    Nurse Next Door Home Care
My mother recently had a fall and now needs someone each morning. I talked to and then met with Jeff who is very nice both on the phone and then in person. The whole process has been very pleasant and professional, and things are going well.

    Hospice of Central Pennsylvania
They have very responsive staff. They knew what they are doing and seemed to be on point from my wife's needs. They have very good ambiance even though my wife is at a critical stage of her life and eventually death. We do recommend them.

Compassionate Care Hospice - Ocean County
.They were very good. We talked alot on the phone because I never seemed to connect with them. The people that were taking care of her seemed very observant and they called me whenever there was a need to increase the amount of service we were getting. The fact that they have good connections means that they really care. The person that I had from the other agency was fantastic.

    Lee, Brenda
Brenda's warm and gentle manner instantly put my mother at ease. Sadly, only weeks later, my mother suffered a serious stroke and, after her hospitalization and rehab, returned home in a very debilitated state. Fortunately, Brenda was still available and resumed caring for my mother. Her tenderness and attentiveness was the same as it had been when my mother was stronger and more conversational. At that point, my mother was receiving hospice care as well and everybody on the team had the same response to Brenda: she was remarkable! And she is.          That last year of my mother's life was very difficult for me but looking back, I feel blessed to have had Brenda by mother's side. Although my mom was bed-bound she was immaculate, well groomed and well fed. Her apartment was a clean and calm haven and I found myself comforted by Brenda's presence as well.          I want to add that my mom was entitled  to government assistance and I could have obtained live-in home care for her at no cost. However, I do not regret having chosen to decline this service and to maintain Brenda as a private employee for my mom. While I miss my mother, I feel a sense of peace having given her the final gift of the best possible care.

    Lee, Brenda
Brenda was the best - compassionate, conscientious, gentle, patient and absolutely reliable.  She had an excellent relationship with my family as well as my mother, whose physical and emotional requirements were VERY demanding.  Her condition required extreme  sensitivity, a qualitiy which seemed to be integral in Brenda's character.  Furthermore, she had a wonderful, therapeutic sense of humor which was apparent in what might have normally been very difficult interactions with my mother.  Brenda was always vigilant and aware of changes in mood and physical state, and she anticipated my mother's needs before they became pressing and caused discomfort.   Indeed, I consider Brenda to be a true medical intuitive.   She greatly improved the quality of my mother's life.  The family is very grateful to her for the services she provided.

    Visiting Nurses-Central Jersey
They're angels.  It was a really difficult time.  At some point people go and it's never easy, especially with a mother.  Hospice was unbelievably great.  They are fabulous.  They allowed my mother to die at home in her own room and bed, which is what she wanted.  She wasn't in an institution and she wasn't in some hospital hooked up to all kinds of stuff.  She was around her family and got everything she wanted.  The Visiting Nurses of Central Jersey made that happen.  It's a great group.  My mom got what she wanted.  She wasn't in any pain and didn't suffer.

    Visiting Nurses-Central Jersey
It was a pleasant experience. I had a hip replaced and she was really good at taking good care. It was set up to me by the hospital. She was always on time, very professional, friendly. What she had to do she did it in a timely fashion and helped lot. She was great.

They were professional and responsive. They carefully explained everything. Our experience with them was only for two days before my dad passed away.

    Cohen, Dr. Alan B.
He gives me stress tests, and EKG. He's thorough, and he really watched your cholesterol. They test it every time. He asks about problems that you want to discuss with him, and he's just very thorough and compassionate. He doesn't rush you out of the office.

    The Valley Hospital
After extensive abdominal surgery, my partner developed a MRSA infection in the wound. As a result a device called a wound vac was needed to insure proper healing. This machine needed to be tended to three times a week and the wound itself needed to be packed and monitored. Valley Home Care sent a caring, compassionate and highly skilled nurse who not only dealt with the wound and wound vac, but also monitored my partners overall health. As a result, the wound vac was able to be removed in far less time than we anticipated and healing is nearly complete.
