    Horrifying, Absolutely horrifying! Paid over 5K for a heating system and I went down into my basement a month later to find a flood. One of the pipes they were supposed to replace but didn't was leaking. When I called my concern was met with nothing but a callus and smug attitude, when the maintenance guy arrived I asked for the phone number for the owner he replied with, "well do you want me to fix the leak or give you the phone number" when I replied I need you to do both he gave me the phone number and told me to have a good day and tried to leave. I had to chase him out to my driveway to get him to come back in and fix it. When I called the owner and asked how this could have happened a month after it was fixed instead of saying sorry, he asked if I was a perfect person who never makes mistakes. I was stunned! I'm not perfect but when I make mistakes they aren't five thousand dollar ones! If you are going to blame your incompetence on a mistake than you should at least be apologetic for it. The maintenance man then admitted that the flood was their mistake (obviously) he replaced what was supposed to be copper with plastic and then try to get me sign a waiver saying they weren't responsible... They were rude unprofessional and clearly are not even able to properly do their job because as of right now my heater is not working properly. I am a 60 year old widow it is just me and my daughter and the fact that they knew a man would not be the one to come home to this heating system I can almost guarantee is the reason the work was so shoddy to begin with. Disgusting is the only word I can use to describe this business. DO NOT USE!!!

    Nick was able to take out our old water heater and replace it with a brand new one. He was very knowledgeable and chose a great water heater for our needs. Nick took the old water heater out of the house for us and disposed of it. He cleaned up after his work was done and left everything working great!

    Well after waiting for an appointment 1 hour before start time on a Saturday he called to change time to later. I explained that I had plans so he then came 1 hour late and lectured me that other people have bigger problems. Then he finds that he could not recharge my unit and had to go to the store to get some recharge fluid. Finally done I paid him and as I was in a rush noticed later there was a large charge to join his express service group.All this is that I get priority for service I did not want nor asked for.After looking on the his website there was no info on this alleged benefit.After he left the unit did not perform or cool the house. I called another HVAC provider the following week they recharged the unit and it worked well to this day.

    We have been experiencing a problem with our unit since this work was done. When we called to ask them to send someone to check on the problem they said they would come out for an additional fee of $138, and that would just be to diagnosis the problem. Cannot believe a company that did work for us and charged us over 1,000 would not check and make sure it is not something that went wrong after they worked on the unit. I say this because it was working fine up until then.

    Tech showed up right on time and came into my house with the shoe cover, which was very nice. At the end, tech explained list of work performed and sent me an invoice via email. Overall, I am very happy and will use them again.

    Very well. Dany Camacho was very knowledgable and pleasant to work with. He explained everything and i will follow up with his recommendations . He will also give me an estimate for my water heater expansion tank / valve replacement.

    I had a positive experience with Folkes. I called in the morning and they promptly came in the afternoon. Dan B was both knowledgeable and respectful. He informed me of all my options and showed me where the problem was.   He did not rush my decision and provided the pluses and minuses for each different option.

    Due to storm conditions, the service person showed up late- to our surprise.  We didn't expect anyone would be able to work that night due to the storm and hadn't heard from them, so we were pleased when someone did arrive. 
    The gentleman was friendly and seemed knowledgeable.  Turned out, the system needed several parts replaced, at a substantial cost and considering the age of the a/c unit, it wasn't in our best interest to have the work done. 
    They gave us reasonable quotes for a new central air system, which at first we would have done.  However, being seniors on SS, we considered the expense and decided not to go that route and just installed window units.  So far so good.  We were pleased that they applied the coupon to the service call.  I would recommend D Rohde to anyone needing help for plumbing and heating/ac.

    Great, from start to finish. Arrived on time everyday, worked full days until job was complete. Rep for company; Dorene, was very knowledgable and helpful getting the job started, and her boss, Dustin is a pleasure to do business with.  All the workers on the premises were very respectful, hard working fooling around or taking excessive breaks. Very neat job inside and out. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get a job like this done. Excellent organization!

    When I made the appointment, was told technician would be at house between 5 and 7 pm. Come 6:45 pm, no one has showed up. Called and got answering service. Was told that they would contact Dustin and he would get back to me. He did call about 10 minutes later and said the technician was still on another job and would be there in another hour. Felt that if I didn't call, no one would have gotten back to me. Technician did show up at 8 pm. His name was Kurt and he was very apologetic and professional. Found out what was wrong and fixed the problem in about an hour or so. Felt that I was overcharged for the part which I know includes labor but the part costs about $20 and I was charged $250 plus another $92 for the house call.
