    We have gone there a half a dozen times. They are very honest and straight forward. It's like anybody else.  I would not buy a set of tires from them, because I know they have to mark them up and make money on them. The only thing I would say is that they are good, their reputation has been known very quickly, and you have to schedule in the future to get into them.

    Rachel did the repair estimate. She was very professional and courteous while doing the estimate. She did a great job explaining what needed to be done to ensure like new condition at completion of the job. The initial time frame was quoted as 8 days in the shop. They completed the job in just 4 days, which I really appreciated. I was very impressed with the quality of the work performed when I picked up the car. Also, they totally cleaned the car inside and out, which most shops don't do. The car definitely looked like new when I picked it up. I will definitely use Panorama Collision for any future needs. I will be recommending Panorama Collision to anyone that asks me if I know of a great place for collision work.

    Called the shop at 08:15 AM. They had the flat fixed by 09:00. Couldn't ask for a quicker response than that.
    While I was waiting for the repair, I spoke with a woman who was the third generation in her family to use this garage for their car repair needs. I figure that is a pretty good indication of the quality of work done at this garage.
    Later in the morning I spoke to two of my new neighbors (we just moved to town) and the both of them said they used that same repair shop. They said Bauers Garage is not the cheapest, but they do quality work. My experience in the past with other garages suggests that this is the best combination of characteristics of a repair shop worth going to.

    They do pretty good service it's kind of fast. Their waiting room is spacious.There's a TV there, there's wireless internet access. It's just a really nice waiting room. It's a little expensive but I guess when have fix this car this kind of new when you just buy a new car that's why I was told you should probably do the first like couple of years go to dealer and then after that you could go to somebody else. The price they charge is expensive compared to others.

    My mother has bought many cars from them over the years and I got my last car from them. The last care I got was a 2002 olds and it has lasted me for more than 5 years nicely. They treated me well and I found them to be accommodating when helping me find a reliable car with in my price range. They were willing to expand there search and bring cars back to a dealer that was closer to me. Both me and my mother will be going back to them when we are looking for another car.

    There was a small problem with getting parts for the vehicle due to the Tsunami, so there was a delay in me getting my vehicle. They did treat me well and gave me the same pricing even though I had to wait a little longer. They gave me the same financing that was in effect when I first ordered the car, in the middle of May. They have better pricing than any Honda dealer around. They have good personal service and they are supportive.

    They did a very good job. They explained what they were going to do and that the windshield, although repaired, may crack. I appreciated this knowledge, rather than thinking they did a bad job should it ever crack in the future. To my surprise they also cleaned all the windows and vacuumed the floor.

    We noticed a possible leak and were able to schedule it to be checked out the next day. While it was not a leak (snow related drippage from under carriage), through their thorough inspection, they discovered that the wheel bearings needed to be replaced. We had started noticing a slight noise, but had not reported it as a problem. Every time we take our vehicles to Uptown, they have been thorough, professional and have dealt with us honestly. Their estimates are always accurate.
