I can totally deal with that. Once I was on the table and she started her expert needle work (and it's really nothing--I was nervous, but it's REALLY no big deal), I began to feel immediate relief. It increased as the time went by, until I never wanted to leave that table :-) The relief continued throughout the night, and she made a follow up appointment for me for two days later.
My condition will probably not subside with one visit, but the high degree of skill and personal presence give me confidence that this particular physician can really address my concerns more effectively than anyone I've ever seen before. It's rare to find this confluence of technical skill/experience and reassuring, comforting presence.

He was more than adequately prepared for kindergarten.  in fact, only now (7 months into kindergarten) is his work looking like the same level of stuff he was doing at So Big.  But more than that, the entire staff made us feel as if they truly loved our son.  They cared about his well being and gave him a sense of self and a connection with God as well.  Our younger son will be starting So Big in September and we can't wait!

For the most part dealing with the acupuncturist, therapist and Neurologist were all fine. The problem was with the Owner/Chiropractor who felt he had the right to come in on patients with out even knocking before entering. My problem began when I pulled low back and the pain traveled down through my buttock, down the back of my leg, through my heel and into my foot. It also traveled through hip and my groin, into my testicle, down the front of my leg, through my ankle and into the top of my foot causing tingling and numbness to my foot. Workman's required me to go for acupuncture and physical therapy 5 days a week that continued for 8 months. During that period I was required to lay face down on the table with my shirt pulled up to my neck or completely off and my short were lower about half way down my buttock so there was access to my back, lower back and buttock area that needed treatment done one them. So, there I would be almost 80% naked and this chiropractor would open the door without knocking to see what was going on in the office. I used to joke with the other doctors and say "doesn't he trust you? I have spoken to John Rupolo on many, many occasions to have him knock before entering and let the acupuncturist or therapist working on me throw a towel across my exposed butt, but John just refused to listen. I told him he needed to respect my privacy and he started to get indignant "this is my office and no patient will tell me how to run my office. Finally on March 16, 2010 I had it out with him and told him to "knock before entering and respect my privacy". And once again he said "this is my office and I will NOT have a patient tell me how to run my office and what I should do". I explained to him that I was not telling him how to run his office, I am just asking you to knock before entering my room and respect my privacy". He said "Flat out NO and that we have a personality conflict and 4 days later gave me a letter releasing me from his office that read. Dear Mr., As per our discussion on May 20, 2010, please be advised that our office will no longer be treating you for your work related injury. We already have a HIPPA Compliance form which is signed as well as a Records Release form. Please advise us as to where you would like us to send copies of your file. The fee is $0.75 per page for copies and $10.00 per x-ray. We will forward the records within 72 hours of receipt of a certified check or money order. Further any reports, testimony or cooperation needed to resolve your case will be expedited promptly and with every profession spirit of stewardship and propriety. Sincerely, John G. Rupolo DC This is from a Doctor who is supposed to care about the patients health and well being. He provided me with NO referrals for other doctors or offices. He refused to let me use the ones in his office that I was already using and comfortable with. I scrambled to find 3 new offices in a couple of days because treatment needed to continue to keep my pain level at a tolerable level. Finally my back problem had to be resolved with back surgery on July 20th this year to correct my back problem. I later also found out that if John Rupolo popped his head in my room or any other room to say "Hello or How are you doing? he has the right to charge you insurance company for a chiropractic treatment even if you didn't receive one. I have never been treated this way by any medical professional and would never use this office again.

It's a fantastic place.  The physical therapists are joyous. The place is immaculate.  They have helped me to be able to walk again and have made me comfortable.

Dr. Hancock put my back back into wack. He's done so on several occasions. I would recommend him. Relief is not immediate but healing was quicker following treatment.
