    WHAT A WAIST OF TIME!!! Do yourself a favor and save your time! As the advertisement suggest i send images of what i needed done (very simple fixes on my lease return). He sends me a quote and a day and time...the appointment was set for him to come to my job on a friday at 3:00pm and it would take about an hour. I'm thinking "great...it'll be done before i need to leave at 5:00pm!" He sends me a text a 3:00 that he will not be there till 4:45pm...i tell him "that's not good cuz i need to leave work at 5pm". I ask him if it was possible i would leave work EARLY and head home so he can come do the work at my house at 4:45...he says "sure". I LEAVE WORK EARLY...and then get a text at 4:00 THAT NOW he will not be there till 6pm. At 6:15 i send him a text to ask if he was going to be at my home soon. He texts me back that there is traffic and he will arrive in 45 minutes (NOW making it close to 7pm) I ask him if he will have enough light to finish the job...2 minutes later he calls me...tells me he is on the Southern State in traffic "because HERE on long island there is TRAFFIC at this time" (HE TELLS ME as if i didnt know where i lived) COMPLETELY RUDE and nasty. He THEN asks me "well you DONT need anything painted do you? cuz I DONT PAINT"...ummmmm no...i sent you the pictures a week ago. Then proceeds to tell me that he does NOT give receipts. I told him that i needed a receipt to give to my lease company to show them i had the work done...at this point i say to him "dont even bother to come" . WAISTED my entire day waiting for this guy to come. DO YOURSELF a favor and call one of the OTHER 100 scratch and dent businesses on Long Island, dont give this guy your business. **** IMPATIENT THE OWNER STATES... Lets review... #1..."I will be there at 3:00" #2... "I will be there at 4:45" #3.... "I will be there at 6:00" #4.... "I will be there at 7:00 (and that's when I had to call at 6:15 to find out if he was still coming) Waisted my day .... And IM IMPATIENT.....????? FOLLOW UP... Took my vehicle to AUTO SALON in Medford when they opened this morn ... they took my car write then and called me by 2:00 to tell me it was done. For $150 it looks completely brand spankin new! So the owner Chris from Dent Doctor who was charging me $300, called me "impatient " for waiting all day for him to arrive and told me that he would be "saving me thousands " ... THANK YOU for blowing me off ! You did me a HUGH favor!! Also ... if you are ever thinking about using DENT DOCTOR... this is not the ONLY bad review . PLEASE review the other bad reviews !

    Picked my car up this morning and once again I am thrilled with the service I received. Been using 1042 for many years and they have never disappointed me. Marie walks you through every step of the way and makes the whole process so much easier then you could imagine. When I get my car back, it's in mint condition and thoroughly cleaned. Thank you Marie and to all the guys that worked on my car. You definitely deserve all these wonderful reviews!!

    My Mercedes ML 63 AMG's rear bumper got more than dinged, so it was time to find a reputable body shop.  I searched high and low and "Tier 1 Collision Center" was the highest rated body shop closest to me.

    I spoke to Anthony over the phone and asked him if I could text him a picture of the damaged bumper for a quote - he said "sure!".  The quote came in pretty much to what I thought it would be - with body shops, you really do get what you pay for, so you definitely don't want some fly-by-night shop that will do it for dirt cheap.

    I brought the Mercedes in, and Anthony confirmed the quote.  He then shuttled me back to my place for free!  I was told it would be ready in 2 days, which was a great turn-around time.

    Exactly 2 days later, my ML 63 AMG was ready.... it looked fabulous!  They even had the car washed.  I looked over the repair meticulously and could seriously not tell the bumper had ever been damaged in the first place!  You guys rock!!  Very professional body shop with a seriously talented crew!  Don't even waste your time going elsewhere!

    The work that was done to my vehicle was flawless. The parts were ordered and the service provided in such a timely fashion. The staff is personable which helped to alleviate some of the stress of the incident. I would recommend this company in a heart beat!

    Their not cheap, but they do a great job and I will continue to take my vehicles there for servicing.  They are very knowledgeable and honest and that's what counts.  They don't fix things that aren't broken.

    I have been going to there for 26 years. They are knowledgeable. Honest and helpful. Thy are reliable too.  They explain everything to us and if there is something they cannot do they will let us know. They have been good to us.

    I brought it in thinking I needed suspension work down and an oil change, but he found real damage to the tires that could have resulted in an accident. The tires were pricey but his service and work were excellent so it wasn't such an imposition. I would go back.

    The experience was as effortless as possible. I brought the car to the repair shop and Marie and her staff took care of everything else involved. Marie negotiated with my insurer and arranged for a rental car from Hertz to use during the repair period (6/10/14-6/24/14) .She kept me current as repairs progressed. The car looked great when I picked it up, and Marie was a delight to work with. `

    When I caught Honda in an outright lie about servicing my car I switched to back to TLC. In the course of servicing my car they have had to send me to Honda for warranty (using different dealership) work.

    When they are not sure, they call Honda. Right now my car needs major work (it is apparently something this manual Honda Civic prone to). I have to decide between getting a new car or putting the money in. They advised me what needed to be done and what could wait. My husband agreed with their assessment.

    The work done was: cooling system; heat shields; check engine light work. I also have a list of work that needs to be done.
