Their not cheap, but they do a great job and I will continue to take my vehicles there for servicing.  They are very knowledgeable and honest and that's what counts.  They don't fix things that aren't broken.

I brought it in thinking I needed suspension work down and an oil change, but he found real damage to the tires that could have resulted in an accident. The tires were pricey but his service and work were excellent so it wasn't such an imposition. I would go back.

I was very satisfied with the quality of work and overall service .They were very friendly and professional.  This was the second time I used their services and would definitely  recommend them to others.

The experience was as effortless as possible. I brought the car to the repair shop and Marie and her staff took care of everything else involved. Marie negotiated with my insurer and arranged for a rental car from Hertz to use during the repair period (6/10/14-6/24/14) .She kept me current as repairs progressed. The car looked great when I picked it up, and Marie was a delight to work with. `

When I caught Honda in an outright lie about servicing my car I switched to back to TLC. In the course of servicing my car they have had to send me to Honda for warranty (using different dealership) work.

When they are not sure, they call Honda. Right now my car needs major work (it is apparently something this manual Honda Civic prone to). I have to decide between getting a new car or putting the money in. They advised me what needed to be done and what could wait. My husband agreed with their assessment.

The work done was: cooling system; heat shields; check engine light work. I also have a list of work that needs to be done.

Without being introduced to these people by my mechanic, I never would have found the place or considered using them. A large paint shop as a back industrial building had zero curb appeal.  They suggested I go across the highway to Toyota and also get an estimate from them as well, which I did,  Toyota was very professional and gracious as well (but much more expensive).  They did later explain the positives of their repairs over Toyota's as well, which was very interesting.  They were not able to do the painting as fast as hoped initially, so it took an extra day for the work - but the job looks perfect - and still does a month and a half later.  Sadly, I declined their offer of a good price to take out other dents and scrapes I had, so I live with those.  Their business card also lists a phone number of 941-228-3907, but I used the other number.

Russ Dixon, the owner, examines everything, it seemed to me, and comments on what he did, and didn't need to do, and exactly why.  For repairing my car after getting read-ended, he recommended a good and reasonable nearby body shop.  That worked out well, too.

This was a minor repair, compared to other repairs we have had Gus, the service manager/owner do. We have found that not only is his pricing fair (car repairs are expensive!), but he is significantly more reasonable than the Toyota dealer.  More importantly, we have found him more knowledgeable all the time that even the dealers themselves.  He has fixed problems for us correctly right away that our other car (Jeep) dealer  could not find after replacing stuff unnecessarily.

I drove my car into service at 9 a.m., met with my service adviser, signed my repair order, my adviser gave me the keys to my courtesy car, and off I went.  He called me later that day to let me know that my car would be finished late and, if I wanted, I could pick it up the next day.  My car was ready for me the next day, washed up nice.
