Melissa came recommended. I had no idea where to begin on compiling the information for picking a new healthcare plan, nor the time. It seemed like an overwhelming process. She gave me everything I needed in a concise manner that was easy to understand and made the process pain-free (except, as I told her, for the ridiculous premium). I would highly recommend using her company.

We have been a client of Melissa's since 2010 & have switched insurance carriers five times. Each time Melissa has successfully guided us through every possible circumstance without a hitch.

Upon hearing the news first that Health Republic was being forced to shut down, Melissa contacted us immediately. It was a stressful time for us and for Melissa, as she had many other clients in the same boat needing to switch plans by the deadline date. Somehow she kept calm, supplied us with info on four carriers including  which hospitals & doctors were accepting them, all the way down to which drugs were covered & if prescriptions were filled by mail order only . We were then able to make an educated choice on  a new health plan, and she enrolled us by the deadline.  We feel very fortunate to be under her knowledgeable wing!

Diagnosis and treatment of precancerous skin problems. Dr. Slear is skilled and listens to her patient's concerns. The same can be said of Dr. Ellis. He explains the treatment in detail. The office staff is courteous and efficient. I recommend the practice without hesitation.

My child started attending Dilly Dally about a year ago, We started with summer camp and then continued through the current school year. The facility is very clean and well managed, and the teachers/staff are very professional and caring.  My daughter can't wait to go to Dilly Dally everyday.  Even on the weekends she asks me if we can go to Dilly Dally.
I love ALL of the teachers and administrators, each person is totally approachable and will answer any questions you may have. In addition to learning my daughter makes really fun projects at school and can't wait to show them to my husband and myself every night. They make learning fun for the kids and do this through many hands on projects.

I feel very secure in bringing my daughter to Dilly Dally also as each staff member is so attentive and knows all the kids even if they are not in their specific group.  My daughter has made so many wonderful friends from school and we maintain contact with them outside of school too. We highly recommend Dilly Dally to all of our friends and are already signed up and can't wait for summer camp to begin.  It's a great place to be!!

DOCTOR SPENT ABOUT ONE MINUTE WITH ME BEFORE PROCEDURE.
AFTER PROCEDURE, KEPT ME WAITING NEARLY ONE HOUR, ONLY TO SPEND ANOTHER ONE MINUTE DISCUSSION WITH ME. SHE THEN REALIZED SHE DIDN'T HAVE A PHOTO OF  THE POLYP SHE REMOVED, STATED SHE WOULD PRINT A PHOTO, THEN FAILED TO RETURN AFTER ANOTHER 20 MINUTES.
I DIDN'T NEED HAND HOLDING, BUT EXPECTED THE PROFESSIONAL COURTESY OF AN ENGAGING DISCUSSION OF HER FINDINGS, MY CONCERNS, AND ANY RECOMMENDATIONS APPLICABLE TO MY CONDITION.

I have been going here for the last 5 years. They are phenomenal and I would recommend any of the doctors there. The PA, Robert Dibaro is great. He listens and as long as I'm living here I'm going to continue to see him. I have even sent my husband, kids, mom and my aunt.

Dr. Dash and his staff took the time to address EVERYTHING.
Getting an appointment was easy, the staff is very friendly and you get the 'small practice' experience, although it is amazing how much they get done under one roof... EKG's, circulatory tests, blood work, and other more advanced testing is all done in-house which is SO convenient. Since my first visit, I've been back for everything from food poisoning and the flu to a scary experience with a lump in my breast... I've seen Dr. Dash\ as well as the other doctor in the practice and the nurse practicioner: all great experiences. They are SUPER thorough, asking a ton of questions and really digging in deep with the issue at hand. This fantastic culture of care is time consuming, though, and my visits often last well over an hour. Also, I usually have to wait a little while in the lobby, and then another twenty minutes in the exam room... carve out the time in your day because it is worth it! For me, I'd so much rather have a physician thats really invested in my wellness and takes the time to get the whole picture and do things correctly, instead of someone who's rushing me in and out and just throws medication at the surface issues.
The receptionists and billing staff are also very friendly. They are organized and willing to work with you (for instance: my original insurance plan did not cover a lot of the testing I needed from my extensive physical. They allowed me to pay in chunks of $100/month for about four months). Overall, its quite easy to get an appointment, as long as you're willing to be seen by anybody is this small, tight-knit practice.

He is a terrific doctor and he along with his partner named Dr. Tiger work out of the same office.  He is very professional and has even written a few books on rheumatology.  He is also a professor at the Stony Brook University.  When I explain to him where I am hurt he identifies it and refers me to any surgeon if he has to.  My wife has had a few surgeries based on his recommendations and the doctors who he has recommended are also top quality.  He has a very good staff and I do not have to wait in his office for hours.  He is very amiable, very respectful and does not look down on me just because he is a big guy and I am not. He is very clear and always explains everything that I need to know.  The effectiveness of his treatment is outstanding and I have no issues or problems with his billing and administration.

On my first any only visit to Dr. Bradu (Academic Dematology) I was left severely dissappointed and my issue (a possibly recurring basal cell carcinoma) wasn't even ADDRESSED! His staff was friendly enough and it was quite easy to get an appointment, but the office was old and run-down looking. It took very little time in the waiting room for the doctor to come in, along with a nurse or nurse practicioner. I explained the history of the carcinoma and that I'd noticed textural changes in the area... I was hoping he would biopsy it so we could catch this thing early! He was refused to biopsy the area and only looked at it though a magnifying glass, then dismissed it completely! Instead, he wrote me a prescription for ACNE MEDICATION THAT I DONT EVEN NEED. Months later, I have an appointment with a new dermatologist because the growth has gotten larger, as I was worried it would. This guy totally wasted my time.
