    Comprehensive Mold Management LLC
Id highly recommend them. Ive used them for mold remediation. They had a piece of equipment that they installed that they have had to replace with brand new units twice, because the manufacture had sold them defective articles. It was at no cost. When I call to get an estimate, the owner of the company himself came out. He spent an hour/hour and a half on looking over everything, with me. I showed him what my concerns were and he showed me the actual problem that existed and what would need to be done. He gave me a blow by blow estimate, a written estimate as well as verbal. He told me the time frame that would be required and who would be here, just everything. From that point on we did hire him and everything that he had told me initially was true. His employees showed up on time. They were very professional and courteous. They completed the job in the time frame he gave me. They cleaned up after themselves. It was a wonderful experience and he had come out to visually see the work that they had completed, to give his staff of approval. I would really recommend them to anybody.

That in itself is a high mark on my list. They are available anytime you want to go to their workplace, their business to pick them up. They definitely stand behind their work and their product. They are very good. Hopefully, I wont need them again for remediation, but I know they are always available.

Mark and his team were very courteous and prompt each day of the project. They laid mats to protect my floor and, outside of the jackhammering on the first day, I could hardly hear them working. He also did a walk around the house and pointed out what needed to be done to help lessen the water. I am happy to say that the new system (and pump) they installed has worked perfectly - have not had any occurrence of water issues since. Definitely would rehire them again!

They are incredible. It's just been a very very good experience. They were clean. They were on time. Their employees were out of this world. They were very prompt in coming over. They have a person that is certified with the state now that can test for mold. So that person comes along with them now. They had given my name with my permission to others that were thinking of using their services. I did speak with a lot of customers, I assured them that if they hired them they would get professionalism and it would be carried out properly.

We received the report from the lab about our testing, but Envirotech never followed up. When we got back in touch with them, they were not helpful in providing information about what it meant.

    Turn Key Home Inspections
Bill did a fantastic job inspecting our newly purchased home. The inspection started outside, where he took photos of the property and made note of the condition of the roof, siding, and porch beams. He walked around the property with me, pointing out the condition of all outside items. This included the porch, foundation, chimney, A/C unit, intake and exhaust for the furnace, deck in the back, pool, outside outlets, water, and shed. Once the outside inspection was complete, he inspected the garage where he tested the GFI outlets, garage door opener and walls. Inside, he inspected the first floor bathroom - Checking the make sure that the toilets were strong and fastened to the floor and there was no structural integrity lost. Checked the sink and underneath the vanity. As well as the window. Moving to the kitchen, he used a thermo-detector to test the temperature of the stove, water, refrigerator and freezer. All were within the acceptable range. He then inspected the cold air returns, which were good, and then moved on to the fireplace, where he inspected up into the stack. Moving upstairs, he inspected all bedrooms, bathrooms and closets. Finally, he inspected the attic - Where he noted that a professional mold mitigation team must have been hired, because the entire attic was professionally cleaned and then sealed with a mold sealant. The entire process took about 1.5 hours for a 1500 sq door house. Bill was extremely detailed, good with our kids, and spoke a lot of his own children and grandchildren. We will definitely be using his service again in the future.

    Observant Home Inspection LLC
The inspector took me along during the inspection.   He showed me what he was inspecting and explained any findings.   Along the way he took the opportunity to point out various utility shut-offs.   He identified and explained safety concerns he found as well.   The inspection was quite thorough taking a little over two hours.  A comprehensive report complete with many included photographs was provided later the same day.    The service was well worth the cost.

The crew that was sent out to process the basement, showed up on time all three days it took. They worked at a steady pace, cleaning up as they went. They treated the walls after removing old paneling , and painted a mold resistant product on all walls. They drilled holes in the bottom cinder blocks for water drainage and placed a barrier around the bottom of the walls so that any water that did come through would go directly into the drain around the floor and into the sunk pump.

While doing the work they sealed off the basement so that no spores would escape and set up a air system that took the air directly to the outside. My husband has COPD and the chemicals they used did not present any problem. They also installed a dehumidifier .The entire company was a joy to work with and the employees were excellent.

We had some water seeping on to the floor from behind the walls in a couple of locations from time to time in our finished basement. When we removed some of the heavy vinyl wallpaper to paint the room, we could see that we had a significant mold and moisture problem that had been hidden. I chose Healthy Spaces Mold Mitigation because I wanted to be sure that the existing mold was taken care of properly and that the installation of the new drain system and sump pump would prevent future moisture problems. Mark Frillici presented me with a detailed plan that included everything that he planned to do, reasons for his approach along with photos of his work and samples of the materials he would use. Mark is an excellent communicator and spent a considerable amount of time answering my many questions. He always followed through on time with his plans. He contacted local inspectors and arranged for visits during the work and sent me daily updates and photos of the progress being made. When an unsafe wiring problem was uncovered behind the walls, Mark notified me and advised me what needed to be done to correct this unsafe situation. The entire job was completed in the estimated time period. It was a pleasure to work with Mark Frillici. The basement is dry and looks great. I am very pleased with the work done and highly recommend Healthy Spaces Mold Mitigation at 585-755-6332 or www.healthyspaces.com .

They were very organized and thorough. Mark showed us a slide show of their process when he came to look at the job and provide an estimate. The town has proven to be quite an obstacle in the whole process. Mark and Bob were much more patient with the inspector than I would have been if I had been there. The inspector bordered on harrassment as far as I am concerned. Much too much trouble for a sump pump!!! The drainage system went in in two days which was amazing, the crew started by 8am each day and worked until the goals were reached each day. The walls have proven to be another story. Once the water was pumped out, the ground was so saturated because we had 12" of snowmelt and 1-2" of rain on top of it, the walls were soaked and they were unable to paint the dryloc on the walls at the time they were ready to do so. Now we have to wait for the walls to dry in order to finish the painting. That concerns me a little because whats going to happen to the walls once the dryloc is on? There will be no place for the water to go once the blocks are saturated. I guess we'll see over the long haul.
