From Star to finish Jim and Missie did a fantastic job. They were very patient as the project evolved as it was being completed. They responded to all of our questions and implemented any changes we made with ease. They provided ideas and options allowing us to make choices that kept us within our budget. If you want the best hire Four Points! You will not be disappointed.

Fabulous!! We can't say enough about how happy we are with the work done by ROC Home Designs. Integrity is probably the first word that comes to mind when describing working with them. Knowing that we can trust that they work tirelessly to ensure quality and beautiful craftsmanship gives us piece of mind. We had walls replaced, new walls built, a new fireplace design and mantle, new bathroom, new closet, new hearth for another fireplace, new siding on the house, and new tile floors all done by ROC Home Designs. They are going to design and build a new master bathroom for us in the near future, and we can't wait!

Mike and his crew are outstanding. If you're looking for professionalism, punctuality, honesty, reliability and great workmanship, at a fair price, Mack of All Trades is for you. I have known Mike for more than five years and he has never let me down. He responds to my calls (especially in an emergency situation) promptly and his friendliest is yet another positive quality. If I was asked to rate Mike Mack and his crew on a 1-10 basis, with 10 being highest, he would rate a 10.

Frank was very helpful from the very start of the project. We needed a lot of help just designing the layout. He saved us money by telling us to change the layout a little to keep the toilet in its original location. Kelley and Nick were amazing workers! They were very clean and considerate. We had a few concerns as the project progressed, but all were addressed right away. The price was higher than we wanted, but no one ever really wants to spend as much as it really costs. In the end, it was worth it.

Mark did a really fantastic job. Our new bathroom is beautiful! We had exactly 7' of wall space and he made our 7' of fixtures (shower and sink) fit perfectly! We had torn the 7'x7' bathroom down to the studs. Mark moved the plumbing for the shower and built the bathroom from scratch. He implemented some really good ideas, such as the dark metal bar he used as the outside edge for the tile. In the kitchen he removed part of a wall, installed an engineered header, and drywalled the exposed surfaces. He also re-drywalled part of a hallway. All work was completed in ~3 weeks. Mark takes obvious care and has pride in his work and does a fantastic job.

They created a beautiful kitchen- removing the wall between an old dining room and kitchen. Design: We had 3 rounds of designs before finalizing. I wanted to maintain the old traffic flow, view into the backyard when seated, and incorporate storage for china and wine. I also wanted the rangehood vented outside, a farmhouse sink and a dishwasher. They created a modern, open space with ample storage in a relatively small space (12X12). We would have never thought of such a design going it DIY. Products: We went with the quartz cambria countertop and recommended faucett - both very high quality products - much better (but more expensive than DIY stores carry) The cabinets were medium quality cabinets. The wrong drawer came and was installed. They came back to replace it with the correct drawer design. The farmhouse sink is awesome and was worth the price. Installation: We had planned on DIY installation, however, and they were happy to provide all the materials and design for us. But the installation price was really reasonable and would be complete much faster than doing it ourselves on a part-time basis. Therefore, we had them do the entire job. They showed up when they said they would show up. They moved plumbing, added venting , electrical, and lighting. They were friendly and courteous and professional. They made sure we were happy. The only (nit picky) con I would say is that sometimes they did not clean as well as I would have liked before the weekend. They did a sweep, but I would have preferred them vacuum since I was going to be walking through the space on the weekend (to use basement, etc). Unforeseen Problems: They were flexible and solution-oriented when they encountered unforeseen problems (as typical with old houses). The design called for some very complicated angles - especially with opening the cupboards by the microwave. The microwave had to be set in more than usual so as not to prevent the upper cupboards from opening. And the wall by the refrigerator door had to be modified to allow the door to open wide (because I did not order a refrigerator with a zero-clearance door). Also, we discovered the walls were not insulated and the garage door header was non-existent. So we ended up having them replace the door to the garage and add insulation to the walls "while they were at it" at very reasonable price. Overall: They transformed the space and we definitely would not have had such a beautiful kitchen without their design and products.

We had an excellent Remodeling of our 2 Bathrooms and Kitchen over 4wks, June 2018. We started months earlier, working with Designer Missie, deciding on what our needs and wants were for each space. The primary changes for the baths were to make them more handicap accessible. The kitchen needed more usable space for storage and we wanted a bench built between to 2- tall pantry cabinets. The area was wasted space and the bench would add seating to our kitchen table. Bogden their craftsman of everything: plumbing, electrical, custom work was a joy to work with. Cory, apprentice kept up the fast pace providing tools, set-up, cleanup, sawing etc. Jim,contractor owner worked with us from beginning going through the whole project with Missie, to get everything correct on paper. Then Jim was there til the end for our questions and any corrections. They used quality products and materials and were fair priced. Renee & Tony

Overall, they did an excellent job and my wife and I are very happy with the end result. Working with Frank Jr. to scope the work was a very good experience, we felt he listened to our wants and needs, and gave valuable input to the layout and selection of materials. The work was completed over the course of around 3 weeks, with work starting promptly each day at 7:30 AM. Everyone who contributed was professional and friendly, nobody minded getting sniffed up by our dog. They kept us posted on their progress and cleaned up every day before leaving. The quality of labor and the materials was top notch, we definitely feel that we got value for our money. Thanks Vella!

The manufacturer stained the cabinets incorrectly but Rino, the owner, went to bat for us right away and made sure that the manufacturer got things right. He had to go back to them three separate times, and I really appreciated the effort he put in.

I worked with Richard Doyle directly. He and his staff are super nice, professional and honest. Richard has been doing wood working and remodeling for over 30 years and has a excellent reputation. I gave a "B" on price only because he sells and does quality work. So it is a bit pricey but you get what you pay for! So no - it's really a "A" but it is high end quality. I had this idea for a dream kitchen and he made it come true. I wanted "Zebra wood" frameless cabinets and he was the only reseller for the company that I thought could deliver the product that I wanted. Turned out the cabinet website pictures were not really what they sold as far as finishes. We spent months finding all the right manufactures to make the cabinets and do the veneers. He loved the challenge and really never charged me for the time he put in to get it right and it was right! These are not Ikea flimsy frameless cabinets. Mine have dovetail joints and solid wood with soft close hardware. 1963 kitchen and bath to 2030 modern. Love it.
