    Todd Jones Custom Construction
Todd and his crew were wonderful to work with. They were professional, responsive to all my questions, and were friendly. While they weren't the cheapest estimate I received, they were the most honest and focused on what made them different instead of badmouthing their competitors. I valued their opinion and feel like they treated my property with respect and did a high quality job. I'm very pleased with my remodel - thanks Todd and crew!

    DiRisio Builders, Inc
Company was very professional. Work was done at a very fair price and on time. It's not easy to find reliable contractors and I can assure you from my experience that DiRisio is one. I will use them again in the future and would recommend to anyone. I

We built a new home with Gerber in 2012. From the beginning we had nothing but issues. We provided a sizable down payment and were provided with an estimated start date that was not met by months. We were also told the completion would be 60-90 days from start which was not. We were put out and forced to stay with family even though they had a promotion that they would pay for your rent while your house was being built. After selecting the plan, we were told months later (after they were supposed to break ground and had our down payment) that there was a deed restriction on our lot for square footage. We needed to increase our square footage and were told they would spilt the cost of adding additional space. This was not acceptable as it was never disclosed to us to start. The subcontractors used are mostly subpar. We had issues with flooring, electrical, cabinets, HVAC to name a few. The materials used as low quality even though the price is not. Their customer service was not responsive and we ended up having to speak directly with the Vice President to even have our concerns addressed. After we moved in we had more issues and had to call multiple times to have them corrected. One subcontractor took almost an entire summer to fix a flooring issue. Our basement had flooding due to the AC not being properly installed and our circuit breakers tripped frequently due to poor electrical work. They offered a 3 year one time warranty to have any drywall settling cracks patched and we waited until the end and kept track. When we reached out to them their subcontractor called us a month or so later and gave us one available time the next day (which happened to be the week of Christmas - as if I wanted my house torn apart when family is around). We decided to pass as we found out we would still be responsible for all touch up paint anyways. We are now almost 4 years in and are still having issues. Most recently we started a project to add a deck and our contractor hit a pipe while digging. We were unaware that this pipe was installed during construction so we had no idea to be on the lookout for it. When we contacted Gerber we were told they would not assist on paying for the repair as it was so far past the date of construction. As far as we are concerned, this company does not stand behind their product and has very poor customer service. We built our forever home and trusted them and have been disappointed from the start. Please use caution and do your research when considering them for your project.

When we moved in, we had a flood in a bathroom. At first they refused to come out and even look at it and when they eventually did they denied all responsibility. They said they don’t use the product anymore and that the company wasn’t even in business. I looked up the business and it was still in business so they lied to me. They left a hole in the foundation and tried to hide the issue. I saw the issue and called them and they did take responsibility for that. The house was out of warranty at the time, but they did fix that free of charge. The finished work was really roughly put together. It looked slapped up. The price was good for what we got, but in the end I felt for my dollar all I got just the square footage. We have had to upgrade almost everything in the house since moving in. The moldings around the kitchen cabinets weren’t even wood, it was foam, and we had to replace that. The list is endless of things that were done poorly.

Pride Mark built our new house.  For the price we paid, the workmanship
is fair.  We had a home inspector go through the house before we closed,
and he confirmed we did not get our money's worth.  The subcontractors
    seem to be very mediocre.
    Pride Mark is very defensive
      when the workmanship is challenged.
Homeowners are now just starting to find all the shortcuts the
    subcontractors took.

Meticulous, wonderful craftmanship, polite and pleasant. Professionalism at its best.
Kept me informed as to  work schedule, problem encountered with solution to rectify, always mindful of budget, yet used only top quality materials.  At the end of each day, Roman informed me of work done and material used.
Punctual, returns phone calls, courteous and work done on schedule.
The crew worked as a team, always polite and pleasant with each other.
Felt very safe to have them in my house and recommends them highly.
I will have RIN Contractors back for future projects without hesitation. A-1 Contractor!

Richard J. Struck was the contractor for insulation, drywall installation, painters, etc. to repair water damage to my son's vandalized home.  The work was performed properly and we were all satisfied with the results.  However, when the insurance company failed to pay promptly, Mr. Struck placed a lien on the home rather than be patient.  When Mr. Struck was paid in full by us, he failed to remove the lien.  Now that the house is in the process of being sold, and Mr. Struck has been called about removing the lien, he will not answer his phone.  Not recommended unless you can pay cash (and make certain to get a signed receipt)!
